My first stay here, and definitely not my last! Greeted on arrival by the amazing Gennie (sorry if spelling is wrong). She made me feel so glad that I had chosen this hotel-excellent people skills, funny, upbeat and charming. My room was upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. Room was super-comfy, spacious and as clean as a new pin. I did not use the leisure facilities or bar. My ONLY suggestion is that, given the rooms have small fridges, it would be good to have some bottled water. However, there was iced water down at reception, but not so easy to carry along with cases.
