Overall, my stay was good and the room was comfortable and clean. However, the view was not great, and I was surprised there was no mini bar/fridge or a kettle for tea/coffee in the room. Adding these small amenities would make the experience much better

Staff were great! Extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast options. Good location overall, would have been nice having the trams or metro a little closer however that can’t be helped!

The hotel have a good location, people are nice, and the room were very clean and the bed was confortable. You just have to walk 10 mins to be in central place, and 20 mins in bus to go to the international bus station.

Everything went perfectly, the hotel is perfectly located near to the Amsterdam Central Station and near tram lines. The room was very clean, had everything available to us and we were very well welcomed into our stay! Super friendly staff!! The breakfast was also very good and diverse! Would totally recommend to other people and would definitely stay here again!
