Hello, I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at the hotel. Overall, the hotel was good — comfortable, clean, and with a pleasant atmosphere. However, I would like to mention two points that could be improved: • The bathroom offers very little privacy for two people, which can be inconvenient. • The WC did not have a proper door/plate, which made the lack of privacy even more noticeable.

Room was clean and ok. Nothing more than what we would expect. Location was not the best to be with the family in terms of feeling safe, but if one just needs a place to crash, 3 subway stations from Atocha for 1 night, it is WYSIWYG.

The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, but the rooms are very uncomfortable. It’s best suited for a short stay of no more than a couple of nights.

Nice neighbourhood with good transport links. However the pillows are not comfortable and they didn’t have an extra pillow to make it more comfortable which was disappointing
