I understand the hotel is still quite new, and I truly appreciate the hard work and effort from the entire team throughout my stay. The property has a lot of potential, and with time I believe the overall guest experience will continue to improve nicely. The room was generally comfortable. I only noticed that sound from the entrance road could occasionally still be heard from inside the room, and the mattress felt slightly firmer than what I am personally used to. There were also a few small finishing details in the bathroom area and around the AC installation that may naturally improve as the property continues to be refined. Breakfast was fairly simple, though perhaps in the future a little more variety could make the experience even more enjoyable for guests. I also noticed a few plates that seemed slightly dusty at one point, which was likely just an oversight during preparation. Service overall was appreciated, and I completely understand that the team may still be adjusting as operations continue to settle in. There were moments where the reception experience felt a little less warm, but nothing major, and I am sure this will improve over time with experience and routine. I also had a minor inconvenience regarding the availability of an additional room key card, which unfortunately was not available during my stay. Hopefully this may become more flexible for guests in the future. Lastly, access to the basement parking area can be a little challenging due to the narrow turns, particularly for larger vehicles. Some additional guidance in the parking area may help guests feel more comfortable when arriving. Thank you once again to the whole team for the hospitality, and I sincerely wish the hotel continued success and improvement ahead.

New facility. The room was great but there was small animals or bug in the carpet. I also found fly in the room. Maybe this is from the old hotel ibis renovated. I am afraid if children play in the carpet that bugs can enter their ears

I just check in to our room. I Know that this Mercure is newly open but The Mercure should have The Mercure standard. I arrived at Mercure Grogol 10 minutes before 14.00 from the airport after quite a long flight and like to rest in the room. It said check in start at 14.00. After I registered at the reception, only one person work there, he said to wait at 14.00 so I lingered in the lobby waiting for him to call me as he promised. There were several guests also wait to check in. I waited and don't want to bother him while he checked in other guests. After everyone got their key and went up, I approached him and asked if I can get my key. He said the room is not ready yet, asked me to wait. So, I went back to sit down. Time is 14.25 so I approached him again and asked if I can get my key? Because other guests already got their key. He replied " those guest stay in the suite room" I responded " So I can't get it faster because I stay in Classic room?" He managed to fix his word and excuse but his replied already made me disappointed. Ten minutes later, he called me and I got my key. I entered and floor still damp, in the shower area near the glass shower box some water still left a bit. On the TV screen still written " Welcome Ms.Henry" I don't know what happened but my impression for this new Mercure hotel is just disappointing but The room is beautiful tho. And I found out that today is The Grand Opening event yet it seems it's not ready to open with the lack of staff at the reception and what I have been experiencing. Something is just different from the Mercure Hotel I usually stay. Breakfast was great, I think it's betawi culture theme with alot of selection savoury and sweet. Coffee in the pot was not good and Luke warm only. I wish they serve coffee from the machine. Staff in the breakfast were accomodating and friendly. Maybe when I visit and stay here again in the future, this Mercure will be ready with Mercure standard.
