Overall really good. The main issue I had, which is the same as the one I had last time, is that the aircon doesn't work. I understand that it relates to the ambient temperature outside the building, but the result is the same: I struggled to sleep for being too hot, and there was nothing I could do about it without aircon.

Unfortunately, our air conditioning system, which happens to be used in most hotels, continues to reach its technical limits and allows individual adjustments within a limited range only. Booked this hotel because I would like to go to the sauna - after two days of consecutive asking when the sauna ist fixed I didn’t get an answer. The sauna is defect was the answer. This is not enough. As a guest I would like to know when the sauna is fixed, that the sauna is defect as an info is not enough and absolutely badly managed

Very convenient for my office. Great breakfast and very polite staff. Room was very clean, unfortunately it was too warm and I couldn't get the temperature to go lower, also lots of noise from outside and lights from the office opposite were a little distracting. Overall a lovely hotel and I would consider using again.
