We enjoyed the location and the space in the apartment (#29) but unfortunately the apartment is in its original state and very tired. Furniture has tears and rips in it, bedside tables are all chipped. There was an old soap used in the shower when we arrived and unfortunately the fridge was barely keeping anything cold.

Room had no aircon as advertised, so was very hot, dishes left in dishwasher and dirty linen left in cupboard...room was very run down...fans did not all work and tv channels had no reception and only 1 lift working. The location is fantastic so it is a real shame that it has been so let go....for the price i could have got alot better and expected a lot better

The location was great. we wanted to have the top floor but they couldn't make 1king bed instead of 2 single beds was too hard then we had to go 10 floors down. on the day of the check in we were stopped for an hour as the cleaner was cleaning the room. we got in and the bed and bed sheet are so dirty, we called they only changed one bedroom and it wasn't the dirty one. then the second day, maicrove didn't work as fast as we thought, the stove same thing. ( as we check in arent they supposed to turn those on ? ) yep they didn't do it for 2 days. iam sure they can do way better.
