My experience with your front office executive Joseph was extremely unpleasant. I had a question regarding the charges for my stay, I thought it was 457 Euros and missed the taxes. I went to him to check if the discounts were applied that I saw on the Accor App. His tone was not only humiliating and condescending but also very unbecoming of the Brand Accor. He tried to belittle me in front of my friend because I asked for that clarification. I understand racism is now becoming legitimate but if brand Accor has issues with brown asian men, it may be better if you don't take reservations. The last thing I wanted was to face such an experience while on vacation in a beautiful country.

Easy check in (online), room was made available even though i arrived early (about 11.30) small but adequate room. Excellent location for convenience to station and easy walking around city. Only gripe is that upon arrival, staff member spoke very loud when allocating room. This is an absolute no, no for solo female travellers (or anyone really)! If it wasnt for the fact that it was just a 1 night stay, i wouldve requested a room change.
