Selected as the Ibis Styles brand following good experiences in Europe, I was greatly disappointed by the hotel in general for the following points: - Non smoking room stinks of incrusted smoke; my own clothes are smelly from lying on and sleeping in the bed. Visible liquid stain on the contact sheet. - No seatbelts available in the airport shuttle; - Did not find specific information on the website about where to find the shuttle from the airport to the hotel; - LED light flickering above sink area; - Dead lightbulb in one of the lamps of the work area; - General dated aspect of the room; I want to stress that the staff at the hotel was very helpful and courteous.

A nice transit hotel experience

I highly valued their manner and handling of Accor's loyal members like me by giving their best effort in providing for my needs. For Platinum members, the shuttle pick-up and delivery is private, apart from other guests, and not attached to a fixed shuttle schedule. So I was picked up and delivered to the airport as per my flight schedule with their MPV car. (Checked V) My room is upgraded two-level to their available suites (correct me if I'm wrong about this) so I got a very nice and large room, completed with a bathtub. (Checked V). The falling point is only due to this room is located on the same floor as rooms for quarantine travelers, so the vibes weren't enjoyable at all (food and drink trash in front of rooms). Welcome notes, fruits, and cake are all ready available in my room. (Checked V) My welcome drink was also delivered to my room, and they can provide fresh juice for my sake. (checked V) Another benefit was the dining voucher, since my booking was a Rediscover Indonesia program, so I received a daily credit from the hotel in terms of the dining voucher. The value is 50k which I thought was quite small but that's a nice gesture from the hotel. (Checked V) Since my next flight was very early in the morning, so for breakfast I asked for a rice box. The box is provided well only the portion could be debatable. Overall, I have a very nice experience, highly valued and respected as a member of ALL. Hopefully, on the next visit in the future, I can use other facilities such as a pool, gym, or breakfast at the restaurant. Regards, Firstian

Disappointing Transit Stay

Chose this hotel on my way to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Had 9 hours wait before my flight, so I decided to rest at Ibis Style first. The welcome by a male receptionist was average unlike any other Indonesian hotel receptionist I have ever experienced. The room was small and looked under-maintained. There's even a broken hand wash towel hanger. When checking-out the hotel a male receptionist who registered me was still there. There was no question of how the stay went or even a smile. He made me wait when I asked his help to print my Covid test result without even a courtesy of saying that it would take a few minutes to print. Overall, it was an okay stay and I will never return to this hotel anymore nor recommend others to stay here.

Close to the airport with good service

The service team was very attentive and excellent. The location was very convenient to Jakarta CGK airport. I asked for a room with no smoking, perhaps it was due to others in Quarantine stay but there was the odor of smoking within the room.

My wife stayed at the hotel and it was ok. What we wanted from a hotel at this price range. However as she planned to leave she asked for a taxi. Being new the Jakarta and by herself she jumped into the car that the hotel provided. It however was not a taxi. When she got to the airport they charged her 100,000rp for the trip. Five times what was expected. I am a regular Jakarta traveller. I would not have accepted this. It should have been 20,000rp. We won't be using this hotel again if this is the game they play.

The hotel so nice for 3 stars hotel. Well maintained. Great staffs manner. The location so strategic. The facilities fair enough. Breakfast pretty complete. But i think the price a little bit high for all those good things.

great hotel for transit and layovers. Very close to airpoirt. Taxi will cost you IDR 50,000 both ways. If you have time you can take the free shuttle. There is a "warung:" next to hotel serving all kind of local food with reasonable prices. If you lazy, the room service is excellent.
