On positive site everything was clean the personal very polite and the food good quality and nice. However, my room 174 that I paid extra for upgrade was smelling as outside was the restaurant chimney and the window was not closing properly. Also, the room was noisy from the air-condition machines.

We arrived 10:30pm on Friday, both kids already asleep in the car. Started checkin process (not the first time in Novotel Morumbi), there was no queu and handed the docs to the person at the reception. Took more than 15min to check us in (returning guests), very slow process, can't understand why took so long. I got to the room, and the sofa-bed wasnt ready. The hotel had the whole afternoon to make it ready, but failed. Asked reception, they took a lot of time to find someone available to go to the room and set it up. Basically I spent more than 30min to actually have my room ready, at that the of the day. The other day, we went to the restaurant at 07:30pm, it was empty and we made our orders, 3 dishes. After a lot of waiting, 2 of the 3 arrived, and when i asked about the 3rd the waiter realized he forgot to ask for the kitchen. What to say? Novotel morumbi cannot provide you the basic services right, even for an ALL Platinum member. I'm not staying at Novotel brands anymore, I have been having many issues on my past stays.
