I had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect, right near the main train station. The front desk team was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel so welcome in Munich. As an ALL-Accor member, I really appreciated the perks like early check-in and late check-out, which made my trip so much smoother. The breakfast was excellent as well. Highly recommended for a comfortable and special experience!

Clean room, courteous staff. Poor internet reception in my corner room and no internet at all after outage occurred on Sunday. Fixing outage required a manager who wasn't there until Monday.
