We are pleased that you found our location to be advantageous, situated conveniently close to the heart of Amsterdam and within easy reach of many public transport options. However, we apologize for any inconveniences you faced during your stay. Our rooms are designed to be compact and efficient, reflecting the typical urban space in Amsterdam, and we regret if this aspect did not meet your expectations. While we do not offer kettles in the standard rooms, our top floor premium rooms are equipped with tea and coffee-making facilities, and we would be delighted to accommodate a request for one of these rooms in the future. Regarding the appearance of your room, we aim to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and aesthetics, and it seems we fell short in this instance. Furthermore, we understand the importance of a reliable internet connection, and we are continuously working on improving our WiFi service to ensure a seamless online experience for our guests. Please accept our sincere apologies for the difficulties with your reservation dates; this is certainly not reflective of the smooth experience we strive to provide.
