This is one of advantages of being a Platinum Member; being able yo get a Privilege Room at a Superior’s room price, PLUS free breakfast for 2, PLUS early C/I and late C/O, I feel like I have stayed at this hotel for a long time even though it’s only 4 nights. I feel at home here. Your internet is good, I dont feel connection problem during work from hotel. The staff at the frontdesk are quite friendly, helpful and informative. The Antigen test facilities provided are very helpful for my needs of traveling. Good Job! I should be able to give a rating of 10 for a review but there are things that must be improved: 1. This time I didnt get a welcome letter & welcome fruit/snack that I usually get at other hotels. 2. BBQ in the pool must be greatly improved, I didnt feel the experience was extraordinary, the dining time was too short I couldnt enjoy it, the food refill was too long & only 1 grill while it took time to cook, the choice of John Wick’s film was not the right one to accompany dinner; whose idea was this? 3. I am disappointed with the choice of welcome drink, the highest choice is only beer with the same brand that can be purchased at Indomaret without having to become a platinum member, while at other hotels I can get wine.

Location is really nice and connected to a mall, which is convenient. Staffs are helpful and nice. Check in and check out is done quickly, and they make sure the vehicle is already registered for the complimentary free parking. Amenities are complete, bed is comfy, room is clean, and everything is really nice and enjoyable.

The room is very comfortable, it really is. I even had a hard time to leave the room and even decided to extend my stay for that particular reason. The rate is very reasonable. The staffs are helpful. I didn’t get to try the food service as I wanted to explore around the area and preferred to eat out. However, there’s one night between my stay that I wanted to order in, but my husband said your room service stopped at 8 pm and it was already past 8 so…. We missed it. Perhaps, next time.

the view is okay.. but the ac is hot even with the coldest setting. also.. booked for 2 nights with breakfast. but the second day breakfast wasnt there till we make the call to the kitchen.. could be better and please keep track on who gets breakfast, what kind and what time. and i was hoping for price vs value. the price wasnt cheap. but the value I got was slightly disappointing.. me personally think that the food taste a bit bland. maybe could have given extra salt/pepper in small pack?

Laundry service was terrible

I put laundry on 10 March 2021 before 9 am, should be finished at the same day at 8 pm based on their service agreement but until 11 March 2021 8 am when I asked to the housekeeping they said the laundry will be finished at 10 am while I had to check out to catch the flight to Manado.

Maintenance of the facilities & Restaurant Service

I have been staying at this Hotel (Mercure Hotel PIK) for quite a while now, I have seen the poor maintenance of the room, specially the FLOOR CARPETS and the stains & cracks of the hand basin in the toilets. Also, a couple of times I was in the restaurant for breakfast I noticed there is only one person serving the BUFFET. We have to wait to be serve since we cannot take our own food. I suggest the Restaurant Manager should take a good look at this issues because it's becoming a regular scenario.

We stayed 4 days - privilege room is highly recommended! Good location with direct access to PIK Avenue shopping center, 15min to airport and all wishable facilities inhouse. Breakfast buffet us great, staff super friendly; nake you feel home from home. Excellent stay for business and jakarta stop over.

The Privilege Room with beatiful view of PIK area from buildings, premuim houses , golf court & sea view on the otherside

Overall its so so, the room is privilege but the air con did work well it was so hot and the bathroom also the shower didnt work well. Too bad. Hope the staffs maintain their privilege room since its more expensive than the usual room

I’ve stayed at the Mecure many times previously and especially of late as I have had a lot of business meetings to attend in north Jakarta Usually everything is just satisfactory, however last night I had a Bad experience by being treated disrespectfully by one of the restaurant staff, I was denied any food and beverage after visiting the restaurant at 730 pm and told there was no more orders that could be placed for something simple like a burger or a beer ... when I saw other guests enjoying meals by the pool I asked if I would be able to order a room service and then bring it by the poolside to enjoy but the staff member named Widi gave me the arms crossed symbol and held the palm of his hand out towards me in a gesture that I found highly offensive .. this young man didn’t even have the common decency to use explain to me courteously what the options or protocols were ... instead he showed me the ( talk to the hand ) So I got angry with him, this behavior he showed me is really rude in our culture at home in Sydney Australia. I asked the manager to check me out of my room and told him I wanted to move to another hotel with accommodating staff with manners I left the hotel Mecure PIK and will never return again thanks to a restaurant employee named Widi that thought it was a good idea to be rude to me. I have taken Mecure of the list of preferred hotels for my company, I am certainly going to recommend all my friends, colleges and family do the same Hope there’s an opportunity for you to provide better hospitality training for your restaurant staff in future so you don’t continue losing valuable customers Thank you
