I had a executive room and it was very nosy, minibar and air conditioner super loud, I couldn't sleep.

Worst experience ever and I have more than 30 years of World travelling

There were flies(moscas) on the breakfast every days, the room was with mold in the bathroom Dirty floors, I was charged on arrival which is very odd most of staff are not friendly with arrogancy situations I asked management help, also not helpful
