My family and I experienced very nice moments in our accommodation. Since our reception till the end of the hospitality we were very well supported by the whole hotel team. There are few hotels in Sao Paulo with a place for children and that was awesome since I traveled by business but with my wife and 5 year daughter.

The stay was good but the staff forgot to charge me for a lunch i took in the hotel and ever since they can't figure out how to charge me. Also, i still haven't received the invoice- even though I was promised to get it 24 hours after i left, it has been 8 days. It was a business trip that left me with a lot of hassle.

Bad smell in the aisle

For the paid price, it just wasn't worth it. I booked the special 'romantic' night with my fiancée, for double the price. Apart from a portrait of the couple, which was a nice touch, the rest was just ok, under my expectation, and under competitors overall. When we arrived at the floor, the corridor was smelling funny. What a turn off =/.
