Disapointing, hotel is in need of refurbishment asap, breakfast is poor.

Hotel in total is really in need of a reform. Pool was closed because of work. Never saw such a run down room in a Mercure hotel. I think the wole hotel does not meet Mercure Standards. And after all for a weak breakfast, they charged 60 BRL.

Staff at Breakfast was not kind and made loud noise dealing with the dishes. Food was far from special. Bad experience when compared to the other Mercure Lourdes wich is great. Fitness and pool are not working.
