I booked a bucks weekend through Wicked Bucks for 20 people from 26-28 February 2021 (18 months of planning due to covid postponement). Their third parties that we went through were Mantra and We Accommodate/Q Stay. We arrived at 1800 on Friday to Mantra Wings after a four hour bus trip from Brisbane to find no one at the reception desk. I called the number provided which was behind the desk and it did not divert. I was stuck with a group of twenty people, ten without a room (10 people were booked with We Accommodate/Q-Stay) in a 3br sub penthouse where we based ourselves for the night. A small group went of their own accord back to We Accommodate/Q-Stay after being forced to find other accommodation (much to my embarrassment). Neither Mantra or Wicked Bucks could be contacted. I went to reception the next morning to sort the situation. The fellow behind the desk seemed surprised that no one had contacted me when we hadn't arrived by the time they closed (We had made it very clear with Wicked Bucks that we would be arriving at 6pm). Our keys were in the lock box but nobody contacted me with a code. I didn't even know they were in the lock box. We picked up the Sub-penthouse keys from We Accommodate/Q-Stay without any issue. The next morning I get a text from Q-Stay saying (as it appears in text): “Hi Jim, Hope you are well! Please contact the office on 13… asap to avoid eviction! Thank you, Jess” I called straight away and she told me we had too many people staying in the room, that we had twenty people staying but had only paid for 10 (even though 5-6 had found alternate accommodation). I don’t know how they would have known if we had any extras, but I’m assuming now we were mixed up with the other group I’m about to mention. We were also accused of having 10 police arrive to our apartment to deal with rowdy behaviour. This was completely untrue and was actually related to a different group who were unknown to us. WE HAD ZERO INVOLVEMENT WITH ANY POLICE. On Saturday, around 1pm on our way to the afternoon cruise we booked I then had call from Wicked Bucks calling me accusing me and my group of the same thing. I then receive a number of different calls either doubling down on the accusations, or just trying to clarify what happened or to let me know that there must have been “some wires crossed” as one of them said. As we were sitting having lunch before our afternoon cruise on Saturday I had two phone calls. In these calls was told by a male staff member at Wicked Bucks in no uncertain terms that those people who sought the alternate accommodation with We Accommodate/Q-Stay had to get their bags out of that room now because it was not part of the booking. I said that won’t be happening now because we were about to jump on a cruise and the best we could do was get back at 7pm and sort it out (I’m assuming this happened. I told those guys what needed to be done). I recall saying to that staff member that it is not my issue, and that he should talk to the accommodation. He said it was my issue and I basically said nothing will be happening before 7pm and I don’t want to be called about it again. Overall it was an absolute debacle which still hasn't been resolved. I have just spoken to Gabby from Wicked Bucks on the phone who was very apologetic and is seeking a refund from Mantra. She also stated that she has spoken to Mantra and that they made a mistake and “Forgot to divert their phones” on Friday. On a personal level if it’s of any importance, it completely ruined the weekend. It was full of unnecessary stress, issue after issue after issue, untrue allegations and was just a complete dogfight the whole way through.
Good location and comfortable accommodation.

Resort facilities were great. Room was a little basic with small bedrooms and bathrooms. One of the toilets didn't flush and ac dripped water behind TV. But I would definitely stay at that location again.
Good location, friendly staff
