The overall stay was not satisfying, the cuisine was not good, and the mattresses weren't either. The bathroom had a bad smell that permeated the entire room area. The people in the reception were unhelpful and unfriendly in responding and helping properly.

everything was good but not exceptional overwhelming. The parking with 20€ per Day is quiet a bummer and in my opinion to high.

While check in staff misguided and made to open new loyalty account. Later person had no concern when reported the insects in bed. There was no effort to assist in room change. Totally unempathetic and not welcoming staff
