The hotel is renovated and nice. The service is ok event though breakfast is nothing spectacular I would say basic quality. The bathroom was not 100% working properly

YOUR FRONT DESK COMPROMISE TO SEND THE INVOICE NEXT DAY, THEY DID NOT, HAVE CALLED THEM FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY, THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND THE INVOICES THE FOLLOWING DAY. IT HAS PAST MORE THAN TWO DAYS AND I AM STILL WITHOUT THE INVOICES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No matter how many times I stay in this place, the re is no way I can feel at home. The facilities may be as avaerage as you would expect in a city like São Paulo that doesn’t stand out for having good, comfortable business hotels. Nevertheless, from never making feel welcome back, to not giving you any status detail. “First time with us”, despite having stayed here dozens of times in the last few years and being a Accor member. Above that, the hotel is cold and has no personality.

Service was good and they were really friendly. Breakfast was quiet limited with options but still nice. Rooms were nice but didn’t have a wow factor. Was the best Hotel we stayed in while traveling Brazil.

I like to be at Mercure Nações Unidas, it's my favorite hotel when I do a business trip because it's near to the office and some of my customers. But, this time I booked a room in the system with 1x Bed + 1x Single and they give me a 3x Single Bed. And the bathroom has some used soap inside the box for the shower, 3x of them exactly and stayed there until I left.

The accomodation and the desk service worked fine, but the kitchen service was awful..... Arrival - Asked for dinner in the room... I didn´t receive what I ordered. When I received, the quantity was not compatible with the price. Day 1 - There was no eggs available in the morning coffee, but it was renewed is a short period Dinner - Terrible. The beef was very overdone (I didn´t ask for having it overdone)... difficult to cut and chew... awfull... no one asked me if it was good.. or if I was satisfied.... nothing..... and again the quantity was not compatible with the price Day2 - Guess what? No eggs in the morning coffee!!! Again!!!... this time it took a lot of time for the replacement....

Good experience for the value you Very quick and efficient check-in process, prepared in advance thanks to data already in the system. Comfortable rooms, although very noisy due to traffic of the street in front. Breakfast is ok, but service after 9:am a bit overwhelmed.
