good experience, nice staff, good service. The only thing I was not happy with was the bed. It was too hard and did cost me a couple of hours sleep.

Good, clean room. Wish there was at least a kettle and cups to make a warm drink before bed and in the morning. Cable TV had very few English channels.

excellent hotel, nice helpful staff, excellent breakfast, very clean. my only negative was that my room was too warm and the window has a special lock so you cannot fully open it - needs an engineer or staff member to open it fully. the air condition system needs to be better so the room can be comfortable for everyone - not everyone likes a hot hotel room, on my 1st night i found it hard to sleep because of the heat.

Great location. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Air conditioning didn't work, and it's too noisy to leave the window open overnight, only complaint.

The hotel is a couple of km outside the city center but is perfectly connected to it by a 10 minutes tram journey. I often walked to the city center and it took 25 minutes. The rooms are clean and comfortable and use the usual Ibis style. Check in process was fantastic. We arrived before 12:00 and since we checked-in online and advised the hotel of our early arrival, the room was already ready for us.

Great location in city. Extremely friendly and knowledgable staff. Nice breakfast and lobby area. My only issue was the poor working condition of the air conditioner in the room. There were some warmer days during my stay and the AC did not work well.

Staff is nice. But could you please provide bottled water to guests daily or when they request for it? Two bottles for the first day of stay is not enough. Please also provide toothbrush and toothpaste.
