We always enjoy staying at the mantra Broadbeach, staff are always welcoming, the convenience of all shops, tram etc. We haven’t used other facilities eg pool, gym etc. The only drawback is that the air conditioning was not comfortable even at a lower temperature.

Previous stay was great but this time it fell short. The hotel is in a great area and the staff member on duty ( I didn’t get his name) was helpful but we had no in room water, the complimentary drinks took a day to arrive, the air conditioning kept cutting out through the night so the room was very stuffy and hot and made it hard to sleep.

We where there two weeks no new sheets or towels
