How in such a hot place like Madri I can't select the air conditioning temperature? The least I expect from a proper hotel is to be able to do that. I know it says "budget" but didn't know the owners are on saving mode. Worst Ibis budget I stayed so far.

Entendemos perfectamente lo importante que es descansar bien, especialmente en una ciudad tan calurosa como Madrid, y sentimos que este aspecto haya afectado a su percepción del hotel. En nuestros establecimientos, el sistema de climatización está centralizado y regulado para mantener un equilibrio adecuado en todo el edificio, pero comprendemos que esto puede no ajustarse a las preferencias individuales de cada huésped. Aun así, siempre estamos disponibles en recepción para ofrecer alternativas o soluciones que puedan mejorar su comodidad en el momento. Both the reception/breakfast team were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located 5 minutes away from Puente de Vallecas metro station. From this metro station one can gain easy access into the city on line 1. Near the hotel there are also a few fast-food restaurants and a supermarket. I can recommend this hotel as a great place to stay in Madrid.
