Our stay was disappointing overall. When we first checked in, the toilet had not been properly cleaned, which was not the standard we expected. The shower was very poor quality. The room was also extremely small, making it uncomfortable for two guests. In addition, only one bathrobe was provided despite the booking being for two people, and the bathrobe itself was of very poor quality. The one positive aspect of our stay was the reception team. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they made every effort to provide good service. Unfortunately, the cleanliness, room size, and lack of basic amenities meant that our overall experience did not meet our expectations.
