difficult to find designated parking spot. Access to Gym terrible. It has been 4 days and still have not received my invoice for the stay. No doubt I will now need to spend 1/2 hour on phone trying to get it sorted.

Great location in the heart of Broadbeach, walking distance to eateries, supermarket, beach, pacific fair, casino and tram. A good size apartment with all facilities with friendly and accommodating staff members. An affordable and enjoyable stay.

We arrived at 1.30pm to be told our room wasn't ready it hadn't been cleaned yet and it would be an hour - we could park and use the pool area although no explanation of how we get there/where it was .... an hour later it still wasn't ready - no apology. When we did get our keys only one fob and they would get another to us but alas that didn't happen. We have never had such a poor reception at any Accor accommodation. The room was tired but adequate - some TLC and cleaning of the vents which were covered in dust would make it seem cleaner. Good location and parking included which is a bonus.
