My first night was terrible. Having flown overnight and worked a fulld ay, expected to get a good night's sleep. I was awakened at 10PM because of a noisy family in the hallway with kids running up and down. The reception refused to move my room when requested with the excuse that no rooms were available yet the night manager called a few hours later indicating there were 2 rooms available on the 5th floor and 2 other rooms available on the 7th floor. When people travel for business, every accommodation must be made not to put them in rooms with families on vacation!

It was a pleasant experience. However, I did not like that the toilet was not cleaned during the 5 days of my stay (I know this because there was a stain that stayed there from Monday to Friday). Also, soap was not replaced everyday. Finally, it appeared as if there was an issue with the sewer because water made a strange sound when it went down the drain (and during my stay last year - Marchi 2025 - the toiled flooded and dirty toilet water started coming out).
