While the hotel is not exactly friendly for family with small children, however I really appreciate the dedication of your hotel staffs, especially restaurant and f&b staff named Jessica, Devia and Effendi. Those kinds of people are the one who made our stay memorable and pleasant.

Staycation with family and we feel much happy. Nice room with tons of features. One thing that need to correct is breakfast menu. Overall food were good but lack of taste and texture especially the congee.

I had a good time spent at Pullman Central Park. The staff are friendly, responsive and professional. Big room and clean. And I love that I don't hear any sound from neighbor rooms, knowing the fact that all rooms were occupied. Many selections for breakfast and really tasty, though I wished they re-fill empty dimsum baskets faster. Television signal in my room was jammed and repeatedly lagging during my stay, quite bothersome. Over all, our family enjoyed our time. Thanks!

Hi, my name is Arief B.. I booked 3 Deluxe rooms & 2 Executive Suite rooms through Traveloka for November 14-15 2021 to facilitate my wedding day preparation trip to the Church November 15 2021. So what i do is: 1. Before I made the payment, I contacted Pullman Hotel Central Park to make sure if I plan to get married on Nov 15th 2021, is there any decoration for the room? They said yess. However, on November 14 at 14:30 I checked in, only 2 rooms were ready, 1 Deluxe & 1 Executive Suite, and I made sure the room that would be decorated for the November 15 wedding, but unfortunately that room was decorated on November 14. The receptionist offered me to keep using the decorated room, and tomorrow it would be redecorated again, but I said NO (not good for my Tradition). Finally around 16:00 the other room was so lately ready. 2. Towels bery strong smell of cigarettes, towels are incomplete for the head, body, wash hands, etc., the bathup cannot be full because the cover cannot be tightly closed, in 2 shower rooms the shower leaks upward so the water does not flow fully into the body, the plywood on the side of the bed for the bride and groom is open and made scratch bleed on both knees even though tomorrow this event is very outrageous hateful and really make me MAD, the soap runs out the next day is not refilled even though the room is asked to be cleaned up, the soap holder in executive suite 1141 is broken, can't release soap liquid (damaged), downlight lamp is broken in livingroom executive suite 1136. Very disappointing five stars Hotel. 3. On November 14 at 18:00 a hotel room decorator contacted me, and confirmed the time for the decorations and cakes for the “honeymoon…”. I have said that the room for wedding plans is not a honeymoon, please if you want to do the decorations at 6 am, the point is that room must be finished decorating at 9 am because there is a photo shot by the Photographer. In fact, the decorations arrived around 08:30 and when the photo event was taking place from 9am, at 9:30 there was still a decoration team decorating the mirror glass with the words HAPPY HONEYMOON, and a HAPPY HONEYMOON cake. So disgusting and sory but i have to say This is so perfectly Idiot. 4. At November 16th around 10 am, room 1139 ordered fried rice with fried egg around because the recommendations were good, but the fried rice that came was cold, taste not fresh, the eggs were hard like leftover breakfast food even though we paid the normal price. The change that should have been around 30 thousand only came back around 15 thousand rupiahs without a receipt. After being complained about the quality of the food, which was like the rest of breakfast, finally given complementary fruits. 5. I finally conveyed all this disappointment via phone with the on duty Manager, I forgot his name maybe Mr. Sapto. There's an apology from him. 6. The peak moment was when one of the cars wanted to leave the secure parking gate and it said the bill was up to around 200 thousand rupiahs, while I registered 5 car license plates and I recorded them on the check-in paper with Mba Anggie. So I had to get out of the stuck car, then I went to the lobby very angry, after check by receptionist computer, plate number B 2442 BIM had not been registered!!! 7. I called the manager back and if I'm not mistaken, I met with Mrs. Fitri, the three of us expressed great disappointment for Pullman Hotel Central Park even though this is our big event, and again sorry to finish everything, just only one word.

Private transportation from the airport. Ushered to the executive lounge which was closed for private check-in. Upgraded to a comfortable clean suite. Food service was prompt and the food was tasty. I was able to contact the duty manager for any requests via whatsapp. Check out after day 3 covid test was smooth and efficient. The staff, the few I had a chance to meet where very pleasant.

I have a good quarantine experience here. All the staff whom I have encountered with are nice, helpful and polite. Foods are great (love the Indonesian food the most as it was traditional dishes but on fancy presentation.) 👍🏻

Look, I understand that during this pandemic, you have to cut corners to keep your business alive. So I came to your hotel with considerably lower expectations... yet I still feel disappointed. Here's why. - When we arrived at your lobby, the temperature's high enough that we were sweating while waiting for our room. - Yes, we had to wait for our room. 45 minutes, to be exact. What is the purpose of online check in if in the end, the check in process took longer than most 3-star hotels? - The payment process was also troubled; we were promised a special rate in the email (including discounts using GarudaMiles) but at the front desk we were asked to pay considerably more. thankfully after showing the email, this problem was solved but it shows lack of coordination between Sales and the frontliner. - the amenities in the room... again, I know that you had to be as efficient as possible, but no bathrobe, no cotton buds, there's not even a laundry bag... at this point it's just sad. - pool and gym was not open, but that's understandable. - the breakfast was served in the room instead of an open buffet, which is also understandable. but the selection severely lacks, especially compared to other five-star hotel breakfast during pandemic. we asked for the breakfast to be served at 8 am, but it ended up being served at 8.30 am, and that was after we called the front desk to remind them that the breakfast was not yet served. also, the breakfast arrived mostly cold, which didn't help to its already mediocre taste. - this is just minor inconvenience but you should swap your outdated alarm-cum-iPod player with the newest one. and also the TV's remote is out of battery; it's a good thing my phone can also double as a remote. all in all; I was disappointed. there still were some positives though: - the staff is amicable and explains thoroughly what benefits we can use as we stayed at the Executive Suite - room was bigger than I thought. and it's squeaky clean. - the location is strategic as it was next to Central Park. I hope this review is helpful and Pullman can improve what is lacking in the future. I wish you all the best, but I won't be staying at any of your hotels for the time being.

Usually stay here at least once a year on my birthday.. always welcomed with delicious (and i mean really2 yummy well prepared) cake + fruits + cookies inside the room. This time checked in a few days after my born day - although no cake and snacks - but ALL Safe.. Room is on minimum amenities but of basic necessities, ones we really use and need. Additional amenities are a phone call away and delivered muy pronto. Welcome drink for 2! (instead of allowing only 1 applied by other hotels although the voucher clearly states valid for 2 when room is occupied for 2 guests) at the very cozy BUNK lobby lounge, with plenty to choose from their beverages list. The usual great stay..
