Hot water not available for the first 2 nights in suite 702. Until the 3rd night we request to change to a new room 1206. So half our stay we lost 2 days of hot water. When we want to extend the suite, hotel said its full. Sigh.

I and my wife felt comfortable staying at Pullman Hotel. We have been there for 2-3 times before. The receptionist welcomed us warmly and the room service served us well. Only the breakfast was not as well as before in variety of food (less variety).

Sorry to say but, first the room for a 5 star hotel is just so standar nothing special, also the bed is too high, my 1,5 year daughter fall from the bed while trying to get down also for 158cm tall pepole like me is to high, no hanger clip to put towel or clothes, the refrigerator or should i say chiller is not something that i expect from 5 star hotel and lastly the breakfast food is so so, not delicious or have something special to offer for a 5 star hotel, this is the first time i get staycation with my family especially for my daughter so i choose this 5 star hotel but not so good. But the crew and hospitality is very nice, overall is a nice experience.

I made my reservation due to my delayed flight. The room that available at that time was not fully ready and i had been informed by the front officer before that. I also ordered my lunch in the room and arrived an hour later. Please do something with the kitchen service, so we won't be hungry :) After all, i had a good stay, the room is clean, cozy and pretty safe i guess. So, definitely will be back. Having expected a 5-star hotel experience, turns out it's just a 3-star. We are checking in into two connecting rooms. But only one is ready when we checked in. The other we should wait for more than 3 hours to be ready, MORE THAN 3 HOURS. Hotel room is not clean, my wife still can smell dust from the carpetry and the bed sheets. The towel smells like it has been from the old stock and reeks of cockroach nest. The shower is having lower part of the glass can be seen from outside because it's transparent. Definitely not for family. The breakfast is also not good, both taste and variations, not what is expected from 5-star hotels. Other 5-star hotels has much better breakfast. I'm having noodles which is not well-cooked, and the seafood sticks seems using not fresh ingredients. We dislike it so much we do not even bother to complaint on site as it seems not going to be much better.

all the staff are friendly the towel.. cant stand with the odor.. strong smell of acid.. bed.. nothing special just like another 5 star hotel.. the AC was too cold for me.. we kind a turn it of but still so cool.. good thing they have kids activity room down stair.. colouring and watching movie.. thanks

It was very awesone experience to stay in here. Close to Central Park Mall, you'll never get bored and the room is very clean. Dont worry about covid19, because their cleaning service will disinfect your room properly

We've stayed at Pullman for a couple of times already and even though the facilities are limited during covid, it is still a great hotel to stay in. The check in and check out process are quick. Front desk is very informative, telling us about the limitations and facilities that needs to be booked before hand like swimming pool and gym, to keep covid safety measures. Room was clean and spacious. Executive lounge was closed but we can still have our high tea at Bunk on the lobby level. Breakfast buffet was lacking of variety, a few stations are closed, I assume it's because of the pandemic and during the ramadan fasting, so not many people are having breakfast at the restaurant. The quality was still good though. Another great thing is that it's right beside the Central Park mall, so you can shop and window shop whenever you felt bored in the hotel. The mall also have an aquarium, so it kept my kid entertained. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Usually stay here at least once a year on my birthday.. always welcomed with delicious (and i mean really2 yummy well prepared) cake + fruits + cookies inside the room. This time checked in a few days after my born day - although no cake and snacks - but ALL Safe.. Room is on minimum amenities but of basic necessities, ones we really use and need. Additional amenities are a phone call away and delivered muy pronto. Welcome drink for 2! (instead of allowing only 1 applied by other hotels although the voucher clearly states valid for 2 when room is occupied for 2 guests) at the very cozy BUNK lobby lounge, with plenty to choose from their beverages list. The usual great stay..

Such a memorable, five-star service experience rarely found in Indonesia

It's been a long time since I last stayed at this hotel since there have been newer 5-star properties in Jakarta from Accor. As I was planning to take the family to the Jakarta Aquarium, I decided to reach a contact person from the hotel from many years ago. To my pleasant surprise, Pameyla Tan is still at the hotel and responded promptly as the Guest Experience Manager of the Guest Experience Department of Pullman Central Park. What follows is one of the most warm, welcoming and professional response and assistance I have ever experienced not just from the Accor Group but from any hotel, and I have spent the last decade staying at numerous 5-star hotels across Asia (Fairmont, Sofitel, Raffles, Intercontinental, Conrad, Ritz Carlton, etc) which are well-known for their hospitality. I think her staying at the same hotel for all these years has enabled her to perfectly know her property and her staff to such an extent that as a guest, I was heavily impressed by the level of service I experienced during my week-long stay with my family. I have been around and I am well aware that such good intention from a manager is not necessarily reflected by each and every single staff we come across at the property. But during my stay, I get a level of service from all the staff - starting from the front desk, the concierge, the restaurant staff, to the cleaning service and security - as if they have just been briefed by the Guest Experience Manager a moment before. Impeccable, and I very rarely utter this word. I have two toddlers and a baby with me, and she offered to provide kids amenities that really, really, made their day. Such a nice gesture. For families, I highly recommend their Executive Suite as it has a double-sized sofa bed more than enough for two kids of any age. Note that for seasoned travellers, whilst the property is not brand new, all the hardware serve their purpose and for those occasions when 5-star means more of the service and staff than the hardware, well, I definitely had one of such and it felt good. I hope the General Manager read my review and realize that he has such a valuable asset in his Guest Experience Manager, Pameyla Tan. My compliment also goes to Edward, a tall, spectacled waiter in the restaurant, who provide such a personalized level of service of which the better-dressed supervisors failed to deliver. I was pleasantly surprised when he can recite all the specific orders my entourage has requested a day before. Thumbs up!
