Overall this is a great property to stay at! The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 4, we had enough space and was able to make the most of those facilities nearby but also eat in the apartment. To access the parking can be problematic if you have never been there before, and there is a lot of security with the fobs but all worthwhile. Can also be a tad noisy over the weekend

The apartment was spacious and clean and the views were excellent, we stayed in the last apartment on our floor at the end of the hallway away from the lifts, its on the corner of the building so yo get a view of the ocean from the front and also a rear view of Chevron island and the Nerang River....amazing!

Requested room with a tv in the main room, was moved room to only have no tv in main room, guests got stuck in fire stair well on level 40 ( due to being in wrong tower) however phone in lift and stair well not answered then on last day lifts were broken for an hour which we missed our pick up

Please accept my sincere apologies for the distressing experience your family encountered during your recent stay at Mantra Circle on Cavill. I am truly sorry to hear about the difficulties experienced with the room and facilities, as well as the highly stressful situation involving your niece and her children. I can certainly appreciate how frightening this must have been for them, particularly given the circumstances you described, and I am very sorry that this occurred during what should have been a relaxing stay. Please be assured that the concerns you have raised regarding the lift operation and emergency communication systems are being investigated with the Lift contractors as a priority to ensure all safety systems are functioning correctly. The behavior of the security officer you mentioned will also be addressed immediately with the Security Firm, this team are aware to always respond care and professionalism, especially in situations involving distressed guests. While the stairwells within the building are designed strictly as emergency exits and allow exit only for safety and security reasons, we certainly understand that in a moment of confusion or distress guests may not be aware of this. We do encourage guests to remain aware of their surroundings and to seek assistance from reception or security if they become disoriented within the building so we can assist immediately. Rochelle, I am very sorry your family experienced this situation and the grief it has caused. Your feedback is extremely important to us and will assist in ensuring we review procedures and communication so that similar situations can be avoided in the future. Reception staff were all lovely and welcoming, my Accor Gold status was recognised, any requests I had were handled no worries at all. Room was lovely and clean, the apartments were perfectly located. Would absolutely stay here again.
