I stayed at this hotel as part of a 4 days trip due to a huge concert in München, and the stay was amazing, staff was very kind and helpful! Location wise, 30 mins walking from old shopping center, close to Hauptbahnhoff (5 mins from the train station), room was nice and clean, air conditioning, tv, just perfect. Keep in mind there is no Safe Box in the room I stayed (single room) and no iron for shirts. Excepting that, just perfect. Thank you Irina and the whole Team!

While the majority of my stay was comfortable and most staff were kind, one evening, while I was changing, a male employee banged on my door and opened and entered the room without being invited in. He loudly asked if I was smoking in the room, which I was not, and I asked that he exit the room since i was naked. I felt incredibly unsafe the rest of the stay and did not confront any staff about the incident due to fear for my safety. Now that I am back home I feel safe to disclose this event.
