We only stayed for 1 night, so I cannot give extensive feedback. Overall, the staff was very friendly at check-in and out. Our room was spacious, and we enjoyed that it faced the courtyard. Cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, could have been better. Also, the room was quite warm at night, although we arrived very late and did not realize we could have opened the windows. It did not feel like the A/C was working, but again we may have missed something arriving tired and after midnight. The breakfast spread and quality was amazing in the morning. Our favorite breakfast of our week long trip!

Location close to central train station and a short walk to the historic Old Town was perfect for me. Easy to get to local sites directly by walking or taking the tram or street car. It was also easy to take the train to Salzburg for a day trip and to rent a car nearby for a multi day trip. On a street with hostels and maybe working class immigrants, never felt awkward or unsafe even at night. Room was quiet and well appointed with some stylish touches. Staff always helpful, so it was busy but felt personal, Breakfast was great with a huge spread.

The Hotel is well situated close to the Hauptbahnnof and public transport links. The Hotel staff are really pleasant and friendly and helpful. Room are of good size with large screen tv , king size beds and walk in showers . The cleanliness standards were excellent. Our room was over looking in courtyard so was extremely quiet just what you need after a hard days sightseeing, and finally the buffet breakfast was great with a fantastic offering of both hot and cold offerings.
