Was charged double what I had paid due to lady at check in counter saying I wasn’t entitled to family Heartists rate.

As your reservation did not meet these conditions, our team followed the required procedure of adjusting it to the Best Available Rate pending verification of eligibility. Throughout this process, our team worked diligently to explore alternative solutions and avoid disappointing you.
Following confirmation of eligibility, we extended the Family & Friends discounted rate as a gesture of goodwill.

The room was as usual (we have stayed a few times before), however it seemed ‘unkept’. There was quite a bit of mould in the shower. The cupboard doors under the tv were close to falling off. We had the room made up and left our 2 dirty coffee cups , which were not replaced with clean. We would clean them ourselves but detergent is not provided. Towels were replaced but not the washers/flannels. Blue and white striped pool towel had 2 large patches on it. Obviously there must have previously been a hole or tear, but surely a new towel would be a better look then patches covering approx 15cm square area. One shutter screen (of 4) at balcony could not be turned to vary light. Stains on lounge. Wear marks on the arm of the lounge. Gecko hiding between the pages of the coffee pod brochure. Scared the life out of me.

The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a great room and our young boy was happy with the spacious room and the spa. We had a large balcony but higher floor will be nice to have a view. The noise from the casino bar was loud at the first night but it was ok with our second night.

Convenient to Waterfront incl Reef terminals for GBR excursions. Friendly attentive staff from Front Desk, Concierges to its Restaurants (breakfast at Merchsnt and dinner at Tamarind) as well as Casino.
Rooms have good bones (suite size with double sinks, dual shower heads and Nespresso coffee maker) but are aged. Housekeeping needs to be more diligent.
Breakfast included in our rate was excellent.

Disapointed that the rooms kettle was filthy and we had it replaced. Nespresso coffee machine was poorly located in an tv cabinet and really difficult to access, replenish water and use. One of the sinks was cracked. Lamp was lopsided in the lounge.
