Overall I enjoyed my stay. The location is very good, and the views are excellent, which are definitely two of the hotel’s strongest points. However, the hotel did not feel like a five-star property. The rooms need a lot of maintenance. There were lights that were not working, remote controls with dead batteries, and several other details that simply should not happen in a hotel positioning itself as five-star. This is not acceptable for a five-star hotel. For a hotel of this size, having only three elevators also felt inadequate, particularly during busy periods. On the positive side, as an Accor member, I was able to benefit from a late check-out, which was appreciated. Price-wise, I also found the hotel to be fair for what it offers. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but in terms of the actual hotel experience, it felt much more like a four-star hotel than a five-star one. There is clearly room for improvement, particularly with room maintenance and the overall level of service and facilities expected from a five-star property.

Everything was just perfect. The restaurant was spectacular with the view out to sea. The breakfast was a bit pricey for us when calculated to Australian dollars, so we had wonderful breakfasts out and much much cheaper.

Excellent location and modern facilities, but disappointing dinner service The hotel boasts an excellent location for exploring Istanbul and features modern, well-maintained facilities. Overall, the services provided are high quality and ensure a very comfortable stay. We would like to praise the warmth and professionalism of most of the staff, especially the reception team and the breakfast service, who took great care of us with a welcoming attitude throughout our stay. Regrettably, we must highlight a very negative experience with the restaurant staff during dinner. Their attitude fell far short of the standard set by the rest of the hotel, leaving us with a bad taste in our mouth. It is a pity that this specific service detracts from what would otherwise have been a flawless stay. We hope management takes steps to address the evening service issues.
