I would like people could talk in spanish, because portuguese is a little bit difficult to understand clearly Only one elevator for all guests was complicated

two days the hair dryer didn't work. the personal assure to send me a substitute but I have to wait 30 minutes to receive it. and only for 30 minutes. I have ants in the bathroom. The food in the restaurant was awful at the lunch time (the picanha was tough)
