The walls are incredibly thin. There is no sound insulation between rooms. Therefore, I had the joy of listening to a neighbour's television and another room's sexcapades. OK, so I am exhausted when I go to check out, and then they hit me with a 10€ fee, per night, for something that they called "ubernachten". I had already paid for the room when I checked in. What exactly is ubernachten for? Why was that not listed as an extra fee in the ALL app? Overall, between the noise, not sleeping, and then the 20€ surprise, I was utterly disappointed with this hotel. I won't be going back.

The total amount you paid matches exactly the amount that was booked. At reception, you were asked whether you would like to use €20 of your ALL points toward the stay. This option was declined, so the full amount was paid on site. There were no additional charges beyond the original booking amount. The hotel is convenient for transport and within walking distance of the sights of central Munich. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable while the standards of cleanliness were all good.

Close to train station so ideal location. Room quite small & dull. Light near bed not working. Comfortable mattress but pillows very thin. Bedding/towels changed when requested. Quite room despite the hotel being on a busy road. Staff pleasant & helpful. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

Staff helpful at check in/out. I stayed at the rear of the building but street/tram noise could be an issue if staying on the street side and a light sleeper.
