We had a great stay received a upgrade and early check-in on arrival, all staff were friendly and helpful and room was spacious and clean

The table was sticky and covered in multiple ring marks left by glasses; it took a lot of thorough scrubbing to finally get the dirt off. There were several clumps of hair scattered across the floor, and I even found strands of blonde hair in the shower room right from the start. Since we are Japanese, our hair is completely different in both color and thickness, so it was clearly not ours. Additionally, there was a stain on the bedsheet that looked like ketchup, which was extremely disgusting, so we had to lay a towel over it to sleep. Overall, it was a deeply disappointing and uncomfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Pullman International. The location is excellent—so convenient and close to everything, making it very easy to get around. The hotel was comfortable, the service was great, and a special mention to the bar staff, who provided fantastic service and made our evenings very enjoyable. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
