As someone who travels frequently for work and has stayed at this hotel before, I rely on basics like a functioning safe, reliable internet, and a comfortable room. This stay delivered none of them. The room looked old and un-refurbished, and the safe was broken. Reception promised maintenance at 7:00 AM; they showed up at 8:00 AM, by which point I'd already left with my valuables exposed. On top of that, the Wi-Fi was slow and suffered frequent intermittent drops, making it nearly impossible to get work done. The cramped toilet area didn't help. A hotel at this level should do much better.

Shower area was too tight I could barely move. the sink is too small it couldn't contain my makeup and hair tools. Breakfast was okay. Not much choices.

Hotel is reasonably comfortable in central location of Nova Lima. However, the room is old, toilet and shower are small ("elbow-bruisers"), toilet water pressure is low and internet is very slow! It's been like this for years.

Your bathroom needs urgent attention, super outdated and not well kept. Breakfast selection was okay, but serving cold Pao de Queijo in BH is not nice. Also please have a look at your waffle machine (more than 20 minutes for waffles doesn't sound good)
