Construction next door was very loud every morning and woke us. First room we were given had an issue with loud door, we were moved to a new rook that was very unclean as opposed to the original one

Hotel smells of stale cooking...room very dated not a nice ambience.....didn't feel like home.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the mall and a lot of great restaurants and only a short stroll to the Riverbank. The hall way of our foyer spelt like off milk and there was a lot noise from construction works happening out the front of the building, something that maybe guests should be warned about prior to their stay.

Only stayed one day far too noisy

The worst ever too noisy we were given a room with the workers taking down a wall next door with a jackhammer only 2 to 3 meters from the bedroom also the intercom was not working when I went down and complained the receptionist told me he would have to talk to his manager so nothing would happen re the intercom until at least the following lunchtime and there was no offer of moving us to a less noisy room I decided I did not want to stay at that hotel I told him i will book another hotel and I want a refund the next morning I went to reception and told them and she said the manager said no refund I asked to see the manager she said he is not available I gave her my number and asked her to get the manager to call me, by lunch time no call so I rang and again requested to talk to the manager not available she said but I will get them to call you by late afternoon no call I rang again and same scenario just the worst service ever I have never ever been treated so badly in all my life no more Mantra for me or any of my business associates and friends

everything wonderful as usual - just a pity the tea bags had not been replenished. The previous week I was acknowledged as having been elevated to "Silver" status although not sure of what benefits that brings but with the last stay was told that hadn't been noted.

I stayed here for a night for work. The floor I was on smelt like the bin chute and the airconditioning in the room smelt like cigarette smoke.

I did not book the room, I was booked there by QUT as a visiting academic. I mentioned to them that I thought that maybe the hotel didn't present that university in a great light if it's booking guests there. I said that it was "just ok" and that the carpets were stained and furnishings were stale. The tub/shower required an an olympic act to get in and out of. I've stayed other places in Brisbane, and recommended they consider paying a bit more to make a better impression.

Friendly staff. Great location. Apartment was a great size. The bath so very deep and has the best shower with great water pressure. Apartment has everything you need to stay for a night or a week. The only negative thing i would say is the carpet is very stained and looked dirty and You could hear dogs barking at night in the hall ways.

Well located but dodgy room

Good location, but the toilet flush button was broken on arrival. Alerted staff at 8am in the morning. It was not fixed when I got back from work at 5.30pm. I had to follow it up before it got fixed. The shower tap was also broken. So everytime you had a shower you had to be careful otherwise it fell off. Quite heavy and could hurt your foot when it fell off multiple times. Not good enough for a place that costs this much.

The issue was that.. I booked with my 20K accor points. But when I checked in, I was charged full amounts. So I asked and showed to reception my confirmation email with the amount I should pay at hotels. He admitted his mistake but said he could NOT cancel transaction. I was informed that I would be refunded and emailed. BUT when my wife asked again, she was told that hotel will transfer if I email with my bank account information. So I emailed. I emailed again to remind them on Feb 29 and Mar 3. Unfortunately, I HAVE NEVER HEARD ANYTHING FROM THE HOTELS.
