The room was tidy and comfortable, a bit noisy because of the windows to the street, but I didn't mind. Basic style, basic breakfast, friendly staff.

Far too expensive (over 300 EUR/night) for the standard you offer is just too much. I got room number five which feels to be in a basement with no escape route since windows can't be open due to iron bars. Will report it to travel agent.
