Dear Brian, Your feedback matters to us, and we’re committed to using it to make meaningful improvements. We are truly sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. For future stays, we recommend our top-floor river-view rooms, which benefit from enhanced soundproofing and double-glazed windows. Earplugs are also available at reception upon request to help minimize external noise disruptions. While our climate-controlled rooms use air cooling systems rather than traditional AC, we understand they may not always meet individual preferences. Our maintenance team conducts regular checks, and we encourage guests to contact reception immediately about any room adjustments needed. We hope you will come and stay with us again.
