Room and breakfast was very good. However, I had to go down to reception on arrival as there were no teaspoons in the room. I then discovered that we only had BBC1 and Channel 4 on the TV. Reception informed me that this was a hotel wide problem and would not be resolved during our stay.

No allowance made for a guest not having a smartphone No remote control for the television No radio available via the tv milk sachets open at the top leaving the milk sour the table I needed for work was too high to access only a low stool was provided and a chair with a back should be provided as standard no written information provided in the room regarding hotel facilities the room lights could not all be switched off from the headboard console so I was forced to sleep with one of the lights on all night the eggs provided at the breakfast buffet were hard and inedible
