Front desk service was ok, friendly aand helpful, room maintenance was average, but the service in the restaurant for breakfast was really bad

the stay was okay; the room temperature was very, very warm at night. the 14th floor restaurant and sports bar were both closed one late afternoon; the breakfast buffet was nice. we dined in the 14th floor restaurant one night of our stay and admittedly it took forever to get our food. when we did get it, the food was good but the service was just okay.
