Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologise that your experience did not meet the expectations you had for what was clearly intended to be a special family occasion. We understand how important these moments are, particularly when travelling with young children and friends. After reviewing the concerns raised, including discussions with our leadership team and reviewing the circumstances surrounding your stay, I would like to acknowledge that there were a number of challenging interactions during the course of your visit. Our team worked to assist with your requests where possible, including arranging an apartment relocation to better accommodate your preferences and proximity to your travelling companions, whilst also following operational procedures and occupancy availability on the day. At Mantra Circle on Cavill, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful and professional environment for all guests and team members at all times. Whilst there may have been differing perspectives regarding some interactions that occurred during your stay, it is never our intention for any guest to leave feeling unheard or dissatisfied. I was also concerned to read your comments regarding the overnight power interruption and can assure you this matter has been reviewed internally as part of our follow-up process. We do appreciate your acknowledgement of our location and views, and we regret that the overall experience did not leave you with a more positive impression of the property.
