Overall good experience, very clean and spacious room. The only complaint I have is that the bed mattress was too soft.

Friendly staff around the hotel especially at reception - a great well stocked breakfast buffet - well located with trams outside the door and a 5 minute walk from the S-bahn giving frequent and fast travel to the centre of Munich such as Marienplatz also handy for getting to and from the airport.

The hotel was located close to all major tram and train lines. Close to old town for shopping and dining. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great for English speakers who struggle with German. Only down side was breakfast. Not tasty enough for the price.
