Bigger than usual hotels rooms

Overall was a good experience. Staff is friendly, Jackson and Barbara are just perfect! Breakfast is good. Parking was smooth and very easy to use. Room cleaning is good, just keep in mind that inside shower it is needed to clean top of the shampoo dispenser, it had residual soap from previous guests, I think it is because had so little amount of liquid soap in the dispenser that people choose to buy more and there are no shelves for personal items, so they place at only place they find, and that is the dispensers. Pool cleaning also can improve, I think to much sunscreen made It turve. Fitness room was my favorite, but please note that guests forget windows open by night and at morning the place is full of mosquitoes, I’ve receive some bites. My last comment is that my room was a 3 person accommodation, the double bed was great, but the comforter of the single bad was clearly used, something I just realized in time to go to bed, so I didn’t ask for a new one being so late. This comments are intended to improve, but I reinforce was a good experience, I’ll love an opportunity to come back.

Feels like home! Fantastic crew led by an effective and genuine GM and her deputy. We intend to stay longer, even owning a big apartment in Sao Paulo. During the quarantine, a plus is the B/Side Restautant room service with tasty and healthy comfort food.

I only have compliments to Adagio. Initially I would be staying at Novotel Berrini, which, due to the COVID-19 crisis, sent me to Adagio and I only have compliments during the entire stay. All SUPER polite staff and excellent facilities. In a next opportunity I will consider at the top of the list to stay there.

We stayed at the 18 floor. The building has 25 floors. Every time we come to the apartment there were half of cigarettes inside the balcony and some of them still on. Someone used to smoke everyday upstairs and disposed the rest of cigarettes down. horrible situation, cause we had a baby and child of with us. I informed the hotel manager a few times, however they never got to know who did it, I mean still doing it....

Check in/out process is good. Employees are very friendly. Workout room is good. Unfortunately this hotel is very noisy. It is difficult at times to sleep.

Great! The location is perfect for my purpose, the room is new, comfortable, convenient, temperature is fine, access is easy. Personnel is outstanding! Particularly your employee Alex at reception, very attentive and always ready to help as he did with my reservation, very kind with all clients as we could see in the reception. It’s the type of employee you must keep, promote and use as an example. All very very good in my Adagio experience. Third one by the way, and this reserved directly without Booking.com which is even better.

Room overall is ok, but the apart doesn’t have a heater and São Paulo was very cold when I was there with my family.

Good location, uncomfortable bedroom

The hotel is very well located and breakfast is fantastic. The room was freezing. It has two bedrooms with air conditioning, but they are old and very noisy. My kids complained that their bed was uncomfortable. There are no TVs in the bedrooms, only in the living room. The cleanliness was not very good. The room was tidied up while my family and I had breakfast. I found it very fast for an apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and kitchen.

I strongly recommend the Adagio services! The employees are extremely kind (specially the receptionists), funny and respectful. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is amazing and they have George, a courteous cook/waiter to make it better! Also, when I was there, it was my birthday and they prepared a little cake to me! It was a big surprise and I will never forget this lovely act!

The staff was nice, I liked the restaurant, but the hall smells bad, furniture was old, and in bad shape conditions, the soap dispenser in the shower was not working properly (I had to open it manually to use the liquid soap), and the liquid soap doesn't smell good. There is no TV in the bedroom (only in the living room), and it wasn't so easy to charge my electronics because there are a small number of power plugs.

hi we travelled for business. we cant connect to our work due to very bad internet. speed was like in kb and disconnects very often. so the reason we vacated within few days.
