The Ibis budget was definitely a budget hotel. No hair dryer, wardrobe, etc. but the location was near a metro and it was more affordable than other places. That said, on my last full day when I flushed the toilet, the water wouldn't stop.I told the desk and they said there wouldn't be a maintenance person in until the next day and there were no rooms to move me into. So I had to sleep with water constantly running which was really difficult.

However, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the toilet issue during your stay.
