We arrived to being told we had no reservation at this hotel and were told by reception "we are fully booked, but we have room"....which one is it your either fully booked or you have room! The entire time we had to remind staff of the package we had booked, it was a terrible holiday experience.

All staff exceptional service. But there is always Mathew at Pullman Cairns Casino who is in a class of his own. He would have to be the best concierge in Australia. So polite and welcoming.
