I found the room a little bit dirty and in poor condition the lounge suite was broken and had stains. The carpet was dirty in front of the lounge suite. The kitchen was poorly equipped with cheap and nasty pots and pans that were in needing of replacement or repair. The oven didn’t work properly. The benches in the bathroom we’re stained and in need of attention, the ensuite shower shelving was broken
