It was a good stay overall, despite a burnt-out lightbulb in the room, but this hotel needs renovation. It's outdated and that already compromises the experience. The service staff continues to be excellent.

The facilities were disappointed: room, bathroom, desk, chair. The shower was not working properly. The amenities were disappointed. Also, some type of insect stung me, and so far (10 days later) I still have swelling and pain.

I've been to this hotel before and the staff is polite and helpful. The rooms could be a bit modernized as the bathroom already looks a bit older.
