I had emailed months before and was told I could have 2 car parks. I was told no there’s only one allocation. I found the email so was given 2. Communication on checkin was not good. I emailed and tried to phone about the possibility of early checkin- no response. Arrived early but the attendant was serving a couple so she told me to sit down. Another staff member came & went to serve another person. I stood up then the first one said write your name & number on piece of paper. We were told we could park up which was great then went away for hours and 2pm came and we still hadn’t heard so I phoned to say room still not ready. On day 2 I reported that tv was not working in bedroom and never heard back.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustrations you experienced during your stay. We understand how disappointing it must have been to receive conflicting information regarding parking, particularly after obtaining confirmation prior to your arrival. While we're pleased the matter was ultimately resolved, it should not have required you to provide proof of the arrangement at check-in. There is only one space per apartment. We are also sorry that our communication fell short regarding your early check-in request and that you felt overlooked upon arrival. Providing timely responses and attentive service is something we take seriously, and we regret that this was not your experience. Unfortunately it was a busy day and the early check in was not available but this should have been communicated to you. Additionally, we apologize that the issue you reported with the bedroom television was not followed up during your stay. This is not the standard of service we aim to deliver, and I will be reviewing these concerns with our team to ensure better communication and follow-through in the future. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention.
