Just expressing my disappointment that I was told upon arrival to pay the rest of my stay upon checkout if that’s what I wanted to do. Today I checked out and was told it is not possible. Not happy to say the least, hoping you can fix it. Sent an email to the property with no response.

Location is good, short walk to tram with 4 stops to central main train station. Rossmann close by. A very delicious Greek restaurant in 10 steps. Request to change the room because of loud noise f. connecting room, staff managed as requested without any problem.

The hotel is located a bit north of the city centre, but the tram stop is only a 2-minute walk away. The staff is friendly and helpful. (with the extra nite I booked, he helped me with a membership discount!!) The room is clean and quiet, featuring stunning modern interior design. The bar is open until midnight, and I had a pleasant experience staying here for 5 nights.
