We had a very nice one night stay at the Novotel Cambridge North, the room was nice and the bed was very comfortable, it had a large shower though not so great for tall people. I would stay there again though.

Hannah very kindly upgraded our room in advance to our arrival. She chose a nice room and even followed up with asking us how our stay was. Nothing was ever too much to ask and the customer service was the best I have ever experienced with an Accor property (better than a few Sofitel properties I have been to!) whilst this was a midscale property, the experience was exceptional. Thank you!!

bedding was marked, room had a smell to it, the decor was scruffy, the changing room of the swimming pool was not clean, no towels for use. For the price I paid (£229) it was not worth it.
