Nice clean small rooms but constant power outages and slow internet speeds.

The hotel is outdated and in need of renovation. Rooms and bathrooms are very small, Wi-Fi connection was unstable, and there were several power outages during my stay, including one lasting a few hours at night. Definitely below the usual Novotel standard.
