Everything was perfect. The room was huge and immaculately clean. The staff were friendly. Parking was the cheapest I've seen in Cairns. The breakfast was delicious and delivered so fast. There was hardly any noticeable noise. This is the best place I have ever stayed in Cairns and I had stayed in most places in Cairns.

hi all The stay was excellent with only a few niggles - a) when booking I find it annoying that the staff cannot match online pricing from 3rd party suppliers who are also making money when they sell your property. So if I had decided to book via an online seller then Pullman would have made less etc.. b) The chocolate in the room was not very good. Would have prefered a kit kat or something more common. Even Aldi chocolate (Mosher) tastes a lot better than the one offered c) Flinders Bar and Grill has a great menu but not available to be ordered by room service menu (although plates can be taken from there to the room). This is terribly dissappointing. d) we has room service but the soup was not hot, no butter for the bread. This was sorted out on the night e) Could not get casting from either iPhone or Mac to work with the TV but this was late in the evening and no-one was available to help. On the positive side Room was excellent, clean, good amenities and welcoming Staff (Michelle, Josh) were EXCELLENT Hotel facilities were very exceptional I would definately like the same room again as I appreciated the proximity to the pool / gym ad next time will ask for the same.
