The room was big and perfectly cleaned, good showers as well, but my safe was not closing. The staff was friendly and helpful, but we arrived early and had to wait almost 2 hours due to the check-in time, we waited in the lobby and no one came to tell us when the room was ready, as promised. Breakfast menu was very good but with no vegetal milk option in display or to order, and that’s a big low for a hotel such this one. Additionally the sandwiches my colleagues had while waiting for the room where charged in my room, without my signature or knowledge, but when notified the staff immediately correct this mistake.

Arrived Monday, departed Friday. Staff was extremely professional and friendly. Sushi restaurant was excellent. Room was different than other hotels in that there were no wash cloths in the bathroom (used hand towels instead).

The housekeeping work was not satisfactory. The bathroom toilet was always dirty with urine stains, from someone that stayed in the room before me. The towels were not replaced, the same applies to the shampoo. The room was clearly not swiped daily, as could see pieces of paper from the day before on the floor. And once again, I was charged for products that I did not consume.

Well, the Caesar Business is very good located, but surely the building had come to an age and needs maintenance, especially on the windows. I really appreciate that most rooms have been modernized with brand new interior. Also the new bar and restaurant area is really nice. Nevertheless that does not compensate that most rooms have broken windows that do not close properly anymore, because they have broken mountings on the top. This causes a lot of noise coming from the street in front and makes the stay very uncomfortable. Caesar Business should really consider to repair the windows as next top priority to become a first class hotel again. Also the gym area needs more cleaning. The floor is pretty dirty and also the equipment could be cleaned once in a while. No need to say that broken gym equipment like the bicycle could either be renewed, repaired or removed. Shouldn't be that big investment though to buy a new one, when you can afford a complete new hair and beauty shop.

I had stayed at the same hotel many years ago, so I had a big expectation to come back now, again on business trip. However, this time I met some impolite staff right at the entrance and that was a huge disappointment.

I stayed for 11 nights - room was clean, and acceptable. It would be nice if breakfast can be changes a bit - the meal is the same everyday. Language is a challenge, but it is getting better. Mini bar in the room was not stocked appropriately. Gym equipment not functioning 100% - cardio equipment is usually used by business travelers - not working. No towels in the Gym. Finally, no service in the bar - had to wait a long time for service.

I stayed at this hotel 3 times. In 2014/15, 2018 and this year. The hotel decayed in the past years. Poor maintenance: Leaking window in my room; dark room (terrible to put contact lenses on, to work); doors and walls in corridors, gym and pool areas would benefit from some maintenance and paint; gym with same light and equipment problems found last year. Besides that, you are in Minas Gerais with a lot of foreigners. Why don't you value more what is local? I am used to staying in tiny hotels in small poor cities in Minas Gerais and experience better breakfast, with regional products, fresher juices, variation of local fruits provided. I miss the coffee machine in the room.

I am always satisfied during my stays here! The hotel and restaurant staff are so friendly and professional! Patricia, Vivian and Mylena are wonderful! And Carlos has such a great smile and always makes everyone feel so welcome! The rooms and beds are so comfortable, they have a great fitness center and pool, the Santa Fe restaurant consistently has very good food and excellent service! The young lady who makes the omelets in the morning also has a wonderful smile and makes the best omelets ever! I love staying at this hotel!!

My preferred hotel in Belo Horizonte, staff are great, rooms are huge with comfy beds & a good shower. Breakfast has a great selection & a chef on hand for additional items. The hotel is located in a nice area, less than an hour from the airport and across from a busy shopping centre with a wide range of shops & restaurants (Madero is best). All around a great hotel when visiting Belo!

The reception was very helpful in providing a US-style adapter plug. It would be nice if at least one outlet in the room could accept a US-style plug. Alternatively, one or more USB outlets could be provided. These are needed for charging the devices like cell phone, iPad etc. I would have liked a coffee-maker in the room.
