The longstanding single lift in a 24 storey building is well known but is a shame as it detracts from the overall quality of any occupant. The apartments and facilities and staff are excellent.

There were a group of 7 of us in two apartments celebrating a milestone occasion. We were well located between Cavill Avenue and Broadbeach so shopping, cafes, restaurants were all close by. The Northcliffe Surf Club was right over the road (lovely to sit there also and look out to the ocean and people watch). We had access on the property to a great BBQ area and the indoor and outdoor pools and spa. Everything was great and we had a wonderful stay.

Comfortable, well-equipped apartment with modern feel. Both outdoor and indoor pools and spas were great and gym was sufficiently adequate. The apartment complex is also well-positioned between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. No complaints whatsoever with the apartment, the complex, or its facilities. However, we did not get what we booked. Seven months before we arrived, I booked a one bedroom apartment advertising "wonderful sea views from the balcony". This promise was not only in the advertising but was included in my booking confirmation email. What we arrived to was a two bedroom apartment with zero sea views. Having stayed in Surfers before, the sea view was the primary reason we chose Acapulco. Consequently, despite the great facility, we very disappointed with our stay.

Great location, staff friendly. Stayed in March, one lift was broken, still broken in May. Indoor spa closed at various times throughout stay. Bathroom needed attention during stay, it was quickly sorted. Very accommodating with visitor car park for extra vehicles for guests.
