Room below standards and value of the money Noisy , couldn’t sleep well due noice after midnight Non culture inclusive environment not welcoming Had to ask for a water everyday and house keeping Got a very bad room not what I supposed to pay for

Our only complaint was the room is not well lit. Very dark even during the day. Also the bathroom configuration was a bit odd. No room on the sink to put things. Otherwise the staff was very knowledgeable and kind!
