Great location. The tram stop into the centre is at the end of the street. Alternatively it's not far to walk to the museums. The nearby neighbourhood of Dr Pijp is full of restaurants and bars, so very handy in the evenings. The room (and the hotel) was basic but clean. And the staff were friendly and helpful.

Was a disappointing stay! The shower totally flooded due to some kind of blockage, the air con was not functioning and the the television did not work. I've used IBIS Styles plenty of times in the past, but given this experience my confidence has been severely knocked! All of the issues were reported to reception.

We have been welcomed by and Indonesian guy (we forgot the name) who are so helpful and supportive during our entire stay. Tho, the elevator was not working for 1-2 days, it was fine, considering an upgrade during our check in was done by them. Location was amazing!!! Close to tram starion and there's a lot of shops nearby and near to Albert Market.
