Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your stay was interrupted by the fire alarm. After a thorough review of the incident, I can assure you that it was a false alarm triggered by steam in one of the guest rooms. Our fire detection system is fully functional and undergoes regular maintenance—the most recent check was on March 5, 2025. While an alarm is always inconvenient, the safety of our guests remains our top priority. Regarding coffee and tea facilities in the room: Our hotel does not provide in-room coffee or tea-making facilities. However, our hotel bar is open 24/7, where you can always enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee or tea. We hope to welcome you back soon and appreciate your understanding.
