The service at the hotel was good, but the building, especially the hallways, felt quite old and dated. At breakfast, it was disappointing that they didn’t ask how many people were in our group, so we were given a very small table as we arrived one by one.

It was a lovely stay. Thomas was wonderful when I checked in. He gave me plenty of information and a free room upgrade. That was greatly appreciated. The free mini bar was wonderful! I really enjoyed that feature. The only deficiency with the room was the light in the main entrance didn't work, nor did the light over the mini bar. That didn't really bother me.

Great location with being by the main train station. Trams location was great too. Local amenities cafe places to eat etc. I didn't book breakfast but I did have one day. There was plenty of options for vegan vegetarian too. The hotel offer FREE mini bar for one, whilst noting exciting but it was really nice to see this being offered and that it was restocked every day. I found this relatively a good touch to the experience of the stay. The electricity had gone out on my floor and pen above, which caused some discomfort and inconvenience. However as a way to make it up they did offer me free complimentary breakfast which I felt was a nice way to compensate.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay, but not particularly impressed. The comments below are private feedback for the hotel, and you may take them into consideration if you find them helpful. On the first day, there was a strange smell in the room, somewhat like dampness or moisture. By the evening of the following day, however, it had noticeably decreased. The shower was not very convenient. On the other hand, the spacious bathroom was definitely a positive. The service staff were excellent — especially the bar, restaurant, and housekeeping teams. The high rating is largely thanks to them.

I like the location, quietness and price is ok But service was not so good, not fill the conditioner or shower gell, they finished on first day but not filled, and little shampoo. Also not cleaning well, and the maker of hot water (kettle) is not clean
