Breakfast was excellent and the room was clean and neat

The hotel is well located, but unfortunately there is major construction on the street directly in front of the property, and it does not appear that it will be finished anytime soon. This caused several of our Uber rides to be delayed or canceled because drivers could not access the area easily. During our 4-day stay, our room was never serviced. Staff would come to clean around 4 p.m., which was exactly when we were returning to the hotel, making it impractical. The breakfast was also very disappointing. The quality of the food is quite low, with cheap products and very little attention to presentation or freshness. Overall, this was a disappointing stay. I would not return or recommend this hotel.

It was a good stay overall, despite a burnt-out lightbulb in the room, but this hotel needs renovation. It's outdated and that already compromises the experience. The service staff continues to be excellent.
