The safe was broken and couldn't be repaired until Monday (we stayed Friday - Sunday so was broken the whole time) The towels were small, thin and mine had black tyre looking stains on it. We had 2 bath towels for a group of 3 female friends.

Arrived c1pm, 3 mins walk from Amsterdam Centraal Station, room ready to drop off bags.. in city centre 10 mins later. Fab.

Well located, friendly staff, need improvement on room service. My room was not cleaned two days on the row. Trash was not removed, toilet paper was not added, clean towels were not exchanged and bed was not made up. Asked the front desk staff to connect to the room service and the room service came in the first time with clean towels but trashed were not cleaned. So the front desk staff had to call again to the room service to help. Front desk staff were very helpful. But I would expect Ibis to do better.
