We had a nice time and the location is very convenient. However the room itself left us disappointed. The air conditioning can only be directed to either the bedroom or the living area, not both at the same time. As I was with my grandkids who slept on pull out beds in the living area this was less then ideal. The fridge was very old. The appliance cupboard door hits the tap in the sink making only open halfway, this in turn makes it difficult to remove appliances. The room door is key lock which we did not realise until the second day, luckily no one entered our u locked room while we were away.

The lifts are on 2 separate systems. Everyone presses the buttons for both, which slows everything down. Lifts keeps stopping for nobody, because they’ve caught the other one. Took me 25 mins to get a lift on Tue. Coffee in the room was satchels, haven’t seen that for a while! TV is smaller than my office desktop screen. Blinds don’t block light. Device charger has to be 20yo, won’t fit anything modern. No room service at all. Mattress is probably older than the device charger. Not recommended. Old, tired vibe overall.
