The front office of the Accor Member staff is professional but not friendly. I missed the small talk and occasional smile. He treated me like a pupil instead of a Accor loyal member. I expect more.

While close to the airport, the hotel experience feels outdated and worn down. The beds are comfortable but the rooms have musty carpets. The bathroom shower is awkwardly placed in the middle of the room and is not full sealed, allowing water to leak out and reach the carpet. The shower stall was tight to get in and out of- especially since only the rain shower head worked. The hand held function was not possible due to a broken handle. The restaurant was willing to accommodate my allergies but my pizza crust was somewhat uncooked and cold upon delivery to the table.
