We had an amazing stay at Pullman Jakarta. Front Office When we arrived at Pullman, Mr Haris was very empathetic to our unfortunate encounter at Novotel mangga Dua and made us feel very welcomed and assured that we were right to have forsaken our previous booking at Novotel. We also appreciate the room upgrade from Mr Joshua and he also personally check in on us and made sure that minor hiccups were resolved within a very short time. We also appreciated Mr Joshua kind gesture to connect with the next hotel where we stayed to ensure we were well taken care of.The guest service and one touch service were also proactive in making sure we have a comfortable stay and always ready to make sure that request were met fast. Breakfast The service staff are all very friendly and are always ready to help. We enjoyed the fresh vegetables and the customisable fruit juices. The food variety and taste were great too Housekeeping We appreciate that housekeeping staff remembering our prior requests and preparing the amenities we need perfectly Gym and Spa Mr Garret was always ready to provide some extra touches like complimentary stretching sessions and training guidance which were much appreciated. We also enjoyed the spa session we had. Therapists were skillful and gave us a relaxing time Executive Lounge The lounge staff were friendly and remembered our usual drinks, which we appreciated. The food was also excellent and we always look forward to it every evening. Thanks Pullman Jakarta Central Park and we will certainly return.

A hotel is run by staff members we interact with directly, such as receptionists, restaurant staff, guides, cleaning staff, floor managers, and other behind-the-scenes staff we don't usually see. But what they all have in common is that they think about what they can do to ensure customer satisfaction. They always greet you and have a smile on their face. I think that alone is enough to get a perfect score for running a customer-facing business.
