Upon check-in, the staff member Agnes welcomed me so warmly and kindly. Although my stay was brief due to my schedule, the room was comfortable and cozy. The staff across all sections were genuinely friendly, which made for a wonderful and memorable start to my Jakarta journey. The hotel features numerous event halls and is very well-kept, with a noticeably large number of business travelers. The direct connection to the mall was also a great convenience.
