Bathrooms flooded with water

The shower would flow with water in the floor of the bathroom. Every time we had a shower we needed extra towels to mop the floor so we wouldn’t slip.

The room was good, the hotel staff were very kind and helpful, however I had several problems with the internet connection and speed on my devices, I had to call the lobby a few times asking for help. At the end, I had to use my celphone data to connect (with roaming). This is one of the main reason to choose a hotel, so I will think twice for the next time if I have to stay at IBIS. And finally, They didn’t load my rewards (minor issue)

Mediocre experience - bad accommodations

Despite a good breakfast, the overall experience was not satisfying. The room was smelly with a high moldy scent, the bed lights were too bright so it was not an option to leave on during the night, room size was too small barely being able to have two large bags and to move with ease, the toilet seemed loose and the mini bar was empty with no option during the night other than to have to go to the bar to get a bottle of water. The bathroom was not comfortable as well, despite the good shower. Bed and pillows were Ok, not good, but not bad. It is important to mention that the staff was really good, all very sympathetic and willingful to help. The parking service was not good. The drivers were driving cars too fast around the entrance and leaving the cars at whatever place they could fit. Probably wouldn't stay again at the same hotel considering that I had already stayed at Blue Tree, very close to Ibis. The price difference between both is negligible and the experience in the other was much more satisfying.

The room was comfortable, the food is very good. Only we didn't like dinner on Sunday, there was no buffet and the service a la carte was very slow. We think that the hotel should provide face towels.
