Exceptional service from both Thiago's, Otavio, Anna and the team at the front desk, and from Leticia and the team in the restaurant. Good value. Great sauna and pool area. Everything clean and professional. Really nice sushi restaurant attached to the hotel. Etc!

Great stay, well located and incredibly helpful staff with everything I needed. I just won't give it a 10 because there was a leak in the bathroom I used and I needed to put towels on the floor to control it. Also the bath soap is much lower than the expected quality - I suggest using a liquid in a bottle or the same you already have for the shampoo and conditioner.

Well located hotel - adjacent to extensive shopping mall- with good breakfast & great service , particularly at the reception. Rooms are well apoinyed with a nice restaurant in the hotel for evening meals. A good experience overall - thanks
