Hotel room was nice, cleaned, and comfortable however i heard some noises (thud and creak) near my room's AC which i'm not quite sure what. Breakfast was good, i think there could be some improvement in the menu variety.

The hotel itself is newly renovated, so the room is clean and nice, the restaurant menu has great choices, but the insect control need to be improved because we can see many flies and mosquitoes in the restaurant and garden behind.

I added a note when booking via Tiket.com that I preferred a quiet floor. However, we were given a room with a connecting door, and our neighbors were very noisy while we were trying to rest around 9–11 PM. We called the front office to ask for assistance, and the security staff helped by reminding them to keep the noise down. However, we were still disturbed as they remained noisy until early morning. The next day, the hotel moved us to another room of the same type, but without a connecting door, and it was much more comfortable for us.

I chose here due to meeting with someone. The location actually is not that ok due to traffic jam and crowd but i also realized that this is budget hotel before and i was sceptical at first. But once seeing their modification and services. Its ok though
