The Pullman Reef Hotel Casino provide us with a very comfortable, relaxing few days to rewind with family. The staff were very considerate of our needs and went out of their way to ensure we were well cared for. The breakfasts were excellent and the staff in Merchant were wonderful.

Great customer service and beautiful beds. The staff were obliging and there was no evidence of that attitude you see in so many facilities of to hard or play dum to general hospitality service.
