Didn't enjoy our stay. Changed rooms for a better experience but was still bad.

we were happy - it was tricky to work out car parking- we couldn’t find the bins and not sure where the free in room mineral water was? unless this was a cheeky way to say the taps have water in them

Regarding the in-room mineral water, The rooms do not come with mineral water. Our members do receive a welcome amenity and if this was missed we do sincerely apologize.
