Liked the location with easy access to Cambridge. Downstairs design strange with people in robes coming through reception and bar area for wellness centre. Bathroom door in bedroom not a proper door. Twice older kids went to swim and it was closed for repairs. Reason why we booked the hotel. Rooms not always cleaned as staff too busy. Was a bank holiday weekend. All staff very friendly.

We had an emergency call as one of our close friends mother was passing away.The last minute booking, even though I’m a Accor member was pricey.. the members discount advertised on my signed in browser wasn’t when checked with a clean browser where I was not checked in. Paring was £18. On check in the lady must have been somewhat inexperienced in having a gay couple check in. She could not get her head around that there was one bed for the two of us. All a bit ‘provincial’

Room was nice. Breakfast was a total chaos. Staff doing their best- especially the guy seating parties- but no crockery, no cups, huge waits. Coffee machine constantly out of beans. No milk. Pool area was really gross with used plasters just left around.

A lovely stay, very relaxing, staff are friendly and food was good. The king suite had everything we needed, but the bathroom doors aren't ideal, we didn't like that you could literally see the toilet from the bed through 2 mirrored doors.

Location was fine. Close to the bus into Cambridge. Facilities looked good but we were in and out too fast to check them properly. Friendly staff, clean cool room, so thumbs up from my family.

Generally good and comfortable. Parking is frustrating - the arrivals process would be smoother if you can work out a way to book guests into the car park at the hotel rather than them having to do it themselves on the internet and use a clunky booking system just to park a car at a hotel they've just arrived at. I know it's a third party system but you could perhaps have your own account with the carpark company, allow the guests to provide their details and pay the hotel, and you pay the 3rd party. Doing it through a phone was mega annoying. Also food was OK, but chips served with the fish and chips were a bit under-done and 'al dente' in exactly the way chips shouldn't be. Overall though, room was comfortable, facilities good, pleasant stay overall.
