I previously stayed and had a much larger comfortable room for less people. Could not accommodate 4 people so also required a separate room in a separate hotel.

We had the family room which was spacious. Room was clean and staff were responsive when we had a minor issue with the bathroom door. Staff were friendly.

We had a comfortable stay at Mantra on Mary. The hotel was conveniently located in the Brisbane CBD with access to nice cafes & Brisbane Sky Deck at the end of the street. The rooms were clean & had all amenities. The only let down was the Gym on 3rd floor. It felt like jammed into a small space. Some of the equipment (treadmill & bicycle) didn't work. Another thing was parking - I informed a staff member on the first day of arrival that we will be hiring a car for couple of days. We were not informed that the parking at Mantra is $35 per night! This is very expensive & unexpected. However, it was then reduced to $25 per night, but I think this is still too expensive. There are other car parks outside that offers $13 a day parking. Maybe you should consider offering at least $20 per day for your hotel guests.

This was second time staying here. The first time was great, room was stunning. Booked the same room again this time and wasnt great. The second room was tiny, my daughter ended up sleeping on the couch. The air con only worked randomly, or shut off during the day and middle of night
