We had an amazing stay, even this is my first stay in Mercure Pik! Every staff in every facility were helpfulf and hospitable which made my stay memorable. Thank to Adam from Reception, Ganda from bellboy which fulfill my needs during my stay. Exceptional and it is worth to visit again.

Check in was seamless, breakfast spread was good, single room was a bit small and lighting was dim, but overall clean and comfortable. Best part is that it is connected to PIK Avenue so many choices for food/shopping
