1. Good location. Not very new but tidy and clean room. 2. Suggestion: After a long and tired journey (30+hours flight) for business, arriving at hotel, it would be great to have a courtesy welcome, simply just 2 bottles of drinkable water in the room, or from the reception, will be wonderful.
