Would have given a 10 if bed was a king, the bed had a sheet in addition to a duvet and the air conditioning worked better (room was too hot).

As it is our top priority that you are satisfied with our services, we were especially glad to receive high ratings in this category. I gladly passed this on to my team and would like to send a sincere “thank you” on their behalf. But we regret to hear that you were not completely satisfied with our beds. Many of our guests enjoy, but there have also been some critics. We are unfortunately not able to change the layout, so we thank you for your patience and hope this is not too much of an inconvenience for you. Regarding the air conditioning let me please explain, that our system, which happens to be used in most hotels, continues to reach its technical limits and allows individual adjustments within a limited range only. I assure you that we are currently consulting specialists to find a solution that will leave our guests completely satisfied. We all hope to welcome you as a guest again. Good location, bad service when maintenance issue

The hotel really didn't know how to handle a maintenance issue. I started hearing the heating/cooling unit clicking loudly and cycling through on and off. After being woken up multiple times through out the night, I finally called at 4am. They said someone would come up to look at it and no one ever did. When I told the front desk about it they apologized but that's it. Service service service.

The experience with your hotel was has not been encouraging! The air-conditioning was not working & could not be repaired. The window could not kept open due to the traffic noise resulting in 2 sleepless nights. Virtually no choice in breakfast for vegetarians. There was no assistance for senior citizens to carry the luggage to the room. Could not have coffee or tea in the room as there was no milk available.

Dear Mr. P., I am very sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay. Please allow me to formally apologize for the inconvenience and annoyance - obviously we failed to communicate and inform properly above all. Of course we will make your criticism intern to the topic, also your reference to missing milk and not offered luggage service we will in the team very critically examine. I would like to explain about the air conditioning: During your visit, we had maximum daytime temperatures of 12 °C, and at night it dropped to 5 °C. Accor's Planet21 climate protection program aims to protect the environment. Part of this is that when the outside temperature is lower than 18 °C, the cooling function of the air conditioning is disabled and you can only heat. Unfortunately, the only solution was to offer you a window key to open the window for cooling during the day.
