The hotel was really nice. We stayed in the sixth floor and it was a bit noisy from the street. Particularly that there is a fire station across the street. The noise was not terrible but something to be aware off. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff are really friendly here and we received a very warm welcome and friendly help during our stay. The room was small but clean. Some road noise. 5 mins walk to metro Waterlooplein or 20 min walk into the centre which was fine.

Greeted warmly upon arrival, the staff was willing to to assist at every opportunity, the breakfast was wonderful and a variety of food and beverages always served fresh and hot. The room was pleasant with a waterway view, the box window was a treat, and was quiet, you few miles away from the traffic. Loved hearing the bells and chimes in the distance, made for romantic evenings. Close to everything but far enough away from the crush and congestion of the tourist and shopping area, restaurants well within walking easily… and close enough to Amsterdam Centraal.
