Regrettably the Motel is positioned to be disadvantaged by major construction noise next door (cross river rail project) and will be for a long period based on current project status. Noise is constant from daylight > past dark six days a week!

Nice location, staff well presented, very friendly and great service, Room quite ordinary furniture damaged, Shower very difficult to get in and out of, would have been nice to know about the construction work before we booked and paid for our room.

Nice location, staff well presented, very friendly and great service. Room quite ordinary furniture cheap and damaged. Shower very difficult to get in and out of due to size of bath tub. Would have been nice to know about the construction work when we booked and paid for our room instead of the day before we were due to arrive. Lots of great places to eat withing walking distance and overall we enjoyed our stay.

The Hotel was very well situated in the City and a short walk to most places I needed to visit.

My recent stay was made easy a very pleasant experience particularly due to the Staff at the reception desk. I had two prior requests met completely and the room was very clean and comfortable and quiet. It was a very enjoyable experience and any request was met with complete and courteous attention.

Thought there be a better view, There was no balcony on room choice, in the main room & the bedroom there was blacked out windows with a small window view entry, the lounge was tacky the art work in the room was not nice.

1. Urinal smell in the corridor. 2. 24/7 noise from the Cross River Rail construction site that sits directly below the balcony. 3. WiFi is only free for 2 hours/1GB per day per device. A 7-day plan will cost a fortune. 4. The range hood is extremely oily. The filter will fall off if you pull it to turn it on. 5. The fridge is not freezing. Water is still water after 2 days. Some of my frozen food went bad there before I noticed. 6. All lights are very dim, some are flickering. 7. A hole on the bottom of the only pot. This is dangerous because I didn't realise until seeing fire going out and water flowing around on the cooktop. Seems like somebody deliberately punched this hole from bottom up. 8. Only one socket on the left hand side of the bed in the main bedroom, the other side can't even have a bedside lamp. 9. The second bedroom doesn't even have window. Small and depressing, just like a coffin. 10. Forgot to mention that there is one light that doesn't even work in the bathroom. 11. Furnitures are old and woobly. A random bedside cabinet is put inside the closet and when moved, two of its feet detached and fell off. 12. The list could go on if I stay any time longer

Stay was good. Room was nice. Only complaint was because the Cross River Rail station construction is right next door it can be noisy anywhere from 6am to 11pm

Feels Old, little to no service, does not give a clean feeling....rusty sinks and plug holes

Generally ok, but feels old and not as "clean" as I would have thought, work up the middle of night with an itch on arms and legs. Rusts in sink plug and bathtub. Cutlery was random? For the price, expected more.

To start with it would have been nice if the 24 hour building work next door was mentioned at booking. 24 hours of drilling and jackhammering in the constructions site next door is one thing but when the Foxtel also doesn’t work it makes the midweek cost pretty alarming.

Great location. Easy walk to Queen street mall, Eagle street pier and South Bank. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, great view of city. Only problem was an offensive smell (?from waste shut) outside our door on way to lift. Was there all weekend, even after informing front desk staff a couple of times. I would still recommend staying here.

Our apartment 3902 was lovely, great views from our balcony and the 2nd room was good with just a desk in it we had our luggage and ironing board set up in it as our dressing room. Very central to shops and sites walking distance.
