The location is convenient, with MRT and LRT stations nearby, so it’s easy to get around. They also have eco bicycles for rent at the main entrance. Just download the app and you’re good to go! The lobby smells fresh and pleasant, creating a welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in. The front desk team greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The restaurant staff near the lobby were also very friendly and approachable, which made the overall experience even better. Overall, a comfortable stay with convenient transportation and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travellers looking for convenience and good hospitality.

The hotel also seemed to be dominated by one particular group of guests. When I returned, guests in the lift told me off because it was overloaded, and I had to wait for three lift rounds before I could get up to my room. I was taking the lift up from the basement carpark. The room was not soundproof, and the minifridge made a lot of noise. The lighting was also poor. I should have checked the reviews before booking. I won’t be returning to this hotel.

Had a good stay but, on the first day while I was check our the room, I found a connection door and that was left open by the staff by accident. Because no doors here have stopgap or like levers which can hold the door, the door I just opened lock behind me and I was stuck in some other room. Thankfully, I could still call the reception form the landline because I remembered the number for it. They came and rescued me and opened d the door for my room and locked the attached door on the other side.

I had an uncomfortable stay as couldn’t sleep due to the noise coming from the railways tracks nearby. The windows weren’t airtight to reduce the noise levels. I felt the ACs were old, and didn’t do effective cooling.

A good hotel. It is close to the Chan Sow Lin LRT station. Additionally, it is near 24-hour restaurants, 7-Eleven, Family Mart, and KK Mart. Parking facilities are provided.

What a beautiful Hotel, well Immersed in local Culture . Speedy and excellent service ! Kindness and respect of the guest is at the core of this hotel’s core mission! Breakfast is excellent plus All accor members have the privilege of accessing breakfast on the first floor were the amazing staff will serve them à la carte. There a dedicated room for a 100% vegetarian buffet next door to the non vegetarian buffet option. Room , bathroom super clean, transport links are excellent too whether you take train or order a Grab . Train station entrance is few seconds walk then a bridge will lead to the actual platforms and train office.fares are pretty cheap , Mosques, attractions etc… arent far , fares are reasonable if not a bargain compared to other big cities. There are plenty of shops and family Mart store/ superstate isn’t far from the hotel at all. All in all! Excellent clean hotel with lavatory of options for breakfast. The only thing I found not easy is the lack of laundry services , other than that this is an outstanding hotel with exceptionally kind , efficient and warm service /staff! Will highly recommend ! Thanking ALsl staff

I've stayed here before ...but when I was not platinum, never experienced their breakfast, room is standard as expected, the biggest surprise for me is the breakfast options, they exceed my expectations with choice of a la carte as well as 2 restaurants with plenty of rooms, not crowded, and the per entry charge for the car and convenience of travelling via metro is really a plus point, and I noticed they automatically give late check out..I'm a happy customer

The hotel is well located, interior although old but still functioning, but the biggest problem comes from the AC location. It blows directly to my bed which very uncomfortable.
