We are pleased to hear that you found your room spacious and clean, enjoyed the location, and appreciated the convenience of the lift. It is also great to know that you found the beds comfortable, although we are sorry that the pillows did not meet your preference. At the same time, we sincerely apologise for the shortcomings you experienced. We regret that the twin bed setup was not prepared as requested, and that there was an inconsistency with the in-room amenities, including the coffee supplies and the empty body wash.
