Too much noise!

I was put on the 3rd floor next to those guests who were in quarantine, this meant a lot of noise from food deliveries and room service, cleaning rooms, etc. I was woken up at 6 am, staff was cleaning the room in front of my room, talking loud, he couldn't give a damn that other people were sleeping. The hotel carpet floors look terrible, the area around the pool is falling apart. I work in Papua Timika and won't use this hotel again during my transits.

All staff members were very polite But Woken up by staff at random early hours for no reason. Ringing door bell when leaving water outside side or random drops of food outside door. Food that wasn’t ordered. Food drops at door were not requested nor was I asked for my preferred selection of food. Prices were way too high. The hotel are taking advantage of the customers that are in 5-day quarantine due to COVId period, and those that cannot go outside hotel. Can only pay cash or credit card and they don’t assist with ordering outside hotel if you want something slightly different than what is on their limited menu. Menu is extremely limited. Food is not presentable or wholesome. It’s very average motel (not hotel) style food. I did not eat most of the items that were left at my door. I didn’t ask for them and I think this is a waste of the hotels time. Prices in the city are much cheaper I would have preferred to stay there if I had known the limitations for this hotel. Sent some clothing for laundry same day delivery service - it didn’t arrive back for three days. Although this wasn’t an issue because I couldn’t leave hotel due to quarantine- I would have expected at least a call saying there is a delay. The staff are very nice at this hotel, very polite. I would not recommend staying at this hotel, certainly not for 5 days of quarantine. Overall very disappointing

Very friendly staff, room ok ( missing a mini bar in the superior room) . The main bad point was the food given for quarantine, breakfast and other meals were not really good

Stay 5 days in this hotel, I can say, I liked the facilities. But the staff behavior and services was underrated. Start from Receptionist, whenever I have some inquiry or question, she just handed over to other person. Like that time I asked about the result of PCR test, she said, just check on eHAc, which actually I never receive any result from eHAC. Finally I received from receptionist. I asked when usually the PCR result will be ready, so I could make a plan for my trip. She said she doesn’t know. That time, a foreigner complaining about 5e repetition of the meals, same all the times chicken and rice. She said to him, better you talk to restaurant.. Oh my God. Other think, during quarantine, many times roomboy knock the door offering room cleaning. Excuse me, am I under quarantine? Nobody should enter my room. Also whenever they deliver the meal, why they knock our door? Just put the meal on the table in front of the room. No need to knock the door. In this case, I know exactly many people complaining. Because it was very disturbing.

Stayed 6 days for COVID quarantine from 31/01 - 05/02 with my daughter and booked it through email. Paid by myself not by the government. Arrived at 7 am in the morning and the hotel charged me because I checked in early, it was ok for me, yet I tried to make sure plenty of times that my room was ready And yet, We found that our room was so DIRTY, lots of dust and the water was brown! We had another room after 2 HOURS. We booked for 2 pax, but the hotel was also often forgot and sent us only 1 pax of meal! I needed to complaint so that the meal came. Not only that the wifi was so crap that I could not work during my stay. and THE WORST? My daughter accidentally spill water on our bed and that was when I found there was MENSTRUATION BLOOD on our duvet!!! YUCKS!! Very very disgusting!!! I have never stayed in a very disgusting room like IBIS- not even in the cheaper budget hotel
