I would like to compliment the team at Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue for the excellent hospitality throughout my stay. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and very helpful, which made the overall experience truly pleasant and comfortable. Special thanks to Ms. Suvin for her exceptional personal assistance and service. Due to an internal booking mistake from my side, my reservation had initially been made at Mercure Jakarta Pantai Indah Kapuk instead of Swissôtel. Despite the high occupancy situation at Swissôtel, Ms. Suvin genuinely did her very best to assist me and eventually managed to secure a room for my stay. Her dedication, patience, and professionalism were sincerely appreciated. I would also like to share constructive feedback regarding my experience related to the booking adjustment. I understand that Swissôtel and Mercure operate under different management despite having the same ownership group. Since our company, Sumbiri, had booked a total of 12 rooms at Mercure from 8–10 May under our corporate booking, I had kindly requested whether the first-night charge could be waived due to the booking change. While I fully respect the decision and policy from the Mercure side, I hope there may be greater flexibility and consideration in similar situations in the future, especially for corporate guests with multiple room bookings within the same group network. Overall, I appreciate the professionalism and hospitality extended by the Swissôtel team and look forward to staying again in the future.

We opted to stay at the Swissotel PIK as it was the closest established hotel to the event we were attending and it was also attached to the mall. We were pleasantly greeted by Bhisma and Jackelin at the front desk and they continued to be such amazing hosts throughout our stay. They provided such hospitable service and amazing recommendations on things to check out in the area. We really appreciate the warmth and friendliness that made us feel right at home. We also loved the fact that each staff was super friendly. The staff at the Purovel Spa was also extremely helpful and nice. The massage and facial services are amazing. We will definitely be back in the future.
