Good stay at mama shelter La defense. Polite staff and good restaurants, room was quite warm & air conditioning a little intermittent, but not a major issue. Views from some rooms roof top restaurant are very worth while

I love this brand, which is why I chose to stay at this property. The staff did not speak English very well, which created a communication barrier. I was asking questions but was not getting the right answers. It was clear that they were doing their best and were very kind, but the language barrier made things difficult. The room and overall atmosphere were great — colourful, in very good condition, and with an excellent vibe. Lunch was also really great; I had the tartare and it was delicious. What was disappointing, however, was the breakfast. The selection was very poor, with only 2–3 hot dishes available. For this price level and hotel standard, this is definitely a weak point.
