Great location, accessible parking below the hotel, huge rooms with spa baths were all fantastic However a great shout out to all the staff, especially Jacob who assisted us with changing onward travel arrangements due to the incoming cyclone warning. 🙏😊

The room was good, comfortable and clean. The gaming lounge and Flinders is extremely disappointing and so too the breakfast, not the staff but the pricing and what is actually given. For what we paid it should have been a buffet breakfast. Apart from reception area it really needs updating and so to the casino itself. We checked the attire for the rules, as there where so many patrons who where wearing thongs and singlets, bringing the whole atmosphere really low. I hadn't been to the Cairns casino for awhile but I and others feel that the standard has really dropped, it did have a higher standard and impressive look and atmosphere but I feel the standard has fallen extremely low.
