Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. We arrived at the hotel on August 10th at 10:00 PM for a two-night reservation. However, around 12:00 PM on August 12th, while we were outside, our personal belongings were packed up and removed from our room without our knowledge or consent. Furthermore, no attempt was made to contact us beforehand. When we returned to our room, our keycard did not work, and it was only then that we discovered our luggage had been moved down to the reception. I find it completely unacceptable and unprofessional for hotel staff to touch, pack, and relocate our personal belongings without prior notice or communication. Additionally, we were deeply disappointed to find out that the hotel does not provide parking. We were forced to pay extra for third-party parking, a critical detail that was nowhere to be mentioned in the booking terms or listing details. Lastly, the breakfast quality fell far short of expectations. A hotel of this standard should cater to diverse guests and preferences, but the options provided were very limited and unsatisfactory. Due to these major issues, our stay was extremely disappointing.
