Rooms feel like not as well maintained compared to just 2/3 years ago. Water pressure in toilet shower is weak. Compared to swissotel next door, which is under the same group, big difference. Aircon control was not working as well. I had a dirty bath towel with stains and some harden dirt stuck on it.
