The last night of my stay a hotel worker entered my hotel room while I was sleeping. It was past 11pm and he did not knock. It was very scary and illegal.

They told me I needed pay for breakfast again and after I sent them PIx I noticed I had paid them already. Now they won’t refund my money. Also, pillows were horrible we couldn’t sleep.

The hotel is beautiful and clean, and perfect for kids. We loved the pool and kids area, and the breakfast buffet and lunch were delicious. So much variety! The room was spacious and comfortable. We really could not have picked a better hotel.

Service was not great, we just had peole at the reception and I did not feel like they were concerned on doing anything else other than just standing on their desk and reactively answering questions, when I needed services on my room, did not get it. just room services (cleaning) was there.
