We were pleasantly surprised when we were given an upgrade at check-in, when this was our very first time ever staying with Mercure! The room was wonderful and the hotel is very well located. We would absolutely stay here again.

Booked a twin room and a double room for both our stay but was told there’s only double room and 2 single rooms. Had to pay more for the twin room yet not given what we paid for… why have the option on booking site when it’s not available. Felt cheated.

In your first Reservation we upgraded your Comfort Standard Double Bed Room in a Privilege Bed Room free of charge and for the Twin Bed Room you received two Single Rooms but you never had to pay more. In your second Reservation, was booked a Standard Double Bed Room and a Superior Twin Bed Room and we upgraded your Comfort Double Bed Room also in a Superior Twin Bed Room again free of charge! We strive to offer accurate information on our booking platform, and it’s disappointing to know that you are unsatisfied. Our goal is to provide a comfortable experience for all our guests. Check in front desk reception was unfriendly. You can find out who checked us in. Shower screen can do better instead of showering at the corner of the shower area and still getting the outer floors wet.

Staff were friendly on arrival and continued to be so. Room was clean and good facilities, bonus free minibar, which was a nice touch. Excellent location for sights and train station (as any major station, the area attracts beggars) but not a problem.
