The only issue was not being given enough towels and products for 4 people. The room was booked for 4, but we were only given 2 towels each day and 2 of everything else - glasses, products etc

Spent only one night on this trip but it was a little disappointing. It was Easter and the rooftop bar, which was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel, was closed and the normal member privileges were "suspended". It would have been really nice to have had some advanced notice of this and avoided my disappointment. Location great, room a bit tired, staff very nice. Unfortunately we had to ask one of the housekeeping staff to tidy up the toilet from a previous guest.
