Quarto e banheiro adaptado PCD precário, desnível do piso do quarto com o banheiro dificil de escalar sozinho. Bicama em um espaço pequeno impossibilita levantar a noite sem desmontar toda a cama auxiliar. E para terminar a experiência, fui destratado pelo responsável do estacionamento que, após ter recebido o valor pago pelo estacionamento, perdeu o comprovante que lhe foi entregue para trazer o carro. Depois de esperar 40 minutos ele ainda exigiu que eu comprovasse o pagamento mostrando o pix realizado no meu celular. Um completo desrespeito e incompetência administrativa. The adapted bedroom and bathroom for people with disabilities are in poor condition. There is a floor level difference between the bedroom and the bathroom, making it difficult to cross alone. The trundle bed in the small space makes it impossible to get up at night without dismantling the entire auxiliary bed. And to top off the experience, I was poorly treated by the person responsible for the parking, who, after receiving the payment for parking, lost the receipt I had handed over to him to retrieve my car. After waiting 40 minutes, he still demanded that I show proof of payment on my phone via Pix. This was a complete lack of respect and administrative incompetence.

My recent stay at ibis budget was a disappointing experience. The bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor, the shower stall was visibly dirty, and there was hair everywhere — on the floor, in the shower, and around the sink. For a brand that positions itself on consistent, reliable basics, this fell well below an acceptable standard of cleanliness.
