Well located hotel, in a very quiet and central area of ​​the city. We have spent a very pleasant week in your hotel. Excellent treatment and attention from the staff. Comfortable and always clean room. We just think that the lighting can be improved, especially in the bathroom.

Good choice for a family stay. Hotel was well located and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was had many options even for our 1 year old. Room wasn't cleaned well before we arrived - I noted cobwebs on the ceiling.

We were informed as we arrived that the hotel had an issue with the air con. The room was incredibly warm and uncomfortable and we barely got any sleep as a result. As this was no fault of the staff (who were very pleasant) we never mentioned it to them. We did not enjoy our stay though. We would have asked to move rooms but we were told that it was an issue throughout the hotel upon our arrival. We should really revive some sort of refund here as the main point of the hotel was to have a place to sleep. We really never managed to get much because it was so warm in the room. We opened the window one night but we ended up with insects flying around so this wasn’t an option either.
