More than a week ago I requested a detailed receipt for my stay at your hotel and I have not received a response regarding this. My request is URGENT because I was at your hotel for work reasons and I have not been able to make the expense report because they did not give me a detailed invoice when I left the hotel and they do not want to send it to me by mail. I will not recommend this hotel again for any of my company's business trips.

A very comfortable 3 week stay.

I stayed at the Novotel Berrini for roughly 3 weeks as I was working in São Paulo. It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay and I thank all of the staff at the Novotel for making it so. They were all polite and friendly. The hotel was kept clean and well presented despite a bit of water coming through the reception doors due to heavy rain. My room was good and the bed was very comfortable. The shower sometimes took a while to get hot and the water did have an earthy smell to it but I never had any health issues from it. Breakfast was great each morning. There was a good range of options which changed slightly each day and the omelette chef was a favourite. We used the hotel bar area a few times. The staff were again friendly and attentive and the drinks well priced. I used the gym and sauna once. The location of the hotel was great for us it is close to a couple of malls, launderettes and many good restaurants.
