Welcome was good. Room clean and comfortable. Price good. 20 mins from centre but tram and rail link on doorstep. Friendly staff and bar area. No kettle in room. Room 333 had an occasional clunking noise (could have been the lift) but only noticed this in the morning

Very closed to the Uban and that is the reason I picked this hotel. Service was good. I asked for additional pillow and got it quickly.
