my experience was positive. My room was small but it was ok for a solo traveller. Good breakfast and helpful staff. The neighborhood is quite and safe

My worst hotel experience over the past 20 years !

Your snack concession was out of operation therefore guests obtain any snacks. Arrangements should be made Two charge snacks on the room bill when your operation is down for 5 days

Great location 1 minute to tram no. 4. Reception were so accommodating to us during our stay allowing us to check in and out a bit early/late which really helped us as it was January.
