It is great to know the comfort of your bed met your expectations and that the use of the safe in your room was straightforward. Our cosy rooms are designed to offer a functional and modern space for our guests. We regret to hear that they did not fully met your expectations. Next time, please let us know and we will find you one of our larger rooms as we have different categories and this may be more suited to you. We also regret you did not inform us of your concerns with the room temperature at the time, as our team members are always on hand to assist with any adjustments that might have been needed. We acknowledge your comments regarding the bathroom size and the number of towels and pillows provided. Our hotel aims to cater to guests' needs, and extra pillows can always be requested at reception. We will take your feedback into consideration as we continuously work to improve our guest experience. Nonetheless, we are pleased that you experienced a quiet room, ensuring a peaceful rest away from the bustle of the city and you found our location convenient for both walking and accessing public transport, making it ideal for exploring Amsterdam.
