It was a nightmare, the sheets was dirty, the room was smelly, the bathroom was disgusting, even the corridors was dirty and stained everywhere,ibis should mind there reputation and do something!!! Ok we looking for cheap places but it shouldn’t be that way I visited many branches around the world this is the worst

Nice and simple hotel close to the airport. Some eating spots and Alfa maret are in walking distance. The staff and the housekeeper Khoirul were very friendly and helpful. Clean and big enough rooms, good wifi. Good for a few nights or transit.

During my stay for 2 times in a row at IBJA, i really got and "feel welcome" thru sincere hospitality services given by one of great hotelier talent mba Dian Novitasari and her team.. she's very attention for our needs even before we are checked in.. and also for the FO team and driver Shuttle Bus from the hotel that pick up and drop off us politely.. It's really appreciated for the attention.. services.. given for us.. other thing buffet breakfast is delicious..

Location is good room is good for 2 adult and kid. The biggest disappointment is that airport shuttle is not that good and they will charge you a lot for taxi. Also, they would not allow for uber/grap. Staff is very unfriendly
