I stayed at the hotel for business travel over a two-week period. Overall, the experience had some strong positives, but there are a few areas that would benefit from improvement. On the positive side, my room was consistently clean and well maintained, which I really appreciated. Ana at reception was outstanding, always helpful, professional, and welcoming. The breakfast offering was very good, and I also enjoyed the dinners at the hotel, which were of a high standard. Gabriel was really helpful at dinner, especially with us not speaking Portuguese. However, there were a few challenges during the stay. Although my room was similar to those of my colleagues, I had difficulty obtaining a kettle, and when it was eventually provided, there was no cup or coffee supplied. Additionally, my colleagues experienced issues with coffee not being replenished throughout the duration of our stay, which was disappointing given the length of time we were there. Another area to highlight is the reception area, which had a noticeably strong and unusual smell throughout most of the stay. In the last few days, it seemed that air freshener was being used to mask it, but the scent remained quite overpowering. Overall, the hotel offers good comfort and service in several areas, but attention to these details would significantly improve the experience for business travellers.

The room only had a single bed and the HVAC was not working properly. Wifi was very slow and kept dropping. Tried to explain the problem, but staff could not understand english.
