The hotel's location is excellent! There's a food market nearby, plenty of cafes and small shops, and the old town is within walking distance. The room was clean, the toilet and shower were brand new, the water was hot, and the internet was fast. The staff were very polite, always ready to help and smiling. **What was disappointing:** The room is very small — there's no way to sit at the desk as there isn't enough space for a chair. At the entrance, instead of a coat rack, there are just two hooks on the wall. The room has a kettle, but for brewing there was only one tea bag and very old single-serve sticks of instant coffee and creamer — one of each. My window looked out onto the entrance of another room. The most uncomfortable thing was the pillow. It felt as if it was stuffed with lumps of some kind of filling, packed very tightly — sleeping in a normal position was impossible. Overall, this did not meet expectations for the price paid — it is not a luxury hotel, but it was priced like one.
