The hotel is well located and convenient to access. The rooms are decent as well. However, the service is not satisfactory. The staff cannot speak English and not committed to customer satisfaction. There was no milk/milk powder in the room and when I asked for it they charged me for the milk. Milk is basic and you will find it in the room across the world. You should not be charging for it. I raised it with the staff and they did nothing about it. The housekeeping staff was good and they did a good job. But the restaurant and reception were not good

The hotel is clean and the staff is gentle, however, unfortunately they did not have the room I booked available, and put me in a single bed. I insisted that I had reserved a double, but they claimed "unfortunately I can not help you, because the hotel is fully booked." The guest should not face this situation, if there was a double bed option to book, they should make do in the deliver. Bottled water in the room was expected but not available, even in the minibar, for purchase. Other than that, the bed and shower were ok, the breakfast was also good.

Stayed for 2 nights: staff is well-coming but check-in takes longer than desired (it seems that the system is not very user friendly). Nice bedroom with comfortable beds. Bathroom and shower are also nice and neat. A better hairdryer would be appreciated. Breakfast is good, with most of what I enjoy: fruit, granola, yoghurt and honey. Pastries also looked yummy, although didn't have any this time. Check out was fast and easy.
