We are disappointed to learn that several aspects of your stay did not meet the high standards of comfort and service that we strive to provide. We regret that the bar experience on the 8th floor did not meet your expectations. Delivering attentive and professional service is of utmost importance to us, and your comments have been shared with the relevant department leadership for immediate review and coaching opportunities. We are equally concerned to learn about the issues you encountered with the bathroom facilities. The malfunctioning rain shower and the positioning of the regular shower are certainly not reflective of the quality experience we aim to offer our guests. Our Engineering team has been informed and will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure these issues are promptly rectified. Additionally, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the slow elevator service during your stay. We understand how important efficiency and ease of movement are to our guests, and we appreciate your patience. Your feedback has been shared with our maintenance team as we continue to monitor and improve the performance of our facilities. We also regret the inconvenience of not having an iron available when requested. We recognize that this essential amenity should be readily accessible, and we are reviewing our inventory management procedures to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future. We truly enjoyed our stay here, everything was amazing! Great location which also connects to a shopping centre. Staff were so nice and friendly too. Had an enjoyable stay at Mercure Jakarta PIK Avenue. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. Amenities were adequate, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. One of the hotel’s biggest strengths is its location. Being directly connected to PIK Avenue Mall makes it extremely convenient for dining, shopping, and daily necessities. Soekarno-Hatta International Airport is also only around 30 minutes away under normal traffic conditions. Regarding the welcome drink benefit, there was some confusion about the beverage eligibility for my membership tier. Fortunately, the waiter handled the matter professionally and courteously, explaining the situation clearly and providing a thoughtful solution. His service and willingness to assist were greatly appreciated.. Overall, a comfortable hotel with a strategic location and friendly service, making it a convenient choice when staying in the PIK area.
