The staff was friendly and helpful. Property is located well. It is close to places I wanted to visit; I could walk or I could take the metro...metro station very close to the property

Choose specifically in a quieter area but not far away from the Central Station ( 20 away by a tram and 30 min by feet ). Friendly staff, clean premises, cosy room and as advertised. And I’ve got an upgrade as a member of the cloud to a more spacious room. Very pleasant experience

I was welcomed by Tania, who remembered me from a previous stay. It was more like meeting an old friend rather than checking into a hotel. I left the hotel the next morning & when I returned in the afternoon there was a birthday greeting & gifts awaiting me in the room.
