My overall five-night stay was very good. The location was convenient, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, there were limited cafés and restaurants in the surrounding area. One thing I would like to point out is the shower towels. Although they were replaced daily, they looked quite old and had a strong, unpleasant smell. I believe it may be time for the hotel to replace them with new ones. Other than that, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The bedsheet had an unpleasant smell, even after it was replaced with a new one\. What made it worse was the housekeeping staff. I’m not sure if they were joking around, but they team was barking and laughing at me. This was very disturbing and completely inappropriate for a hotel environmen. I haven't got any chance to use all facilities in this hotel. But they have old game station in the meeting room that bring old memories back. My son try the game and we spend like an hour to finish it. The room was decent, the service was good, the breakfast has a lot of varieties. Will come back for sure and hope we can try the swimming pool which located in the next building. Thank you.

Will be good if the hotel were to provide iron at hand. Was told by the reception that i will have to wait for the iron at a stipulated timing which on that day was at 0900hrs. However, when i came back again to the reception, was told by them that the iron was with other rooms and and will have to wait again. Staff was kind enough to steam out my shirt, but then again however, staff could have checked and verified with the rooms that the irons were in to ask if the guests are using still and to return, not simply keeping it in the room as other hotel guests might want to use it too. Hopefully this concern does not repeat to other future hotel guests. Due to the circumstance, i was late for my appointment and have to re-schedule my plans for that day. Just my two cents worth.
