First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies for the shortcomings you experienced during your visit. We are disappointed to learn that several aspects of your stay did not meet the high standards of comfort and service that we strive to provide. We regret that the bar experience on the 8th floor did not meet your expectations. Delivering attentive and professional service is of utmost importance to us, and your comments have been shared with the relevant department leadership for immediate review and coaching opportunities. We are equally concerned to learn about the issues you encountered with the bathroom facilities. The malfunctioning rain shower and the positioning of the regular shower are certainly not reflective of the quality experience we aim to offer our guests. Our Engineering team has been informed and will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure these issues are promptly rectified. Additionally, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the slow elevator service during your stay. We understand how important efficiency and ease of movement are to our guests, and we appreciate your patience. Your feedback has been shared with our maintenance team as we continue to monitor and improve the performance of our facilities. We also regret the inconvenience of not having an iron available when requested. We recognize that this essential amenity should be readily accessible, and we are reviewing our inventory management procedures to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future. Your feedback is invaluable to us, as it allows us to identify areas where improvements are needed and enhance the overall guest experience. While we deeply regret the frustrations you encountered, we truly appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention.
