My room was upgraded which I highly appreciated. I wish that I could already check-in when I arrived though. Yes, I arrived around 1.45 PM and I KNOW that officially the check-in time was 2.00 PM but as a platinum member, I wish that 15 minutes wouldn't make a difference and that I could check-in a bit earlier. Not a big deal, still would be a nice perk. The breakfast was good options though. I want to stay here again for longer than 1 night to exprience West Jakarta stay-cation :)
