Good overall experience. Room service delivery time and lighting connections could be improved. Upon arrival, the lights were not working and assistance from reception took approximately 15 minutes.

We had a very nice stay, enjoyed the pool and the excellent breakfast. The room was a regular sized family room, clean and nice. There were fresh fruits and a complimentary canned mineral water in our arrival. We'd like to reuse the bath towels during our stay, but there were no place to hang them to dry. I also think parking should be included in the hotel rates. Hotel parking should be guest only and free for guests.
