Great location, staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms have been clean, the bed was very comfortable. Mot sure why I need to use 200 characters, I said it in much less. Never mind I just right some useless stuff to be able to submit it. Thanks for having us I only can recommend this hotel

Wonderful welcoming staff extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable room. Excellent breakfast buffet. Close to central train station and light rail. Very easy to navigate your way around the city of Amsterdam. I ♥️Amsterdam 🇳🇱

Room was dodgy and noisy. I specifically asked for a quiet room and I got one right in front of the elevator. There was hair on both the supposedly fresh pillows and towels.
