I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. I have been there for one week. They told me it was not possible to provide me with a single bed room since there were many days. Personal does not speak good English at all and they tell you they can speak spanish but do not. One day, there was no water available, which was incredibly inconvenient. Additionally, they ruined one of my pants in the laundry service and still charged me for it. On top of that, the overall services were overpriced. The room service and restaurant was slow and costly, and the quality of the food didn’t match the high prices. Facilities are not clean at all, air condition did not work and they told me it was because atmosphere was okey. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was a foreigner and to start had so much difficulty communicating with people around. Only one or two could speak or understand english. No guidance or travel guides available in the hotel for new traveller to city, it's not hotels job but understanding a foreigner the hotel shall share for better guest experiences I believe. Tv was Not personalized to english, with no wifi working on tv to even log on to netflix, I requested help with staff, a guy came in to test they said it will be fixed in 30 mins , another day i called reception to fix it. and then I spent 20 days in this hotel with out tv.

No points, no welcome drink....poor experience

Juliovoxx Business - TripAdvisor review

I am going to this hotel frequently since end of last year....2 months ago, started to not add points to my ALL account. This visit, travel agency was saying that points are allowed but since I am gold ALL, I didn´t received any upgrade in my room selection, considering that I reserved Executive, should go to the executive or higher and I stayed in the regular. Also, no welcome drink provided....very strange this time.
