All super, really good personnel. Good room with amenities and pool of warm water. Andy Pratama was very nice with the kids, super good staff. Good restaurant and food, with toys for kids. Free shuttle bus to the hotel and short ride hotel - airport.

Wifi not works in 816 room and when i say to the staff on reception they do nothing to solve the problem they said they don’t know anything about the wifi so then they are saying that they do something but they do nothingg [please someone solve the wifi ploblem in 816 room ]

It was a nightmare, the sheets was dirty, the room was smelly, the bathroom was disgusting, even the corridors was dirty and stained everywhere,ibis should mind there reputation and do something!!! Ok we looking for cheap places but it shouldn’t be that way I visited many branches around the world this is the worst

Nice and simple hotel close to the airport. Some eating spots and Alfa maret are in walking distance. The staff and the housekeeper Khoirul were very friendly and helpful. Clean and big enough rooms, good wifi. Good for a few nights or transit.
