Sehr geehrter Herr S., herzlichen Dank für Ihren Besuch und dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, Ihren Aufenthalt im ibis München City Arnulfpark zu bewerten. Über die hohe bis sehr hohe Punktezahl in fast allen Kategorien freue ich mich. Es ist schön, dass Sie sich bei uns wohl gefühlt haben und Ihnen u.a. ÖPNV-Anbindung, Zimmer und Frühstücksauswahl zugesagt haben. So soll es sein. Zum Preis für unser Frühstücksbuffet darf ich erklären, dass er unserem sehr hohen Anspruch an Qualität, Frische und Vielfalt geschuldet ist, was wiederum ein Großteil unserer Gäste schätzt und auch fordert. Ich bitte hier deshalb um Ihr Verständnis. Besonders wichtig ist uns, dass Sie mit unserem Service zufrieden waren. Deshalb haben uns die guten Noten in dieser Kategorie besonders gefreut.
