I loved the fact that it is a walkable distance to the shopping center. However, one of the side bed table tops in the bedroom had tea stains on it. Also the soap in the bathroom had got finished and not replaced, till I requested. Would be nice if there is dish-washing soap as well.

Works in the surrounding area are quite noisy. Some people obviously live in the complex and stepping out of the lift to hear residents conversations and tv's going because their doors are open can leave an uncomfortable feeling.

Extremely disappointed

The room was disgustingly dirty. Carpets were stained throughout and felt like they've never been cleaned besides a quick vacuum. The shower was filthy. The shower glass was covered in soap scum and mold. The room had a smell.. I don't even know what to compare it with. The aircondioner was cranked to 18 degrees so the room was freezing when I entered. As soon as the airconditioner was switched off, the smell appeared. Upon arrival, information was provided on a piece of paper stating the River Tunnel project works may cause noise disturbance between the hours of 6am and 10pm however it's not unusual for the works to continue through the night. This information would have been useful prior to arrival. The works did in fact run through both nights I stayed. If I was aware of this prior to arrival, I could have prepared with ear buds. The apartment concierge was friendly. That's the only positive thing I can honestly comment on.

Well located, bit grubby

While everything was neat, the fit out was outdated and felt a bit grubby. The second bedroom had no window which I didn'T. expect. The TV streaming wouldn'T. work from our phone which made for a grumpy toddler.
