Room is clean, breakfast was good and location was good. My stay was good. Did not receive my invoice and got billed twice for my stay. Please fix that.

Every and each thing in the hotel was nasty and dirty, I was shocked from the shower the most.

Location is ok but the room needs to be maintained and renewed. Shower is very small and with mold. The sheets were dirty; it is noticeable that the cleaning is done very superficially. Floors were not clean either, there were bugs on the floor.

I have problem with shower flow that not allow to have a warm water, or it is too hot or it is too cold. Another annoying thing was the breakfast that lack items all the time, with no reposition.

Chose this place so my wife could safely go to the mall while I was at work. By 6 p.m. we leave the hotel, and right at the door, still inside the property, we saw two women running after a thief, that had apparently just robbed them. The vallet parking employee just watched as if was something normal. We came back after dinner and the girls were still there, talking to the police. Sao Paulo is not heaven on earth, but you should at least ensure security within your property. And also hire employees (parking) who would at least pretend they care when noticing someone being robbed right under their noses. Now, I would think twice before leaving my wife at this hotel alone.
