Loved the location, but most important above all is the room is clean, the bathroom, and the bathtub, even the kitchen, and really happy with the friendly and accommodating staffs.

Good location & facilities

Good location and facilities. Easy to get around. Would have been rated higher however each room on the booking was on a separate floor despite requesting being together. When we arrived there was a party down the hall, loud music playing and people sitting in hall way outside our room. The next morning we told reception and we were told nothing could be done as that room wasn’t owned by the hotel (the following morning we saw the room being cleaned by hotel cleaning services so clearly not true). Every night there was loud music playing and people hanging round in the hall way from the same room. Called security to report however nothing changed. Clearly not as family friendly as described on website.

Well appointed apartments, with very clean facilities. The choice of swimming pools is the highlight. The spa was very relaxing. Beautiful view of the ocean and surfers. Very close to shops and restaurants.

could not fault anything, from location to facilities you had to offer, everyone was amazing and i will definitely be coming back. On top of that, the receptionists were extremely polite and a pleasure to speak to.
