I do acknowledge, however, that there is still “room for improvement” in almost all categories. Please be assured that all the issues will be addressed and discussed within our local team and that we will try our best to improve even more. Regarding early check-in, please allow me to point out that we always try to make this possible for our guests. However, sometimes this option is not available, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
