Just a crash pad for the night as arrived late and left the next morning - everything was ok. Air con randomly went off at midnight and came back on on the wrong setting which we didn’t realise so the room got a bit hot and stuffy. Used Lidl next door for breakfast.

Everything in the room was great: a beautiful view, a comfortable bed, and clean towels and bed linen. However, the bathroom was not very convenient. The shower enclosure leaked, flooding the entire bathroom floor after every shower. The toilet paper holder was also poorly positioned, behind the toilet, making it inconvenient to reach.

One-day trip to Amsterdam, the hotel is nice and clean. Staff was very helpful. A bit outside of the main city center but well located and close to transport network and Rijk Museum. Worth visiting Albert Cuyp Straat nearby for a gentle stroll.

We were at the end of a long holiday so were tired. Ibis did the job we wanted, comfortable if basic but clean and well presented. The locations was good once we got used to where we were on the map. Very close to street markets and Heineken experience so did both of those. Hndy to Hop on Hop off bus and canal boat stops but they were a bit unreliable.

The few steps ( 5 or 6) at the entrance was a drawback. It became difficult for seniors to carry their bags up to the reception area . The staff was very polite and friendly.

We had a great stay overall. We originally had two separate bookings, and the hotel kindly upgraded our first booking so we could stay in the same room throughout our visit, which we really appreciated. The front desk team was always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The room was what you’d expect from an Ibis, but I was pleasantly surprised by the bathroom - it was one of the nicest I’ve seen in an Ibis hotel in Europe. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that there were quite a few mosquitoes. The location was good, about a 5–10 minute walk to the nearest tram stop, with a grocery store right next to the hotel. The area also felt safe, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I would happily stay here again.
