Regarding the water, tea and coffee facilities, please note that services and room equipment may vary depending on the Ibis hotel category and location. We are pleased to know that you appreciated our convenient location near the metro and the value we offer compared to other accommodations in Madrid. However, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the toilet issue during your stay. We completely understand how uncomfortable it must have been to spend the night with the constant noise of running water, especially when you were unable to change rooms at that moment. Please accept our sincerest apologies for this situation. We would also like to mention that hair dryers are available at reception for any guest who may need one during their stay. As a budget one-star hotel, our concept is focused on offering practical and affordable accommodation, while always trying to provide the best possible comfort to our guests.
