We enjoyed our transit stay in Mercure hotel PIK. The hotel looks like brand new and well maintained. Good location in PIK, close to Soekarno Hatta Cengkareng airport, located in the same building with PIK Avenue mall for shopping and eating options. The staffs are friendly and tried their best to accommodate our needs of late check out. Thank you and will be back soon.

Satisfied with good location and great service. Only disappointment were linen was torn and water leaking from shower to floor from the door gap

we were pleased to stay just for a couple days in Mercure Hotel at PIK Avenue, one is because of the location, surrounding lots of culinary choices and we found the bed was comfortable, but some area inside the room was a bit too dark.... the rest of our experiences in this hotel were great

An old fashioned hotel. Especially toilet, such as wash bowl, shower cabin and hair dryer. Poor soundproofing so it was so noisy from neighboring room.
