BEWARE of staying at this hotel .Shocking experience , when I was going to bed I pulled back the covers only to realise that the bed had been slept in & the covers NOT changed. Absolutely disgusting, I have never experienced this before. Staff said housekeeping had gone home, fair enough, and that they would change the bed. However the lady who came upstairs, had no linen with her, she pulled the covers into the floor and said she couldn’t be sure. She had no intention of changing the bed. No alternate room was offered and I left and drove home 130 miles. Shocking and disgusting experience. The response from Nicolette Schmidt one of the lagers at the hotel “unfortunate “.- very & I won t be staying at the chain again of that’s the level of cleanliness!!!!!!!!!

Nice hotel closer to cambridge north Station than the Station car park, staff were very friendly, main niggle to prevent re booking was tv would not go below 10 on the volume which was too loud. Hotel room was well sound insulated.

Front of house staff very friendly. I like the fact that they are wearing name badges again with flags showing languages they speak. This also gives an indication of their nationality. Rooms were clean and tidy. Food in the restaurant was good although some of the waiting staff could have been more dynamic.
