The worst customer service ever anywhere. Their cancellation policy reflects their meager nature. Do not book this hotel even if it is they have the last room available in the entire city. Not worth it. You're better off staying at the park.

After having a flight cancelled out of Munich, we were in need of a hotel for the night. Went to Ibis expecting a likely no. Staff member on front desk was incredibly rude. Looked as if they were trying to ignore us to begin with - upon asking if they had anything available he just said ‘fully booked’, no apology whatsoever. We asked for advice on where there might be availability - they didn’t give an answer.
