Clean and comfortable but awful / dysfunctional wifi. I came for work and was placed on the top floor, but the wifi simply did not work. I asked for help at reception and was given another room on the 2nd floor - apparently the wifi doesn't work well on the top floor. But the wifi was still a disaster: it was slow and often just didn't work. You cannot be a good business hotel with bad wifi.

Pleasantly surprised, having stayed in a different hotel in Munich for years now (currently closed for renovation). We're very tempted to make the Mercure our go-to hotel in Munich. Breakfast and bar snacks excellent, room spacious and comfortable, staff great.
