great view of the beach from the balcony, albeit frame by 2 construction sites for new towers either side of it. the apartment itself is a bit tired - eg. rust around the frame of the shower screen and bathroom door, the sauna downstairs is barely warm etc... luckily you don't spend too much time inside when at the gold coast. not best value for money

We were very impressed with our unit No93. It could have done with another couch to accommodate 4 people. A few extra cleaning details - dust top of fan blades, phone, clean clock in kitchen.

The receptionist was very helpful and professional in the circumstances. L2 U8 had two faulty blinds which meant there was no privacy and it was too light to sleep. (There were also spots on the bedroom wall next to the bed that appeared to be mould, however the unit was spotless so it seemed a bit "strange".) We requested a transfer however this was not possible. We received a refund for the remaining nights and went to another Accor property. (It would have been good to have actual photos of each unit at the point of booking - this is quite common for other similiar sites - as we would not have booked a unit with white blinds and no curtains in the bedroom as we are "dark" sleepers.) Very happy with the outcome as the Receptionist made the process simple and "blame-free".

Great location... but that was about the only good thing of our stay in Room 71. Here is some feedback as to how things could be vastly improved: a) there was only one lift working. This resulted in long waits sometimes or waiting for the lift to come back to our floor if we couldn't fit in the lift when it did come to us. b) my emails to you leading up to our stay were either answered way too late or not answered at all. In fact only one of my emails was answered. Communication needs to be improved a lot as this was very disappointing. c) the fridge made a funny loud noise during our stay and probably needs to be either fixed or replaced. d) the second bathroom fan was ridiculously loud, and the toilet seat was broken. e) there was no mention nor offer of a room upgrade during check-in even though my All Accor Gold Membership status states I am eligible for one. f) we were not offered a complimentary alcoholic beverage upon arrival, which is also an All Accor Gold Membership status benefit.

We understand how frustrating this would have been and agree that timely responses are essential to providing excellent guest service. Thank you also for bringing the maintenance concerns in your room to our attention, including the noisy refrigerator, the excessively loud bathroom fan, and the broken toilet seat. These matters have been forwarded to our maintenance team for immediate investigation and rectification. I am also sorry to hear that your ALL Accor Gold membership benefits were not appropriately recognised. We understand the importance of acknowledging our valued members and regret that the possibility of an upgrade and your welcome drink entitlement were not discussed during check-in. Your comments have been shared with our Front Office team to prevent similar oversights in the future. We genuinely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we need to improve. We loved our room. However, there seemed to be basic things missing, no face cloths, no tissues and no little milk provided. Just little things that go a long way. No one wants to get up to make a hot drink on the first morning and have to hike down to the convenience store to buy milk.

Great quiet location with a 10min walk to surfers or broadbeach centres. Rooms are spacious, nice views, good pool and sauna, plus a great surf club immedaitely across the road for easy meals and drinks. Good value accomodation for a relaxed holiday with easy access to the noiser part of the gold coast when you want it.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay and were very impressed with every aspect of the accommodation. As we were travelling with three families, we booked three apartments—two two-bedroom apartments and one one-bedroom apartment—which worked perfectly for us. Each apartment was spacious, modern, spotlessly clean, and provided plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The resort facilities were outstanding. The large outdoor swimming pool was beautifully maintained, and the barbecue area was a wonderful place to spend time together. The tennis court was in excellent condition, while the indoor heated pool, spa, and sauna were all exceptionally clean and well maintained. The gym was also well equipped with everything we needed. What really made our stay special, however, was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. Their attitude seemed to be, “If we can help, we will,” rather than looking for reasons to say no. Every request that the resort had agreed to before our arrival was carried out exactly as promised, and we felt genuinely well looked after throughout our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again and can highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for spacious accommodation, excellent facilities, and outstanding customer service.

Unit was great. Pool area lovely. However 1 lift not working very inconvenient. Also most plates and bowls were all chipped which is a health issue. Unit needs to be checked more often to make sure things are right

The longstanding single lift in a 24 storey building is well known but is a shame as it detracts from the overall quality of any occupant. The apartments and facilities and staff are excellent.
