The location is good but the rooms are too small and the shower is tiny. The reception staff were rude. Group of us had 6 rooms. Checked in at 7pm and one room had dirty towels and cups so weren't ready. Not great service. Despite the great location would not book again.

It was easy to find, Nextdoor to railway station. Easy check in. All the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was clean, compact but perfectly formed. One thing it did fall down on was no tea/coffee facilities in room, just a kettle and mug would be helpful for a late night/ early morning hot drink.

Location was great, room small but the bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever experienced in a hotel stay! Breakfast not great. Check-in process and in-efficient considering I had already checked-in on line but this might have been down to the guys checking is in!

The best thing about the hotel is its location to the Amsterdam Centraal Station, making it travel from the airport and our travel to another country by train very easy. Staff was also friendly. However, the room was lacking for us. We had a triple room and knew it ahead of time that it would be small and tight. It would have been helpful if they had some hooks on the wall. Our beds didn't have proper mattresses but mattress toppers. The room was generally clean except the sink had a yellow ring around it. The hair dryer wasn't working properly - it would stay on high heat without stopping, so we had no choice but to use the lower setting, making it very inconvenient.
