i’ve booked the reservation with breakfast, asked on the desk and they’ve told me that is was not, a couple days after i’ve discovered that the breakfast was included 🤡

Services provided by the staff is good. The hotel infrastructure is old, the shower works like a waterfall, air conditioning noisy. Compared with Mercure Manaus and Mercure Recife this is the worst Mercure I stayed in

Parking is initially confusing, then it becomes a nightmare. Bed and bathroom need upgrades.

As for parking, we recommend clarifying that it is part of the complex and is operated by a third party company. However, we are committed to evaluating how we can improve signage to facilitate our guests' experience. Furthermore, we are aware of your comments regarding the comfort of the bed, bathroom conditions, quality of the shower and towels. We inform you that we are already in the process of purchasing new linen to ensure a significant improvement in these aspects. We appreciate your patience and understanding. In my opinion this property is not up to the expected standards of a Mercure property. It’s old, tired and in desperate need of renovation. It’s barely an Ibis with larger rooms. I expected more.
