I enjoyed my stay but I had glass bits in my water provided by the hotel on the third day. I didn’t want to make a big fuss because I caught it thankfully with my teeth. I ended up buying my own 15L bottle of water and was really scared of drinking the hotel’s water. I’m not sure how this happened but the glass bit was quite sizeable though small. I should have notified the staff but I was really caught off guard and had to rush off for work so I eventually forgot about till it was too late for me to report it. Everything else was fine, except the toilet was a little mouldy on the floors and S. of the bath towels had S. weird stains (yellowish). Nothing for me to be upset about, but as feedback, it would be great to check the towels before giving it out to guests, or renewing them if they are too old. I really loved the restaurant staff in my first two weeks and on my last day. There’s this really lovely smiley girl that brings me to my table in the morning (in the purple uniform) - she was there in my first few days of the trip and on the last day of my stay. Really sad I couldnt get her name to leave a positive review! But thank you for making me feel so welcomed and comfortable on my stressful trip!
