I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay at Mantra Circle on Cavill Surfers Paradise. Upon check-in, my family discovered that none of the beds had basic blankets provided. When I contacted reception, the staff refused to assist, claiming it was too late (around 9pm) in the evening. This lack of basic amenities and unwillingness to help guests is unacceptable for a hotel of your reputation. Furthermore, your Rooms Division Manager Mr ADAM HODGSON promised to arrange a refund for the first night, but until now Agoda has confirmed that they have not received any instructions from your side. This broken promise has caused significant inconvenience and distress. My children became unwell due to the missing bedding, and the failure to honor your commitment to process the refund has further damaged my trust in your service. I strongly demand immediate action to notify Agoda and arrange the refund, along with appropriate compensation for the discomfort and health impact caused.

I am pleased you enjoyed our convenient location and well-equipped apartments. I am however sorry to read that the servicing arrangements and availability of basic supplies impacted your stay. As our apartments are fully self-contained, rubbish refuse rooms are conveniently located on each floor to allow guests to dispose of rubbish regularly and avoid it building up during longer stays. With regards to asking reception for basics like toilet paper, we do advise on check in that any time you require additional guest amenities, they are available during your stay from reception.
