We like the design of the room. But we had a lot of trouble getting the room warm enough (and we like to sleep in a cool room). The thermostat seemed to be, at best, an on off switch. On the other hand we were impressed by how pleasant and helpful the staff were

Get what you pay for room was really small and cramped and bathroom was like in a caravan, but it was cheap so fine for what we paid. Bed was comfy and room was clean

Bright comfy room with 10% discount on food / Really welcoming staff / just next to the train station, Sainsbury’s, and many coffee shops / very convenient Only drawback is there no controller in one of the room we booked:( Wonderful experience
