Excellent location and modern facilities, but disappointing dinner service The hotel boasts an excellent location for exploring Istanbul and features modern, well-maintained facilities. Overall, the services provided are high quality and ensure a very comfortable stay. We would like to praise the warmth and professionalism of most of the staff, especially the reception team and the breakfast service, who took great care of us with a welcoming attitude throughout our stay. Regrettably, we must highlight a very negative experience with the restaurant staff during dinner. Their attitude fell far short of the standard set by the rest of the hotel, leaving us with a bad taste in our mouth. It is a pity that this specific service detracts from what would otherwise have been a flawless stay. We hope management takes steps to address the evening service issues.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel, which is ideally located close to all the main tourist attractions. There is also underground parking. We received a very warm welcome, the hotel is clean, and the rooms are cleaned daily. The breakfast is very varied and offers a beautiful view of the Bosphorus, making the mornings particularly enjoyable. Unfortunately, we left a few belongings behind in our room. The team was extremely responsive and arranged to have them sent to us by parcel very quickly. A big thank you to the entire team for your availability, responsiveness, and professionalism. We highly recommend this hotel!

The stay was overall very pleasant, and I found the hotel comfortable and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the day before leaving we received a letter asking us to report to reception regarding our bill. It appears that no pre-authorization had been placed on my credit card, and the hotel seemed concerned that we might depart without settling any additional charges. I found both the situation and the manner in which it was handled particularly disappointing and uncomfortable. Having previously stayed at this hotel, as well as at another property in Istanbul, and being a regular guest of your hotel group, I have never encountered such an experience. I trust you will understand that this incident may make me reconsider staying at hotels within your group during future trips. Regards,
