From the moment we arrived it was the most amazing experience. Started with the complimentary drink! It was my birthday and we were given a room upgrade. The room was lovely and had some little sweets and a personal note. As soon as we got in the room, the staff brought us a cake. We also booked into the spa, which we had to ourselves due to corona measures. We hired bikes and the concierge explained everything to us clearly. We also dined at the new outdoor beach club which was lovely. All in all, one of the best holidays i have ever had with a huge part of that being the hotel and the service.

We had an amazing time at Sofitel Legend the Grand Amsterdam, we enjoyed the check-in that was perfectly done, the room that has an amazing design, an amazing bed that made us feel like sleeping in the clouds. Room unfortunately had stains on the carpet which one would not expect in a hotel of this rating. Overall the staff was extremely friendly and helpful which clouded any issues with the attention to details by the housekeeping staff.
