Got lucky I wasn’t left stranded as there were 2 other guests who remembered the key box passcode. Otherwise would not have received the keycard

We recently stayed in one of the two-bedroom apartments and really enjoyed the location. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and Sunshine Plaza is within easy walking distance (less than 2 km away). We also appreciated having a washing machine and dryer in the apartment, which made our stay much more convenient. The only downside was the leaking tap in the main bathroom. Despite reporting it to both the front desk and the maintenance staff, we were told that the tap washers had been replaced only a week earlier and that guests attempting to tighten the taps had caused the problem to reoccur. Unfortunately, the issue was never resolved during our five-night stay, which was disappointing. On a positive note, Trish from the front office was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Her excellent customer service was greatly appreciated.

We enjoyed the our stay, the apartment had outstanding views. Administration staff were friendly and accommodating. On entering and inspection, we noticed the apartment was dated, the second room had two single beds, very small. The floor in tiled area was greasy and dirty we had to wash the floor. We also had to clean down handles and wash dishes, pans and trays. The front door had a terrible draft and for the first 3 days a hell of a noisy trim at the base, which I had to attempt to limit the noise myself, until it was looked a couple of times. The noise would wake us and it must have been shocking for the neighbors also. To be fare it only occurred in high wind from the south. It was disappointing that the auto dishwasher was disabled and repaired on the 3rd day. We feel it was not value from the cost.

We also regret the inconvenience caused by the maintenance issues with the front door and dishwasher. While we're glad these were attended to during your stay, we understand the disruption they caused, particularly the door noise during strong southerly winds. Regarding your arrival experience, we're sorry to hear that accessing the property after reception had closed was frustrating. We do call our guests and send after-hours check-in instructions via email prior to arrival, however we appreciate that if you were travelling and without internet access, this may not have been readily available. We also acknowledge your comments about the delay in reaching our after-hours contact and the inconvenience of having to collect the key from the front entrance after entering via the rear car park. We'll review our after-hours communication and procedures to see where we can make the process smoother for future guests. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the apartment's layout, presentation and overall value. Your comments have been noted as we continue to improve our accommodation and guest experience. Enjoyed the time with the pools, spa and steam room well used by the kids. Would pay more for a king bed. Sliding door to the balcony is very hard to open. TV wouldn’t sync to internet Dishwasher is in need of replacement. Handles in kitchen could be replaced.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay in a 2 bedroom ocean view apartment. The apartment was immaculate and had everything you could need. We wished we could have stayed longer. The roof top spa was lovely as well.

The 2 bedroom apartment is in much need of repair, especially the shower rose that has no pressure and keeps dripping and bath taps that simply fall off. Also the loungeroom deck door needs attention and the lounge itself is extremely uncomfortable. I understand that it is an older building, but general upkeep should be expected for guest paying for a service. The beds and pillows were comfortable though, which is also important. I only give this truthful feedback so that the owner of this unit can be aware and make any updates that would help them get returning guests.

1) room promised and paid for changed without notice 2) overpowering fumes from bleach in all rooms which affected eyes and breathing - had to open all doors and run water through all drains for some relief 3) toilet needed maintenance in ensuite 4) staff member on Reception seemed disinterested in having these issues reported

We apologise that the room you had booked was changed without prior notice and understand how disappointing this would have been. We're also concerned to hear about the strong bleach fumes you experienced and the discomfort they caused. Guest comfort and wellbeing are extremely important to us, and this is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. We also regret that the maintenance issue with the ensuite toilet was not resolved during your stay and that you felt your concerns were not taken seriously when reporting them to Reception. Providing attentive and responsive service is something we value highly, and we're sorry we fell short on this occasion.
