Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was very nice and centrally located. Had drinks/snacks at Oriole - it was a good experience. The only reason I didn’t give the hotel a perfect score is because the bed in our room was awful. I think the mattress was badly worn out on one side and it caused me to sink in. I woke up with a terrible backache each morning.

While checkin experience and the bar were great, much left to be desired about nightly staff. Those idiots (sorry, I really can’t find another word) were not letting me into the hotel citing “security measures” and repeatedly asked for my room number and the name. Sure, I have no issue with the name but honey I spend most of my time staying in different hotels: I don’t remember your damned room number at 1AM in the night. I don’t know how many times I’ve had to repeat my last name standing under the rain and cold until they finally let me in. This is the first and last time I will ever stay in this property. The staff was naturally unapologetic and kept citing “security measures” like we are standing in the middle of the warzone.

Room was nice, comfy bed, food not so great tho, restaurant and room service wise. Tried oriole, the beef came almost cold.
