We booked an accessible room to be told we had not , but luckily they had one available . Then my room to be next to door to my son which it wasn't it was in another building which took 3 lifts away , when we requested rooms to be next to each other when my son requires care from 2 people . Disabled rooms are not enough. Said had disabled park at hotel and wasn’t had to park 15 mins away with a disabled van . Felt let down by the hotel

Convenient location adjacent to the railway station

I stayed here for a couple of nights in December 2025. The hotel is extremely well located. Come out of Amsterdam Centraal Station, turn left, and you're at the hotel within a couple of minutes. You can see the Ibis sign quite clearly. In fact, the back part of the hotel is built over railway tracks, so you get a good view of trains coming and going. I was on the fourth floor and there was just a bit of muffled train noise in the morning. The room was small, as is the case with Ibis hotels, but it was comfortable and clean. Downstairs in the foyer there is a bar and a small area where you can buy snacks and coffee. All the staff members were very friendly and polite. This is a good Ibis hotel, enhanced by its convenient location adjacent to the railway station. Within just a few minutes' walk is central Amsterdam with hundreds of restaurants and shops. This was my second stay at this hotel and I would be very happy to stay there again.

Nice hotel located close to the train station, shopping, and the river cruise port. Clean rooms and nice breakfast, which is not included unless you book that way.
