Having checked in online, I expected to spend minimal time at the desk on arrival. Instead, your staff member interrupted my room allocation to spend fully five minutes dealing with business with another colleague. This was insulting. Room 546 is not a quiet room which is clearly expressed in my preferences. Just what was the machine which was running all night through the wall? This is no way to treat a Gold Member.

The fee gets you a bed in a room and not much else. No storage space for clothes had to keep things on the floor/desk or in my suitcase. One small pillow, rude staff member when asked for a second, bar staff were rude. Won’t be staying in an Ibis again.

The place is great for a city visit, excellent breakfast, and rooms are economical. The staff was helpful and customer-focused. My only issue was with unreliable internet in the room.

I'm often in Munich for business and stay here since an co-worker introduced me to the hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I also love that its so close to the central train station
