The lady on reception was so helpful during our stay, she made it so pleasant! The hotel is in a great location with a tram straight to central a minutes walk from the hotel.

The room was warm and with comfortable bed and pillows. All the employees in the reception and the cleaning crew were so polite and always with a smile. I wish the room could have a bigger window for fresh air
