Great location, Few small issues

For the price I was slightly disappointed with the room. It was compact and bijou for two, with two normal sized cases, which took up most of the floor space. We had asked for a double bed, as it was a trip for our silver anniversary, but the room had two singles pushed together, with separate mattresses and quilts. The room was located next to the lift and right outside a toilet that could be used by anyone. This may the room noisy at times. The location of the hotel is excellent, far enouh away from the tourist spots to make your stay feel local, but close enough to walk to most places within 25 minutes. Local public transport is all around as well. The staff were so friendly and the amenities throughout the hotel were excellent.

A really great location. Walking into the centre of Amsterdam is just 15 minutes away. Close to all the museums and a tram stop to the Central Station on the doorstep. A few supermarkets 5 minutes away.Restaurants nearby. Clean and quiet. Alexandra on the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.
