Exceptional friendly reception staff at check-in and check-out! We had a comfortable room. Ours was to a quiet courtyard, just the staff talking from below at ground floor was a bit annoying. Overall a very nice stay. Very centrally located just 5 minutes walking distance to the central station.

Front desk staff was excellent. Room was very clean. We were not prepared for steps up into the room nor for the steps down to the bathroom. They kindly moved us to another room. However, that room did not have space to open luggage other than the bed. The location across from Amsterdam Centraal Station was outstanding
