The window seal in the bedroom was broken, long lasting bird noises were coming through from the outside at 3AM. Maintenace team came to fix the window seal the next day and also unclogged the rainwater drain in the balcony. The kettle was quite dirty and I had to ask for a replacement.

Advertised as ‘block out blinds and double glazed windows’ - completely untrue, also advertised as children under 12 stay and eat free - no restaurant/breakfast option?!. Rooms were outdated and unclean. Bathrooms need a good scrub - cleaners should be replaced as not doing their job. We booked two rooms and they were five floors apart.
