Excellent hotel, especially the 5 star customer service by Wulan. Hotel has great location (next to a mall) and great kids friendly facilities too.

I arrived very early at the hotel and the hotel was fully booked. The staffs (Wulan) were very kind and helpful. They informed me that the standard check-in time is 2pm, which I am aware but they went beyond their call of duty to arrange and prepare a room for me when one of the guest checked out.
