It was fine, no issues Expensive but I understand it’s major city prices

The bed was comfortable, towels in the bathroom were very thin and not very big. Plastic drinking cups in the bathroom didn't look very hygienic, so we didn't use them. The safe and the closet space was very awkward to access. We liked the security of the hotel and the breakfast buffet was quite comprehensive. Would we stay again, probably not. The area around central station is not very clean, litter was abundant.

Room was small, a/c was dripping and not working well, shower drain emitted a fowl smell, room cleaning was very light and mediocre, staff did not want to help us by holding the bags for one day while we did a day trip to Maastricht - in general just bad

I stayed for one night Checked in and went out Came back at night when to shower got surprised that the shampoo is empty Means when they handover the room they didn’t refill I hv pic as proof
