Andy was great, he moved us from the North Tower to the South Tower when there was elevator issues on the North Tower, didn't hesitate to move us. Great service from Andy.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The room was very comfortable, the spa bathtub was absolutely amazing and perfect for relaxing, and the kitchen was clean and well-equipped. Everything felt tidy and well maintained. The only downside was that the lift waiting time could be quite long at busy periods, but overall it was a very positive experience and we would happily stay again.

Experience very complicated checking in instructions. Lady at the front desk processed payment for a parking space without receiving confirmation from us that we needed it then told us that it was a very complicated process to get $20 back. elevators in the hotel took genuinely 15 minutes every single time you needed to use them we ended up just using the fire escape for the majority of the stay. The room had what looked like reject shop furniture, was mildly clean, there were weird pink chairs in the corner of every room, very dated. The floor was really uneven in parts of the room and there were random cupboards locked. It felt like an Airbnb rather than a hotel room. Beds were comfortable and the aircon worked which was good. However we were on the eighth floor and there was someone pumping music at 7 am every morning. I understand this is a popular schoolies hotel but definitely wasn’t expecting it for the price that we paid for the room.

I had a very poor experience due to issues at check in and confusion over room number displayed on the key tag. The lifts were terrible with waits up to 15 mins each way.

I am very sorry to read that there was confusion around the room number, we have worked with the numerical system for 19 years now without any concerns. The lift experience was unfortunately beyond out control and the lift service provider worked very hard to make parts and get the operating system back to three operational lifts prior to the weekend.
