I had a very pleasant stay, very nice room, great bed with very good mattress, we really enjoyed the stay. The hotel is very nice and very well located and we appreciate a lot the parking you have on premise. Staff is very good and very friendly. This time, we got awake at 5:00 am by the reception for wake up call, they rand the wrong room, this was not pleasant.

Nice hotel, but we’ve been at other ‘Mama Shelter’ hotels and this wasn’t the best one. Mostly because we found it a bit confusing how the restaurants were organized. We ate at the restaurant downstairs, not knowing that you could also eat upstairs, which we would have liked much better. Also, when we arrived on Sunday afternoon around 15h we could get nothing small to snack, which we foond a pity for a hotel with 2 restaurants and a bar. There restaurant was only open for brunch, a small snack was not an option. Room was nice, but although booked for 2 we only got a set of towels for 1 (we asked for extra towels). The location and the rooftop were really nice though. It was certainly not bad, we would come again probably, but with a bit lower expectations compared to other Mama Shelter hotels we’ve been to.

Good stay at mama shelter La defense. Polite staff and good restaurants, room was quite warm & air conditioning a little intermittent, but not a major issue. Views from some rooms roof top restaurant are very worth while
