Very closed to the Uban and that is the reason I picked this hotel. Service was good. I asked for additional pillow and got it quickly.

Stayed three nights in November for a city break with friends. Had specifically booked a double room so was disappointed to get two single beds which in my view is a twin room. Also disappointed that the room didn't have a kettle for tea/coffee making although this is often the case with hotels in Europe. Room temperature was perfect and facilities in general were as would be expected for a hotel of this rating. Whether I would stay here again or not would be entirely dependent upon the room rate at the time.

Good breakfast Why on earth we can't pay by using the same credit card that was already used for guaranteeing the room for late arrival? It was unpleasant to be forced to use the debit card.
