Clean hotel. Well located. Friendly reception staff. Unfortunately, a few things fell short of the expectations we have from a novotel. The sofa bed is small, if you have tall kids/adults they will not fit on it comfortably. We stayed Friday night till Sunday night. Saturday room was cleaned well, but glasses were not washed. And no water was left in the fridge. (We assumed it was only offered on the first day), but Sunday when the room was cleaned the fridge had water inside it. On Sunday the bedsheets were not replaced, the same bedsheets were still on the bed. We know this because my child had left a little chocolate mark on the duvet cover. When paying for a 4* hotel we expect these to be changed daily. Location for the hotel is great, tram access and S bahn access is good too. The hotel facilities of the gym/sauna are great. I think the inconsistentcy with the room cleaning has let us down, overall the experience was average.
