The Ibis budget was definitely a budget hotel. No hair dryer, wardrobe, etc. but the location was near a metro and it was more affordable than other places. That said, on my last full day when I flushed the toilet, the water wouldn't stop.I told the desk and they said there wouldn't be a maintenance person in until the next day and there were no rooms to move me into. So I had to sleep with water constantly running which was really difficult.

A few minutes from a Metro station. 20 minutes to centre of old town. Room was basic, but clean and covered all the essential needs. Stall were friendly. Breakfast was great, and set me up for the day.
