One of the worst hotel stays I have had. The only lovely staff member who spoke English well was Shafira at check in. When I tried to sleep I kept getting bitten by something. I then inspected the mattress and found out it was bed bugs. I called reception to change the room. They then wanted to put my in the room right next to it, which was completely senseless because the bed bugs would be in the room next to mine as well. I asked to get a room on another level, it took the staff over 45 minutes to work this out. In the middle of the night. They barely spoke any english. I got told I can speak to the manager the next day. When I asked for the manager they just said he’s not there but they would notify him. No apologies or whatsover about the bed bugs which makes me think they are very well aware about the issue.

The receptionist at checkin was very friendly. The room was nice, although the mattress was too hard for my liking. Good selection of food for breakfast.

Everyone friendly and helpful, but more maintenance needed - a/c did not work properly and shower needed scrubbing.
