We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay, especially regarding the bed condition and the smell in the room. Please be assured that this is not the level of comfort and cleanliness we strive to provide for our guests. Your comment about the bed bug is a matter we take very seriously. We have immediately reported this to our housekeeping and pest control team to conduct a thorough inspection and treatment of the room to ensure that the issue is properly resolved and prevented from happening again. In addition, we will review our cleaning and room inspection procedures to maintain the highest standards of hygiene. At the same time, we truly appreciate your kind remark about our receptionist.
