Opportunities for improvement: - there was no light at the desk - I couldn't work and had to request a lamp to the reception. They were prompt and brought me one, which was good, but the room was still somehow dark, and the light not ideal - there was nobody to charge the breakfast at the restaurant. When checking out, I told the gentleman at the reception, and he advised me not to pay. I was not comfortable leaving the hotel without paying, so went back to him and insisted that I wanted to pay - he said that if it were him, he wouldn't pay, but he called someone from the kitchen to charge the breakfast. When I asked why there was nobody there to charge, the waitress said that the colleague was in a traffic accident (public transportation) and she was late. All to say that the hotel lacked collaboration, customer service

Good location, good staff. Breakfast selection limited. Amazing restaurant options on site. Water in the shower was not hot, warm at best. The sealing around showers was unclean, with signs of black stains. After every shower water leaked through seals. Air conditioning was stuffy, filters may need to be cleaned. I had to turn off the air conditioner for the duration of the stay.

For me all good, initial arrival key card didn't work (twice) on my room so was allocated a new room. For me rooms a little tired but still good. Shower fine but turns into a swimming pool - water still present in shower when returning later in day. Apart from that all good.

The staff at the hotel and the pool is a great facility, but the room is basic and not very clean. Room service also very slow.
