My yearly visit to The Grand and is magical as always. You really set foot in the history here. The staff is extremely friendly and are always willing to go the extra mile. The welcome amenities are so beautiful and are matching the season and always being welcomed with a handwritten note. Guided up to the room by their guest relations team is a treat since they are really getting to know you and preparing your preferences once you share them. Breakfast is great and make sure to try the eggs Benedict, the brioche is really worth it. Looking forward to return.

My room was not as expected and had ceiling damage, despite a recent renovation. Filippo the manager made everything right. He exemplifies the best of hospitality management.
