Let me start by saying that the staff were very kind and polite. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. We stayed for 15 days, and cleanliness was a major issue throughout our stay. When we arrived, the couch cushions had popcorn and dirt in the gaps. The sheets, curtains, and towels were all stained, and the towels also had an unpleasant smell. The room was only cleaned twice during our entire stay, and even then, the replacement sheets were still visibly dirty and stained. The elevator was consistently very smelly for the entire 15 days, which made daily use uncomfortable. Although cooking facilities were provided, the plates and utensils were dirty and had a bad odor. While I understand that the facility is old, cleanliness should still be a priority. Given the price, this stay was not worth it, and we will not be returning.

Check in - even though I'd stayed with you before I had to provide all my personal details again at check in. The room looked battered, the couch had grimy arms, there were burn marks in the carpet. There was no desk to work from. There was no face washer. The location is completely amazing and exceptionally convenient. Really convenient parking and great to have access to the car park directly from the lift.

The room was very small for the price you pay. The bed was like a hammock. There was a very large coffee table taking up more than half the space of available to put your cases down. When asked if it could be removed from the room it was only then I was informed that these were private dwelling and it could not be removed if it made for a very uncomfortable stay. The television was very very small with limited offers of viewing experiences. I felt that the furniture was obviously lift over the owners own personal collection. The bedside table drawers it's not very musky. Would I stay here again no nor would I recommend this hotel
