No air conditioning for a whole week. We were not told A/C was broken when we checked in. Not even any fans available; had to buy our own. I will post these comments on social media, also.

Dear Emre T., Thank you for your feedback. We were also surprised by the air conditioning failure and I understand that this was an unpleasant experience. The cooling outage is also unacceptable for us. Unfortunately, the delivery time for a new pump is currently about 4-6 weeks. In the meantime, we have obtained a temporary solution since last monday, so the air conditioning is now operational again. Additionally, we have provided extra fans to ensure the comfort of our guests. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. Twin room booked, but only double room available.

Hotel booked for months so found it strange no double room available. On check in we were charged for breakfast despite my protestations to assistant that our rate included breakfast. Was told no rates were ever given including breakfast. Later recovered my booking via email to confirm rate included breakfast. Check in assistant eventually gave refund but despite me having email she seemed to still doubt it true!
