In such warm period, this stay was a very unique experiencearound the city. Just one night to enjoy a different atmosphere that makes you feel traveling away even close from home. Choosing a special view to take advantage of a special event. Rooms are just enough for people who don't need a palace or a four stars stay. Very convenient, amusing too and finding lots of cjoice to enjoy watching movies, tv or listening to some musics. Bed was confortable and lights sufficient even if not always easy to understand the system. Maybe would be kind to had some possibilities of hot water to prepare a the or coffee. Whatever is written, welcoming was warm and if it could appear not so reactive, it is just due to the event's day. Bar at rooftop and meal find except if you don't enjoy dj's party. You even have another one at ground floor, a sport's bar and a shopping place as free videos games or flippers. So nice thematic! Just check opening time! For more convenience you must just know that coming from msin metro line 1, the hotel needs a few minutes difficult walks with luggages. So prefer a drive or nice to leave at front desk. Anyway nice place to return, close to La Defense arena, Paris's center and to enjoy Seine's river. Last point is a very gentle gesture at check out for a last minute move from the room convincing definitely of this human place to stay for travelers and curious. By the way, just be patient with lifts that also indicates time to wait before arriving. But long sometimes even unavailable sometimes for last level.

In total ok, room is not really clean and especially the bathroom is in horrible conditions with mold and grot in the shower. Only one pillow in the room and no hairdryer.

The elevators were broken, so most of the steps we had to walk to the breakfast. When only one elevator was going downstairs the cleaning staff pushed me away with their cleaning wagon and I could not enter the elevator anymore. Meaning I had to walk from the 9th floor with my whole luggage. I was expecting the staff to treat customers better, but seems the own work was more important.

I had a voucher from the travel agency of my company with a complete payment of my stay. At the reception at my arrival they asked me to pay and i showed the voucher. I was asked anyway for a credit card as guarantee. During the check out it was deducted the entire amount, even though there was a voucher. They told me they would had refund it and informed by the end of the day, but no news so far

Stayed 2 weeks in this hotel on my visit to Paris for work. Very friendly staff, the room was small but ok for my needs, comfortable bed, good breakfast served in the roof top restaurant. The food in the roof top restaurant was good, depending on the chef in service. The same dish could be amazing in one day and not so good on the next one. The common areas didn't have air conditioning and they used some fans on the floor.

I have been travelling for the last 20 years. This is was the worst night ever, since the air-conditioning was not working in my room despite I informed the reception staff twice. Once they have been in my room to verify and re-assured me that the air-co is working although I was not in agreement with them. For the breakfast I had to leave early morning, before the breakfast was served so I asked for the take-away bag. Again worst experience ever, the food was literally thrown in the bag, the ham like for a dog, no bread, no water, no juice. I will never ever go to this hotel and will never recommend it for any guests. For 300 EUR per night!!!

Friendly staff at reception and efficient waiting staff in the Penthouse restaurant. Air conditioning worked well which was good as if was the week in June with temperatures of 38 deg C.

The cleanliness in general is correct and the mattress is soft and good. The breakfast room is the same as the restaurant of the hotel so the view is incredible at the 14th floor and the food is correct. The personal is nice and professional

Great stay in this great hotel. We really liked the “uniqueness” about it. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The air conditioning was not working in one of our rooms. As an apology they kindly gave me a rebate of the points used to part pay for the room and free parking. Car park is a bit tight so go careful with a large car. Really liked the use of screens to call the lift. This helped understand how long one would need to wait and also what lift will arrive.

Unfortunately, this time around my stay was not great. I found the personnel to not be very welcoming. More importantly, the AC does not work (my room but also my other 2 colleagues). Not great when in the middle of a heatwave.

I had a very pleasant stay, very nice room, great bed with very good mattress, we really enjoyed the stay. The hotel is very nice and very well located and we appreciate a lot the parking you have on premise. Staff is very good and very friendly. This time, we got awake at 5:00 am by the reception for wake up call, they rand the wrong room, this was not pleasant.
