I stayed Sunday through Wednesday and had business meetings in the hotel. Everything was well equipped. Breakfast was great. Rooms were quiet, beds were perfect and the AC worked well, although it did take me some time to figure out how to operate it.

Hello. I wish I have asked the employee's name but I really hope you can easily find that by my description and make this get to him: this is valuable to keep good employee/service. On Thursday Feb 13th around 4:30am a big Cargill group had a last minute issue with the bus we had scheduled and this would have cause us to miss the flight. Your employee (bit gray almost on the shoulder size hair, skinny older guy) was very efficient in arranging 4 taxis for us. Overall the service was really good, the ladies on breakfast are very kind too, but I wanted to highlight this guy.

- check in was good; location of hotel is good - room was fine - good options for food - all basic amenities from water to shower gel wasn't available - the bed was not comfortable

Is a so simple hotel, I don’t know why is four star. The service in te restaurant takes a lot of time, breakfast is very poor, every day is the same.

The hotel felt safe and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The decor at the entrance is very nice and the rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable, showers were great and more than enough hot water. The entrance to the hotel was difficult to find for some taxi drivers. The food in the hotel restaurant was ok but not great. There were some options for vegetarians which was helpful. The rooms have hair dryers but no iron. I asked for an iron at the desk one day and they said it was loaned out and they would let me know. They never did so I ended up wearing wrinkled clothes. The rooms however were quite small and I found the hallways quite noisy. I didn't love the decor - felt drab. The TV kept automatically turning on at 7am which disturbed my sleep. The hotel could be better about providing some complimentary clean water for guests. The WIFI was HORRIBLE and barely worked. All the hotel staff do not speak English so this is something to keep in mind. The road to the hotel while busy during day and evenings felt like it could be unsafe at night. It's nice that there were a couple of amenities in the courtyard below; salon, restaurant, convenience store and places to sit outside though the food at the outdoor cafe was mediocre. I would not recommend eating there. The hotel arranged a taxi for me twice - the first time, the cabs credit card machine was broken and then he wrote me a receipt for cash, the second time was to the airport and it was almost 1.5x an uber at 199 real so would not recommend this option. However the taxi driver was courteous and good.

My colleague recommended the hotel to me. It is 5 mins walk to the office. Front desk speaks English well. At one point, I had a small issue with the shower, they sent someone almost instantly. Food at the restaurant is very good. My power adapter doesn't fit to the outlet, the hotel LENDS a converter to me! I have been to other hotels, usually they sell it. I think it is very kind of them. One of the people at the front desk has breath issue. I can smell it even there is a table between us. Not a big deal.

if this is touted to be a Hotel targeted to the International business community (which I assume it is considering the location), then it surely needs to ensure most of the staff are English speaking to meet to the needs of its international visitors. However, other than a handful at the reception no one else speaks English. (eg. at one breakfast seating no one in the restaurant could even understand what is a "Fried Egg"). Hotel Reception should be beefed up with at least 2 staff when there is 2 or more guest waiting to be attended to. At one instance, I was third in line and had to wait 20 mins in line to clear a question I had with the Front Desk because there was only one girl at the counter. No attempts were made by her or any of the Security in the lobby to call for more support as the queue was waiting. The hotel needs to have a proper working arrangement with the their carpark operator. Reception says Guests will be charged a flat fee as part of their hotel bill during checkout while operator says we have to pay him each time we take the car out (which is exorbitant by any stds.) - and of course he doesn't speak English.
