Regarding the air conditioning, please allow me to note that it only allows for a certain range of individual adjustments. In general, our system is set to a maximum difference from the outside temperature, in accordance with the recommendations of the German Federal Environment Agency, to avoid negative effects on our guests’ health. Unfortunately, when outside temperatures are unusually high, the system reaches its limits. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
