Staff were accomodating and responsive when there were problems, which was great. Our room sleeping 3 only had 2 of everything. Had to ask for another towel. When I went out to our balcony to have a cup of tea, it smelt like an ash tray. Tobacco and cigarette ash on table, chairs, tiles and in the little bark garden. Smell blew into the room with the wind. Couldn't relax or read book out there. Room very noisy and bright all night- no sleep due to traffic outside and the bright lights. Old and worn, stained armchair - felt dirty. Bathroom beautiful, clean and fresh. Coffee and tea provisions excellent. Great sauna and pool, good little gym. Great having cold water readily available.

Room was clean however noticeable water damage to flooring (spongy) near bathroom entrance, Breakfast was tasty but the limited menu / information from staff as our accommodation included breakfast however given no information on what this included. After check-out, I received an email with the Tax Invoice for booking which 'apparently' was an error as it was different amount to what I was charged via Room Res / Travel Cube. I am a travel agent and had made this booking through my 3rd party provider, which is the process I complete when booking for clients. Very disappointed at the possibility of my clients receiving Invoices for bookings I conduct which would have discrepancy in costings.
