Excellent location, Close to station and amenities. Room was small but ideal for one night. It was clean and despite being close to railway station it was really quiet. Would have preferred a lower floor room but wasn’t one available.

The hotel is well located next to the train station, very central to Amsterdam city centre. The hotel itself is fairly basic, with few frills. The rooms are reasonably comfortable, clean but relatively spartan in terms of equipment such as having no iron, kettle etc within the rooms. The cost of the hotel is a reflection on how close it is to the main attractions.

Really enjoyed the location, accessibility and the overall vibe of the place. Got to stay in a room at the top floor and the view from the room was beautiful. The trains below were no issue in terms of noise and fun to look at every now and then. The trains and tram connections ensured travel to any of the tourist spots and the airport was easy to manage. Rooms were spacious enough for the price and the hotel had a in house bar which had great drinks options and a very fun vibe to just sit at.

Room so super tiny, I couldn't even fit in toilet, and no drinking water, im told to refill it from toilet, I paid around 200 euro a night, now Im The July 28th room way too better for same price, I mean oke location can be issue but no access to clean water, not even proper space to sit on toilet, it was a 3 days prison for Me

Great location beside central station, room very small and would have liked fridge and Nespresso machine! Breakfast choice limited and would have liked fried/poached eggs and bacon!

That said, we are sincerely sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand that a more generous layout would have enhanced your comfort, and our hotel offers larger accommodation options on the upper floors which may better suit your needs on a future visit. In-room extras such as a minibar or coffee maker are not standard in our establishment, though our premium rooms do include tea and coffee facilities for those who prefer them. We also regret that the morning buffet left you wanting more variety, and we note your preference for cooked items.
