There was one young lady who spoke English at the front desk, she was phenomenal! every one else was very pleasant even with the language barrier.

The pieces too dark, too much, it looks like a wake, cold, you can't read or work in such low light. The shower with the drain plugged. I don't understand why they gave me a room with 2 small beds instead of a large one.

The room was big and perfectly cleaned, good showers as well, but my safe was not closing. The staff was friendly and helpful, but we arrived early and had to wait almost 2 hours due to the check-in time, we waited in the lobby and no one came to tell us when the room was ready, as promised. Breakfast menu was very good but with no vegetal milk option in display or to order, and that’s a big low for a hotel such this one. Additionally the sandwiches my colleagues had while waiting for the room where charged in my room, without my signature or knowledge, but when notified the staff immediately correct this mistake.

Arrived Monday, departed Friday. Staff was extremely professional and friendly. Sushi restaurant was excellent. Room was different than other hotels in that there were no wash cloths in the bathroom (used hand towels instead).
