In general it was a very good experience, hotel provides a clean room, great breakfast options, first class room service, reception with great attendants. Only think I would like to be better is internet, unfortunately, it was not stable, slow, and most of time was not able to connect on it. It is important to notice that in my case i was there in a business trip, then when office was not opened, i had to work from hotel and it was not possible. Aside of internet, hotel is very nice and i recommend to stay there, very well located, new from Berrine av, near from restaurants and market, it is a great place.

We liked the room, which is actually a flat with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen. We also liked the neighborhood and surrounding area where the hotel is located. It's a very quiet place with great restaurants nearby. But what impressed us most was how helpful and attentive the attendant, Guilherme, was during check-in. Truly a very professional and efficient service.

My stay with my wife was pleasant. Check in was fine. The room was spacious. Hotel is well located. Iwas able to extend my check-out. Some areas for improvement are: 1) Acess to reception is difficult with several small fleet of stairs making it difficult to carry heavy luggage, notably for people with mobility restrictions, 2) breakfast area is very small, making it difficult to find a table and move around during peak areas.

Hotel is not the Mercury quality im used to. And on top of that the staff at the reception are very unfriendly, almost rude. This is one Mercure to avoid in my opinion.
