Everything was amazing except the noise

The hotel, our apartment, amenities and the location were fantastic. If I had known how loud it would be on level 5, I would have asked for another room. Didn't get a full night's sleep the whole stay over 5 days. Could hear the traffic and on Sat night, loud music from a nearby club on top of traffic, and sirens blaring. It was the only downer but a major one that didn't provide the relaxation and comfort I needed from a holiday.

It was a great spot, but the particular room was falling apart. The room smelled odd, and had blood on sheets, mould on bathroom blinds, handles falling off doors, and vomit or food on the balcony.

It is an amazing hotel with variety of pools (only suggestion would be maybe all semi heated, the outdoor pools were freezing) and also in a great location. We had an issue with our shower head on the first night, but the hotel was quick to get it sorted for us.

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at this hotel, we have had beautiful ocean views each time, even better views the South building. Very clean hotel, and friendly staff. Highly recommended!
