Don’t expect to have paper plates in a hotel that whilst wasn’t the most expensive, definitely wasn’t cheap. Room was clean but wouldn’t rate it anymore than 2 star . I wouldn’t book ibis again

The room was basic - I mean really basic, I do not care too much - as I travel for work. While the room was small, the bed was good and I slept well. The staff were really helpful and very pleasant.

We as a couple came to Madrid! I got as a Accor employee voucher for 2 days at Ibis Madrid Vallecas. The stuff veeeery kind and friendly, especially the lady in the morning shift! Big hugs for her. Guys, you are great!!!!

Service was excellent. Grabriela was great. Buffet was really basic. Beds were uncomfortable. Noticed motorcycles or races outside on both nights I stayed.

The hotel is very far from the city, in an industrial area. Room was very small, shower and toilet were separate. The wash basin was outside in the room. Bed was uncomfortable. No morning coffee, no water were provided. 10 minutes walk to nearest bus station and then metro to get to the city center. The bus service suspends too early in the night.

Our hotel follows the functional design of the ibis budget brand, where rooms are compact and practical for short stays, with the shower and toilet separated to optimize space. Regarding amenities, we do not provide coffee or water in the room, but these are available for purchase at reception 24/7. As for the location, we are indeed in an industrial area, with a bus stop about 10 minutes away that connects directly to the metro. We regret the inconvenience caused by the transport schedule and that the bed was not to your comfort. We appreciate your comments, as they help us to improve.
