Enjoyed a great stay at the Mercure Munich City Centre. Accor Gold status was recorded, and I received the complimentary room upgrade to a room that I can wholeheartedly call very well appointed (with modern appliances), spacious and comfortable. I chose this specific Accor property due to its location which is fantastic for long distance (airport can easily be reached by S-Bahn) travel from the Hauptbahnhof (main station) just a few steps away as well as to reach key Munich sights (e.g. Statchus and Marienplatz) on foot or by subway. Lastly, but clearly not least, very friendly and competent staff that made check-in and check-out a breeze.

Lovely hotel, conveniently located

We had a standard king room which was quite spacious. Everything was clean, shower great, nice amenities. Free coffee in the lobby, full bar, plenty of restaurants close by and easy access to train and metro stop. Lufthansa shuttle to the airport only 3 blocks away. Would definitely stay here again.
