I had a problem with the bed (mattress), i asked receiption how they can help. They changed my mattress twice still, i had a sore back. Then l spoke to ADAM the manager wow what a fanastic guy he went out of his way to give me my room from last year which had a great mattress, he even help me move to the next room. I hope that management higher than ADAM really appicated what a manager he is to make the customers return back to Mantra Circle on Cavill.

We have had the pleasure of staying here on several occasions and appreciate its excellent location and comfortable accommodations. We particularly enjoyed the room with the great view, which we have now experienced twice. The beds are quite comfortable, and we were pleased that this time the two single beds could be converted into a double. We did notice that the air conditioning unit was rather noisy and created a draft for the person sleeping near the hallway. Additionally, both ventilation systems in the bathrooms appeared to be in need of repair. We thoroughly enjoyed the indoor pool and would greatly appreciate it if the outdoor pool could be heated to a similar temperature. Most people would enjoy it more.We also felt that the indoor pool could benefit from more supervision, as there were instances with over 20 individuals engaging in boisterous behavior and consuming beverages, which made it challenging to enjoy a swim. On one unfortunate occasion, we observed vomit both within and beside the pool. We reported this, but it appeared to have been present for some time before being addressed, which regrettably diminished our desire to use the pool further, especially as I had already been in the pool.
