£250 to stay in this awful hovel is a complete joke. The smallest room in the world and to cap it off we were left with a pubic hair on the toilet !!! YUK

Travelled from UK on Eurostar and this hotel is in perfect location just across from the Central Station. It is ideally situated for exploring the main sites, museums, boat trips, shops cafes and restaurants etc. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in an attractive old building( beams in our room) but with modern and well maintained facilities. We had a really nice room overloooking the beautiful station building. It was very clean with a comfortable bed and chairs and a modern bathroom with a good shower. Nice to have toiletries provided and also kettle, tea and coffee in room. Buffet breakfast was convenient with a reasonable choice of hot and cold items. Amsterdam hotels in good locations are not cheap but this one is good value for the price paid and we would happily stay here again.

The hotel room was a good size and clean. Good area. Lift was a plus in this city. Beds were comfy although pillows were overlarge and very stiff, so he aware I requested 2 twins and was given 2 twins stuck together. There was only one coffee pack for 2 people. The body wash was empty. They replaced both towels even though we only stayed 2 nights, which is not the environmentally friendly policy they advertise
