was disappointed that the pool and BBQ renovations were not complete as previously advised when we booked. was also disappointed that one lift was not working at the time of stay.

It is very unfortunate that the recreational facilities remain closed however wet weather has pushed back the completion date. In light of this, I can confirm that we applied a 10% discount to your reservation. In relation to the elevator outage, Otis is currently trying to source a very rear part & is experiencing delays with it also being peak season however we are working very closely with them to ensure that the lift is restored as quickly as possible. At BreakFree, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. Weren’t told we needed to check in by 3pm to get both sets of keys. This really stuffed up plans. The fob didn’t work so we couldn’t access the carpark or lift. This also stuffed us up for the first afternoon. Bedrooms were stiflingly hot. Foxtel did not work. Otherwise, it was fine.
