The room only had a single bed and the HVAC was not working properly. Wifi was very slow and kept dropping. Tried to explain the problem, but staff could not understand english.

Opportunities for improvement: - there was no light at the desk - I couldn't work and had to request a lamp to the reception. They were prompt and brought me one, which was good, but the room was still somehow dark, and the light not ideal - there was nobody to charge the breakfast at the restaurant. When checking out, I told the gentleman at the reception, and he advised me not to pay. I was not comfortable leaving the hotel without paying, so went back to him and insisted that I wanted to pay - he said that if it were him, he wouldn't pay, but he called someone from the kitchen to charge the breakfast. When I asked why there was nobody there to charge, the waitress said that the colleague was in a traffic accident (public transportation) and she was late. All to say that the hotel lacked collaboration, customer service
