Good Sized Apartment- needs updating

Stayed for a work trip, good sized room. Staff at check in were amazing. Room was clean. Couch very worn, cups and teaspoons were dirty in the cupboard. Bathroom ceiling water damaged and shower (over bath) leaked significantly through the glass doors.

found an insect in the toilet borders of the bathtub really dirty. Construction noise made my stayed unpleasant also
