I have stayed at well over 100 hotels, and this is the only hotel where I was told I had to pay extra just to get basic amenities like a toothbrush and slippers. I found this extremely surprising and disappointing. The service at the front desk was also very poor. I asked them at least five times to email me the receipt for my early check-in payment, and despite repeatedly being told it would be sent, I still have not received it. Overall, the experience was far below what I would expect from a Novotel property, especially in terms of basic service and professionalism.

The room had a really uncomfortable bed and pillow set, the glasses in the room were dirty and when I left them on the used sink for exchange, they just left it on the side of the sync. The room had a dirty teapot (which was impossible to use as the sink height didn’t allow the teapot to receive any water)

I had a great stay at the Novotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was comfortable, and everything was clean and well maintained. One thing I especially appreciated was the 24-hour reception, which made my late arrival and early departure completely stress-free. The staff were also very accommodating with my flight schedule, making the experience much more convenient. I also received an excellent recommendation for airport transfer services, which was reliable and made getting around very easy. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay with friendly, helpful staff and great facilities. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff is always very helpful, and friendly and the restaurant is very quick, and food very well made. Unfortunately, my favorite plate ( polvo) is no longer available, but the hotel has always provided great customer service.

I had to call the front desk twice as my TV would not connect to the internet. The lamp in the room did not work and the lighting was poor. No face wash cloths and no body wash in the shower. The blow dryer cord was difficult to extend and the plate came out of the wall. No outlets in the bathroom made it difficult to do hair.
