Your evening receptionist was incredibly assistive with my check-in and the transfer from my older Mantra Card to the new All membership. She (I should have got her name) also graciously assisted me when I thought that there was a problem with the hot water. She helped me ready the issue and without making me feel like an idiot for a very obvious solution. I hope I can arrange another stay soon.

Overall comfortable stay at Mantra on Mary. Location is good and walking distance to shops and major attractions. There’s a major construction happening next to the building. However, it doesn’t cause any noise issue for our stay. Room condition appears to be tired but still a comfortable stay.

The accommodation was outdated and needs to be refurbished. There was a smell throughout the room that smelt like musky and while it was clean the accommodation was looking generally tired. The gym had rusty equipment and was also outdated.
