In general all good, but we booked a room for three people (2 adults and 1 baby) and they gave us a room for just two adults....

The location is now difficult, too many obstacles to get there because metro construction work. - Reception very friendly, specially Nuria. - Breakfast great!! Good value and good choices. - I am Silver Accor, but NO advantages, they say at Budget Ibis, no points...

How in such a hot place like Madri I can't select the air conditioning temperature? The least I expect from a proper hotel is to be able to do that. I know it says "budget" but didn't know the owners are on saving mode. Worst Ibis budget I stayed so far.

Entendemos perfectamente lo importante que es descansar bien, especialmente en una ciudad tan calurosa como Madrid, y sentimos que este aspecto haya afectado a su percepción del hotel. En nuestros establecimientos, el sistema de climatización está centralizado y regulado para mantener un equilibrio adecuado en todo el edificio, pero comprendemos que esto puede no ajustarse a las preferencias individuales de cada huésped.
