Booked this hotel because I would like to go to the sauna - after two days of consecutive asking when the sauna ist fixed I didn’t get an answer. The sauna is defect was the answer. This is not enough. As a guest I would like to know when the sauna is fixed, that the sauna is defect as an info is not enough and absolutely badly managed

Very convenient for my office. Great breakfast and very polite staff. Room was very clean, unfortunately it was too warm and I couldn't get the temperature to go lower, also lots of noise from outside and lights from the office opposite were a little distracting. Overall a lovely hotel and I would consider using again.

It was a pleasure staying in the hotel. I felt really good, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The location is also superb, with trams taking you to the city center in just couple of minutes. Excellent staff who is always willing to help and make you feel very comfortable. Membership is also valued as upgrade was very generous and I really felt prestigious during my whole stay. Last but not least, Wi-Fi very fast which allows you to work without leaving the room! My favorite Novotel in Munich, definitely travelling back next time!

I recommend the hotel - location close to central station and to S-Bahn station. You can get any information you need from the reception. Very well sound insulation and all you need for your stay in place. I can recommend also the sauna - we enjoyed it.

Great hotel let down by being ridiculously hot in the rooms so uncomfortable for sleeping.

Lovely rooms, great staff, good breakfast, fun facilities for kids, but hugely disappointed that rooms are far too hot, had to sleep with window open which is extremely noisy, and then a disturbed night for the whole family. Why is it so hot? Sleep suffers and that is ultimately the thing you should be focusing on getting right.
