Great location, very close to the train station and trams, as well as the Old Town. The team there were wonderful, even before my stay when assisting with my queries prior to my arrival. My recent trip was impacted by a medical issue, the staff were caring and helpful in extending my stay at the last minute by another week, during a very busy period at the hotel. The staff were extremely diligent in passing on information to each other and working as a team to resolve my issue. All Reception staff have been outstanding and have a great understanding of what exceptional customer service is all about. The room is modern, a generous size and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is also fantastic, as are the room attendants. I would highly recommend this hotel when in Munich.

Really nice hotel, very well located for the train station, arriving from the airport. Perfect walking distance into the city. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was a good size. clean and with a decent bathroom. Excellent room service. Didn't have breakfast but the bar and staff were top quality.
