I did my reservation with one month before with My travel agency corporative and on my check in i was assigned to a very bad room ( created for special needs or handicap. I complain and was realocated to same rom different floor because hotel was full

Room was degraded with lose power pugs and in the shower the tap was not working properly. Mxing cold water was not possible and shower was extremely hot burning without possibility of cooling. Not a nice experience for a person that goes sleep and wakes up early for a flight - not practical to call the lobby at 06:00 am and ask for a room change to take a shower. For the money not having a decent shower is a shame especially in a business district like Morumbi.
