Room was just perfect, very clean and everything you needed. Not too far from the centre but also just a short walk to the metro to go to the centre. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We will defiantly be returning to this hotel. The view was beautiful too!

This hotel is a good option if you want to visit Amsterdam's top museums. Solid, functional rooms, typical for the Ibis chain, are to be had at this hotel. Good transportation close by (half a block) on the number 4 tram, so easy to get to/from Amsterdam Centraal station. There is a laundromat around the corner and a tasty Indian restaurant there too.

I should have got an upgrate apt because I am Alcor's member. Instead, I and my wife were booked in a apt underfloor and clausrofobic. I will not come back to this Ibis Syles.
