Good ubication. The service in the restaurant and the food have a lot to improve. The concerts inside the restaurant are very annoying. The hotel is a bit run down for the price

Check in did not consider the points I had used to book online and tried to push the full price on my wife, but was corrected at my arrival. Room service was too slow, for two days in a row.

I enjoyed my stay at Novotel, am was super happy to have front desk operators that speak english and the rooms are absolutely clean and beautiful. The environment is so breath taking and overall the staff are offered excellent service. Novotel will always be home for me in Brazil. You have gained a guest for life.
