Hi I booked at last minute as I needed to extend my stay in the Netherlands it was cheaper then some other ibis or ibis styles I stayed at the room was ok size but felt a little dated. the safe was not working so I contacted the reception and they checked but said it cannot be replaced that day as the person who attended was the only staff present which was a bit strange also my room had only 4 or 5 small towels and one was for sure dirty. I mentioned this to the reception the following day furthermore without informing me they put me right next to the lift (elevator). also some rooms in this hotel are at -1 level at least mine wasn't however an upside was tram number 4 is a short walk and one can go to Rembrandtplein +centraal station directly and there were some ok cafe s within like 6-10minutes walk from the accommodation

Overall the hotel location and amenities were great. Breakfast options were limited though and there was no minibar in the room. But overall we had a great stay and the staff was helpful and friendly. They had a water dispenser in the reception and there was a bus station right next to the hotel and the Albert cuyp market was 3 mns walk.

This hotel was in a very good location with very friendly helpful Reception staff. The bedroom was a quirky shape. We slept with the window open and could hear the trams right outside with clanging bells but I loved it and it didn’t stop either of us sleeping. Breakfast was downstairs so there was no natural light but the room was bright and predominantly white with red touches and various coloured tulips on tables. The decor was typically Dutch with pictures of bicycles on one wall and behind the modern, efficient coffee machines was a blue Delft style tiled wall but it was a pity that most of it was covered up by the buffet display unit. The buffet, offered a good variety, including hot dishes.
