I am a loyal Accor member having held Diamond Status for a number of years. I had a very poor quality room with no upgrade or recognition of my status along with none of the other "perks" that are normally associated with stays at Accor Hotels. The service was overall poor, My room did not have an iron and ironing board I asked for one and it was never delivered. I had to ask twice more before it finally showed up over 24 hours later. I became seriously ill, I suspect from something at the breakfast buffet, and was incapacitated for a number of days. Medicine that I had dropped off at the hotel took sometimes over an hour to make its way to my room. I had trouble getting water delivered to my room. Overall it left me very dissatisfied and with a bad taste in my mouth. Not to completely negative, the housekeeping staff were excellent and very hard working the one bright spot in my stay was my room was well cleaned. However, this is not enough for me to return to the property. MB

No welcome drink, card key worked half of the time, phone in room did not work, external number for room service did not work. Extremely noisy a/c (squeaky). I reported the phone and nothing happened.
