The hotel staff is always very helpful, and friendly and the restaurant is very quick, and food very well made. Unfortunately, my favorite plate ( polvo) is no longer available, but the hotel has always provided great customer service.

I had to call the front desk twice as my TV would not connect to the internet. The lamp in the room did not work and the lighting was poor. No face wash cloths and no body wash in the shower. The blow dryer cord was difficult to extend and the plate came out of the wall. No outlets in the bathroom made it difficult to do hair.

Everything is fine but I got a terrible experience one day in 5.30am. The crazy voice of alarm woke me up and I was extremely shocked from sleeping with my heart beating quickly for almost 15 minutes, it was like a nightmare for me. Although I confirmed later with the receptionist that it was because one of the client smoked that time and I highly respect the safety for everyone, but I think we can have a better way to handle this situation rather than broadcasting terrible alarm to everyone especially in the early morning. Also, the receptionist just told me what happened at that time without any willing to make any apology or compensation even I said that I was strongly shocked by the alarm.
