Comfortable rooms with city views. Clean & smells good. Very secure and safe. The breakfast buffet is one of the most extensive. I have been to and of very high quality. All staff service good, especially langlang. Highly recommend if staying in Jakarta.

Check in - We arrived at 430pm one of our connecting room put on hold because they said need a final check. Room - We stayed 3 nights, house keeping did a very good job they cleaned our rooms everyday. The bed is so comfort and well made by the team. White linen with no lines on it really made my day. I am a bit OCD !! Breakfast - i can give 7/10 the spread did change everyday. I enjoyed the porridge and dim sum others just basic menu. Hotel lobby - i came during christmas the main lobby was design as child friendly area which they stationed board game, PS, machine game etc for kids. Since holidays the area become too loud with kids and adult playing games there which i think a bit disturbance. Staff - Staff is warm and helpful 🤗
