Enjoyable stay, there was a mix up with parking, however this was very well resolved by Laura, the reception manager.

This is our fourth year staying here on this weekend. We had a different room this year and all the top cupboards were locked, that gave us one cupboard for all the glasses cups and plates which left little room for any food we brought. the air conditioning didn't seem to work well as the nights were quite warm and hard to sleep. In saying that the location is perfect and the staff are very friendly and the hotel is very clean. would still recommend it but not in room 1404.
