First and foremost, please accept our sincerest apologies for the disappointment and frustration you experienced during your stay, especially regarding your request for additional drinking water. We truly regret that this situation affected your overall experience and left you feeling dissatisfied. We fully understand your concerns, particularly as one of our returning guests, and we are genuinely apologetic to learn that this experience did not meet the expectations you have built from your previous stays with us and within the Accor network. Your loyalty and continued trust are truly appreciated, which makes your feedback even more important for us to address carefully. Please allow us to clarify that the complimentary drinking water allocation provided in the room follows our hotel standard policy, which is implemented consistently for all guests across the property. Additional bottled water requests are therefore subject to certain service guidelines and limitations.
