Very good my kids and I enjoyed our time there but there wasn't not enough sugar/ coffee or toilet paper for a weekend for 4 people

It was so convenient. Outstanding views in different directions made for spectacular viewing on a stormy evening and I enjoyed staying in more than I was planning. Accommodation is so close to the beach and a quick walk to seek out some delicious coffee. Couple of minutes walk to the light rail stop to travel north or south. The room was well cleaned, incredibly spacious and had every item I could have possibly needed in the kitchen and more! Really appreciated the shampoo, conditioner and body wash as it just saves having to buy any. I was a late check in and the instructions for this were excellent. The person I reached via the call button to let me in was so friendly and helpful. All staff I encountered at Breakfree were friendly throughout. Another reason I would choose to stay there again is that there is so much noisy building work happening all around with lots of cranes operating but the soundproofing at Breakfree Acapulco was excellent so it didn’t disturb me.

The place itself was great, but unfortunately, the cleanliness and amenities were very disappointing. The couches and pillows were dirty and had an unpleasant smell. There were no bins provided anywhere except for one in the kitchen — not even in the bathroom. For a stay of four nights with three adults, there were not enough towels, and no kitchen or tea towels were provided in sufficient quantity. There were also no tissue boxes available. The bedroom blankets had visible stains, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the property did not offer an easy or pleasant stay, especially considering the basic amenities and cleanliness expected for this type of accommodation.
