Positives are close to the airport and the staff are friendly. Unfortunately the rest was incredibly poor. Breakfast was expensive for what it was and really terrible and inedible really. I had to ask several times for the food to be brought out again as it was empty and this was incredibly slow. We then got “upgraded” rooms but it wasn’t an upgrade at all. Our room also had a ceiling link which occurred during the night which woke us up and made the floor soaking wet. When I alerted the reception, nothing was done to fix it and it was still broken and leaking later that day despite saying it would be fixed. No offer to change room or compensation was offered. The pool area environment is horrible - full of people smoking and no where to really sit and relax and it’s very overlooked. No pool towels available either. Outdated hotel too and needs a freshen up, pictures do not reflect what it’s like. The parking situation out the front is also silly where taxi drivers have to pay to pick up and drop off which is not clear. Wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it. The amount of problems we had during our stay with no compensation either is incredibly disappointing.
