The personnel was very nice to me. The room was very good, with an upgrade because of my accor status. Bar tenders were very polite and funny. I recommend this hotel, and will enjoy to come again for my next visit to Munich.

Always too hot

Regardless of summer or winter, the temperature is always too high in the room and it’s impossible to change it more than by 0.5-1 degrees. Who can sleep at a default temperature of 23.5

Dear Mr. D., I am sorry that you were unable to have a restful night, and I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences caused. Unfortunately, our air conditioning system, which happens to be used in most hotels, continues to reach its technical limits and allows individual adjustments within a limited range only.
