Its third time in this hotel, but this time was excellent, especially for the service from the staff, online check in, and they gave me very nice room, even then one day after i change to the smoking room, room was very nice and clean, good amenities, breakfast so good enough, and i really appreciate for the staff, so honest and friendly, i love it, good job mercure its very recomended to other

joining jakarta car free day is the main reason for my stay there. the hotel is also very short walk to sarinah where there are more cafes, road side hawkers etc. the room itself is neat, comfortable for two and is well kept. for that price point i would come here again.

Stayed there for business, prompt check in, very clean room with best of Jakarta view. Nice food for ala carte as well good varietyfor breakfast too. Would come back to stay with the family. Very helpful front desk staff

Mercure Sabang is a nice and cozy and also comfortable hotel for us to stay. The rooms are very clean and neat. Even though the breakfast menu are simple but they are delicious. Hotel employees are very friendly and assisted us with our luggages. The room services are also excellent with affordable price. Keep it up

For those who want a short vacation with family, spouse or friend to get rid of tiredness, this hotel is really good, besides because the access is easy, all the staff are friendly, the view is good, the facilities are clean, the bed is very comfortable (this is the best), breakfast menu also a lot, there is a coffee machine too. Cool If asked, would you choose this hotel again or not? Yes Definitely

The atmosphere of this hotel is really warm with the smile from reception and the nice perfume from the lobby. Room was ok but small. Breakfast was nice, Try the massage in here very recommended! Everything was ok only lobby not cold like another hotel.

The check in process was quick where Shella was so helpful and responsive with the check in process. Aldi was also helpful with the complimentary welcome cakes delivered after I was in the room. FYI, the complimentary welcome cakes in Mercure Grand Mirama Surabaya was delivered before I entered the room. The only sad thing is that I wasn't offered the late check out time, as I was called on 11 AM to be informed that the check out time was 12 PM. Luckily I had another appointment in Blok M so that I didn't have to check out after 12 PM. Hopefully in the next visit in Mercure Sabang I could enjoy the late check out as I enjoyed in Mercure Darmo Mirama Surabaya. Oh and one more thing, for breakfast .... The waiters n the restaurant should be more responsive in filling the empty food, as I took the last three omelettes from the egg station, followed by some beef bacon (non until I was running out of it).

Fabulous, friendly staff in a great location. We have stayed here many times. On our recent trip we were upgraded to a deluxe room on the 5th Floor ! We ate in the restaurant ( Clovia ) and it was a very pleasant atmosphere.

I love the bed, it is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, it is so great that I would love to move the whole thing home! The room is spacious, The customer service is really good and helpful especially the ones by the door. They help you talk to taxi driver and help you with luggage before you get off the taxi! We only stayed for one night but I would have loved to stay a couple more
