Lovely Hotel within easy walking distance of restaurants & the esplanade. Our room had a balcony with Seaview - the room was large with great bathroom & comfortable bed. We enjoyed out stay very much.

Very good, but the Building side of the suite was getting very very tired. Timber floors needed sanding and re-polishing. Venetian timber blinds wouldn’t work on one panel. Lounge suite thread bear almost. Water damaged blinds near spa bath. We got in late from our flight and the room service was very limited and we could not get reasonable food or alcohol other than from the mini bar. The token for the car parking did not work most of the time and we needed to push the call button in the car park area. However, the staff were extremely polite and very obliging which made a big difference.

Overall, a comfortable stay. Lily did the check-in for me and was awesome with relevant information. Michael (if I remember the name right) from their travel desk was very helpful in giving me a reasonable plan to see things around.
Location is superb, right next door to several cafes, restaurants and water walks. Also, an easy walk to vessels going to Reef.

visited this hotel when it first opened and since then visited many times and whilst it was then a true 5 start hotel, now it barely goes above 3 stars despite a pool that is NOT heated and breakfast which is more like 2 stars!!!

I was a little disappointed with the room as this was the 3rd year in a row we had stayed at the the Pullman Reef Hotel. I asked for a water view however was on level 3 which was too low to enjoy the view.

Room cleanliness was disappointing. Balcony doors hadn't been cleaned prior to arriving.Dirty water mark above and below. Also toilet and bathroom skirting boards were extremely dusty., and very noticeable unfortunately. Also hair on floor in toilet when we arrived.

We booked the Pullham on a recommendation from a friend who recently stayed. I found the cleanliness of our room, especially the bathroom unacceptable, as there was black mould in the shower, and doors, etc had not been wiped down. I did address this with reception during my stay. Regards Silvia.

Lovely room, very clean, good location, the lighting in the bathroom could do with an update! Hard to put makeup on - the little round magnifier mirror is amazing to have - the light wasn't working properly on mine and flickered.

The hotel itself is nice and we enjoyed the property. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was extremely disappointing and significantly affected our first impression of the stay.
We were staying using a voucher that had been gifted to us, not an Accor staff rate. At check-in, I realised that I had made the mistake of not bringing the physical copy of the voucher with me, although I had the digital version readily available on my phone. I completely understand that certain procedures need to be followed and I take responsibility for not having the physical voucher with me.
However, what made the experience particularly disappointing was not the procedure itself, but the way the situation was handled. The Duty Manager who assisted me came across as quite rude and unwelcoming, and the interaction made me feel uncomfortable from the very beginning.
After the voucher issue had been discussed, the Duty Manager also continued to insist on seeing my Accor Heartist card. This was particularly confusing to me, as our booking had not been made using a staff rate and our stay was simply being redeemed through a gifted voucher. It left me with the uncomfortable impression that the fact we were Accor employees was influencing the way we were being treated.
As Accor staff members ourselves, working in hospitality, we fully understand that policies and procedures must be respected. At the same time, we also understand how important the way those procedures are communicated can be. Regardless of whether someone is an Accor employee, a staff-rate guest or a regular guest, everyone should be treated with the same courtesy, professionalism and sense of welcome. Unfortunately, during this interaction, we did not feel that was the case.
Thankfully, we later had the opportunity to speak with the Front Office Manager, who was understanding and professional. He listened to our concerns and handled the situation in a completely different manner, which we genuinely appreciated and which made us feel much more comfortable.
The Reservation Team was also very helpful and pleasant to deal with, and the property itself is lovely. It is simply a shame that our initial check-in experience did not reflect the level of hospitality and professionalism we would normally expect from an Accor property.
