Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Our hotel follows the functional design of the ibis budget brand, where rooms are compact and practical for short stays, with the shower and toilet separated to optimize space. Regarding amenities, we do not provide coffee or water in the room, but these are available for purchase at reception 24/7. As for the location, we are indeed in an industrial area, with a bus stop about 10 minutes away that connects directly to the metro. We regret the inconvenience caused by the transport schedule and that the bed was not to your comfort. We appreciate your comments, as they help us to improve.
