Hotel exceeded all expectations. Fantastic location, clean comfortable rooms and good choice for breakfast. The crowning glory of the hotel, however is the staff. The reception staff were very welcoming and were happy to help out with an issue with my booking. They even sorted an issue with the lobby vending machine. A special mention also the the buffet staff, again very welcoming and friendly and kept the place spotless.

Room was simple and basic, but we were only staying 1 night, so was perfect for us. The location, literally about 100m from the train station was so convenient, so we didn't have to worry about carrying luggage too far. My only disappointment was that we thought we had booked into the IBIS hotel literally next door to the station. But the helpful staff member there showed us where out actual hotel was, which was across the road and canal bridge. But we still spent the evening in their bar. But overall, for 1 night and the price, this hotel was perfect
