The breakfast was terrible, cold & for those is Quarantine, I was in transit from Papua to Bali. Usually, Breakfast is free as I'm a Gold member, this time I was charged extra - Could be my fault when making the reservation. My employer refunds my accommodation only, so while I was checking out, I asked for my invoice to be emailed to me "excluding" the meals I ordered. Instead, I got the opposite, I have since asked for this to be amended for the 3rd time. Such a simple process which was not an issue before. Even though there is a sticker on the door that says this room has been sanitized, there were cockroaches on my desk where I ate my breakfast. This hotel is simply falling into a state of disrepair. It's really sad as the hotel is in a good location next to the airport. One last thing, the 24-hour taxi service available does NOT provide receipts, which is an inconvenience. Rather order Grab or Bluebird taxi services should you require a receipt. Going forward, I will opt for another hotel as I don't want to be disappointed again.

First thing thing that greeted me when opening my room door was a bug. Not a great first impression. The room was extremely small but comfortable and definitely cleaner than the carpet and upholstery in lobby. Arrived at 7:00pm to find the restaurant was closed and my only option was room service...food was very mediocre. Shuttle back to airport was on time but a bit crowded and with covid left me feeling a bit uneasy.

It was overall well managed from airport pick up, check-in, during stay experience, in-room dining and check-out. Thanks to Junaedi (night duty manager) and Fuad for pick-up arrangement though initially meeting point was not clearly communicated and driver info was not advised.

I did the quarantine package in this hotel. The location was good, the internet was poor, some of the staffs couldn't speak english, but they were polite, there were no clear instructions/directions on the quarantine schedules (what time to expect meals, PCR tests, etc). I had to call the receptionist or go down to receptionist by myself to get clear answers which were also not that clear due to language barriers. The food were poor, and the portions were also super small compared to Ibis Styles Simatupang (my friend got quarantined there and sent me the pictures of the foods which were amazing compared to Ibis Styles Airport, and the prices were almost similar).

Too much noise!

I was put on the 3rd floor next to those guests who were in quarantine, this meant a lot of noise from food deliveries and room service, cleaning rooms, etc. I was woken up at 6 am, staff was cleaning the room in front of my room, talking loud, he couldn't give a damn that other people were sleeping. The hotel carpet floors look terrible, the area around the pool is falling apart. I work in Papua Timika and won't use this hotel again during my transits.

Highway Robbery - be prepared to pay higher prices than Europe

All staff members were very polite But Woken up by staff at random early hours for no reason. Ringing door bell when leaving water outside side or random drops of food outside door. Food that wasn’t ordered. Food drops at door were not requested nor was I asked for my preferred selection of food. Prices were way too high. The hotel are taking advantage of the customers that are in 5-day quarantine due to COVId period, and those that cannot go outside hotel. Can only pay cash or credit card and they don’t assist with ordering outside hotel if you want something slightly different than what is on their limited menu. Menu is extremely limited. Food is not presentable or wholesome. It’s very average motel (not hotel) style food. I did not eat most of the items that were left at my door. I didn’t ask for them and I think this is a waste of the hotels time. Prices in the city are much cheaper I would have preferred to stay there if I had known the limitations for this hotel. Sent some clothing for laundry same day delivery service - it didn’t arrive back for three days. Although this wasn’t an issue because I couldn’t leave hotel due to quarantine- I would have expected at least a call saying there is a delay. The staff are very nice at this hotel, very polite. I would not recommend staying at this hotel, certainly not for 5 days of quarantine. Overall very disappointing

My wife stayed at the hotel and it was ok. What we wanted from a hotel at this price range. However as she planned to leave she asked for a taxi. Being new the Jakarta and by herself she jumped into the car that the hotel provided. It however was not a taxi. When she got to the airport they charged her 100,000rp for the trip. Five times what was expected. I am a regular Jakarta traveller. I would not have accepted this. It should have been 20,000rp. We won't be using this hotel again if this is the game they play.

The hotel so nice for 3 stars hotel. Well maintained. Great staffs manner. The location so strategic. The facilities fair enough. Breakfast pretty complete. But i think the price a little bit high for all those good things.
