The view from our room was absolutely gorgeous and breath-taking, along with the room itself. Furniture and decorations were stunning, I would live there. Only a few unfortunate traits was the fan and light in our master bedroom did not work and we asked about it but nothing was done and the main tv we couldn't work out how to turn on. we didn't get our towels replaced but maybe we should've asked. receptionists were both lovely and made the stay even better!

Following your feedback, we engaged a contractor who has confirmed that replacement is necessary. We sincerely apologise that this was unable to be completed during your stay. With regards to room servicing, as our apartments are equipped with a full laundry for your convenience, mid-week servicing is completed when guests stay 8x nights or more. We enjoyed the location and the space in the apartment (#29) but unfortunately the apartment is in its original state and very tired. Furniture has tears and rips in it, bedside tables are all chipped. There was an old soap used in the shower when we arrived and unfortunately the fridge was barely keeping anything cold.

Room had no aircon as advertised, so was very hot, dishes left in dishwasher and dirty linen left in cupboard...room was very run down...fans did not all work and tv channels had no reception and only 1 lift working. The location is fantastic so it is a real shame that it has been so let go....for the price i could have got alot better and expected a lot better
