Nice and clean hotel, locates in a good central location. Friendly staff and good breakfast range. However one or two improvements could have made it a wonderful stay. No food available in the evenings even though advertised and the most basic of TV's in the room, (limited, and all German language channels), no Internet (you tube or English-speaking channels).

We were very happy with the services provided by Ms.KANITHHA, she was of immense help during our stay. However on a different note, your housekeeping services were pathetic, there was no bathmat in the room, so bathroom got wet after bath, inspite of asking for room cleaning, the room was not cleaned properly, bed was made in a hurry, the floor of the bathroom was not dried and no bathmat was given. When I asked for a bathmat, was told that they don't have any and gave me a hand towel. This indicates that similarly used hand towels will be subsequently used by guests to wipe their faces. We use Ibis because of the Accor standards but here it left a lot to be desired.

Friendly welcome, always available to help, I arrived before check-in time but as one of the rooms was ready I was able to leave my baggage there, and when I left I also left the baggage at the hotel to be able to walk in the city without any baggage in the last day. Always fast and friendly.
