Great price and location. Staff were wonderful. Clean, tidy, good condition. Room was a little warm, and traffic noisy but it is a main street.

There was an issue with my booking that meant I was told I hadn’t paid and that the booking was lost. Despite being able to prove otherwise (bank statements and emails) I still had to spend a very nervous night wondering whether it could be resolved the next morning. I am an account holder and have stayed in Ibis hotels previously and am really very very disappointed with the service received.

Comfortable, clean,and location perfect.only thing missing that we were expecting clean towels every day room was cleaned but no clean towels. Would not put me off to stay again thanks
